Hilltop View Guest House - Meredith Lodging


You’ll thrill to one of Lincoln City’s best top-of-the-world views—across rooftops to bright ocean and Cascade Head—from the upper-level living/dining room of this fantastic, luxurious home. Completely updated with new flooring, contemporary furnishings, and thoughtful amenities, this Hilltop View Guest House features bedrooms and kitchen on the main level and unique gathering space on the upper floor. The spacious, upstairs living room will attract all your guests with its views, gas fireplace, roomy sectional, Pac Man and Legends Ultimate arcade games, games, puzzles and a mini-kitchen wet bar with barstools. On the same floor, a sumptuous king bedroom suite includes a workspace, soaking tub, and double walk-in shower. On the main floor below, a pristine chef’s kitchen has a gas range in the breakfast bar/island, loads of stainless-steel appliances, large windows for ample light, and an ocean-view dining room. Three more bedrooms have luxury bedding and view windows; a media room on the same floor provides a second space to hang out to catch a movie.

You’re in the heart of Lincoln City, so you can walk a block for cliff-top ocean views or walk a few blocks to enjoy Canyons Park Beach or the D-River Wayside. Great House

Amazing views and house was great. Bit of a hike to get to beach, but it was a rainy weekend. Check out time of 10am is not reasonable for a big family. Not enough time to even have breakfast and clean up.

Beautiful home snd view

Fantastic view of the coast. Was nice having 3 separate living spaces for the 3 groups staying there. Only thing to note is that therr are 14 stairs to get into the house and another 16 stairs to get to the 2nd floor with the living room.

Great views - nicely remodeled home

Spacious bedrooms throughout and fantastic great room on upper floor. The views are as good as they appeared online! Would recommend for families traveling together and groups of friends. Stayed 5 nights

Fine Stay

Nice home with some good views. Spent our Thanksgiving here. The layout is a bit awkward. Modern amenities and a relatively well equipped kitchen.

It was pretty. We booked it due to my dad’s birthday and he loves arcade games. The big arcade thing did not work. So that was lame.

Best Beach house

This house was beautiful! We would stay again for sure! Great location and views, very clean and stocked with essentials. Loved the espresso machine. Laundry room was locked when we arrived, but one phone call and they were there to help out. Beautiful property!

Great Property

This house is fully stocked. Lots of extra linens and towels. Beautifully furnished and clean. Very spacious. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but our dog loved it. The side yard is fully fenced. Would definitely stay here again.

Great way to visit Lincoln City

House is spacious, updated, very clean. Serious kudos to those who maintain it. Has everything you need, great kitchen, fantastic views. Short walk to beach. Alot of attention to being child friendly. View from upstairs is amazing!

50th anniversary family celebration

The view definitely lived up to its billing. It was amazing and we spent several evenings pointing out the whales who were making their presence known. Our family gathering was a magical time.However, we were very disappointed in the fact that we reported a number of issues on day 1 that were never fixed even though we were told someone would be by. A shower door that was dangerously loose could easily injure someone. And one of us noticed a step leading to the upstairs is loose and could fall off and possibly seriously injure one or more people.

Great house with beautiful views!

Our first time as a family in Lincoln city and we will go again! We had a toddler in our group so the nearby tide pools and regatta park were a huge hit! The house was quiet, nicely furnished and comfortable (lots of kids toys and games too). The bonus was the beautiful views! The only drawback was several crank out windows were broken and couldn’t be latched which was a little concerning with young ones in the house. The property managers are aware of the issue and responded quickly.

Breathtaking view

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. It was conveniently located for shopping and food, and the beach was relatively close, but we still drove. The house was well stocked too. It was a great time. The only negatives were that the internet only worked here and there and was not reliable and the water pressure downstairs in the kitchen was very weak and the hot water had trouble coming through.

Lincoln city big house

House is large & works well for family gathering. Many windows did not work & dishwasher ran only cold water & had DISGUSTING moldy filter in it; “washed” dishes would have black mold specks on them. Contacted management company who mostly just apologized & said they couldn’t get it repaired/replaced until after we left. Had to bug them many times about this issue as we wanted to maximized family times & not spend the time doing dishes for 9 people!House needs maintenance & repairs.

The property was nice but 800 in fees is excessive especially when guests are asked to do laundry, dishes, garbage and strip beds before leaving

Loved it!

The house was amazing, view was even better, the location was only .5 mile walk from the beach one way, and .25 miles the other. Near the stores, and yet not a busy area. Soooo may kids toys available and lots of games for both kids and adults. Really great place. Will gladly go back anytime. Only thing to be careful of- the inside stairs are a bit slippery so don't wear socks on them. Other than that, amazing.

Beautiful!

This place was beautiful and had lots of space. It is a pretty close walk to the beach - although the road has some blind corners if you decide to walk down it. There were 10 of us and there was enough space throughout for everyone to have their own area without it being too loud or crowded. View from the top floor is beautiful!! The kitchen also had what we needed. Things were clean and in good condition. House was well taken care of and newly renovated. We would come back!

Great space for family

We loved the upstairs great room/living space for the ocean view, the spaciousness & the amount of sun that came through the windows. Our adult children stayed with us & they loved the arcade games & the small living room off the kitchen for their personal gaming. The kitchen was lacking a few amenities for those that cook-pans could have been a bit nicer & better sizes, and the ventilation wasn't ideal. If you don't plan on cooking, it's a fantastic space. The house overall was beautiful & we enjoyed having enough room to spread out. There was plenty of room for those needing a break from socializing & enough room for us to gather for meals and board games. All in all, a great place to stay!

Great trip

We loved this house. However it wasn’t as dog friendly as we thought it would be. We have a small dog so he was able to get out from under the steps off the back porch. Luckily we saw him get out. The ice maker and water wasn’t working on the fridge so we had to buy bagged ice. Also the garbage can was full when we got there so we had to leave the trash outside of the can. Overall it was a beautiful home and a great trip.
