This villa is beautifully furnished with all of the amenities of home. Beautiful furnishings and decor throughout give this unit a bright, airy feel. The living room features a beautiful sofa and two chairs, with a large flat screen TV for family entertainment. The screened in porch is the perfect area to relax for a drink or a meal while comfortably enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths allow for privacy when needed as well. All rooms feature flat screen Smart TVs with cable TV.

Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, this villa is close to all that Hilton Head has to offer. This villa is a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops and restaurants where you can find the best local merchandise, entertainment, and dining on the island. Hop on the included bicycles, put your included beach chairs on your back, and pedal to the ocean in minutes. Following the driveway that is next to the unit leads you directly to South Forest Beach Drive, and directly across the street is the beach. It is about a 2 block walk from the villa to the water, and can be made on foot in less than 10 minutes.

* Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.

* This villa allows up to 2 well behaved dogs with payment of a pet fee.

What a lovely villa! Perfect location by the pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. Alder’s Lane Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful dog-friendly beach. Near restaurants and everything you’d need. The bikes were a great addition as well, although we didn’t get to use them due to rain. We especially loved the beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here next time!

Nice location, first time visiting HHI

The proximity to public beach is a short bike ride as well as a visit to Sea Pines. Condominium complex is dated, but amenities are nice. Loved the bikes. Only down fall was that the pool is right outside screen porch, so it was a little noisy.

Great Family trip

Looked for an apartment close to the beach, but still far enough inland to enjoy the peace. This place has it all. Perfect for a family of 4 or a trip with friends. Definitely will stay here again.

First, let me say this villa was very clean and organized and very comfortable. The unit supplied a beach wagon chairs, and cooler. The free bikes were a plus we all enjoyed them. The beds were comfortable. this unit made me feel like I was home. Would highly recommend.. Sullivan family..

Great Location

We had a great time!! The property was as listed, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having all the starter items available on arrival. We loved having the bikes available for our use all week to get around the island and to the beach every day. We would definitely stay again!!

Getaway to HHI

The property was very clean and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is just the right size for a small family orsmall group. We did not bring our dog this time but loved the fact it is pet friendly. Property has all the beach supplies you need except towels and personal items. Bikes were free and lots of fun. We would definitely sray again when in the area.

This property is beautifully decorated and was spotless upon arrival. Loved the proximity to amenities. One frustrating issue with TV cable but it was quickly resolved.

Absolutely amazing!

Weekend End of Summer Trip

My husband and I booked this condo for an end of summer getaway. Property was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. 5-minute easy bike ride to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed cooking and beach. Updated decor and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

Very clean, pet-friendly condo

The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, cups, pans, etc. The screened-in porch has a lovely view of the pool. The floors are a bit uneven as mentioned in other posts, but not enough to be bothersome. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and that bikes were included in our stay. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but a great central location for exploring HHI.

Family Beach Trip

Property was nice. The floor seems to sagging down in some places, especially master bedroom. The lighting is very dull, especially in kitchen and dining area. Everything else is nice.
