Experience the best of Hilton Head Island at this beautifully updated 4th-floor Forest Beach Villa. With stylish furnishings and a remodeled kitchen, this villa offers a comfortable and inviting retreat. The living room provides ample seating, including a chair and a large sofa, with a balcony offering a relaxing outdoor space and plenty of sunlight. Enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV in the living room.

The dining area comfortably seats six, and the galley-style kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for the entire family. The master bedroom features a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. Just outside the bedroom is a laundry area and a full bath with a walk-in tiled shower. The additional bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds and a twin bunk bed over one of the Queens. This room also features a large flat-screen TV and a desk area with two monitors for those who need to work before they play.

Great villa… would definitely stay again!

This was our 1st trip to HHI it was truly wonderful from the minute we got there! The villa is in a great location to everything and appointed nicely. We enjoyed having the bikes and the chairs as part of the rental. They were overall in decent shape. We have been somewhere before that stated they had gear and it wasn’t usable. So this was a nice addition! The fridge/freezer is perfect and it makes so much ice each day which is a nice thing to have when it is so hot. The beds were SUPER comfy and the upstairs bed configuration is perfect for a family of 4! The villa is well stocked with pots/pans and utensils. Just a couple to cons: The steps are a bit scary if you had littles with you. (Small steps that sprial in a sense) sock feet are a no go on those things! Also, where the treads of the steps are attached to the flooring at the top there are 2 nails/ tacks that stick up and we sustained 2 small cuts ( a foot and a finger) from the sharps sticking up…Be careful. If you drive a tall vehicle (Tahoe or similar) you WILL NOT fit in the garage, however there was plenty of outside parking. The seating the the main room is limited as the sofa could seat 3 to 4( if you squeeze) and there is one chair so we traded off on who had to pull up a dining table chair.

Amazing condo, location and management !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect. My brother & sister-in-law had a huge bedroom with a king size bed/TV & bathroom on the main level. Upstairs me, my 6 yr. old son & my mom had a GIGANTIC room. My mom had her own double or queen size bed. I had my own double or queen sized bed in the same room & my 6 year old son got to sleep in the bunk bed over my bed. The room was huge. It had a bathroom w/a shower/tub (which was great bc my son still takes baths). There was a HUGE walk-in closet to store all our luggage and hang-up 100's of outfits. There was a large desk w/pc monitors, a large dresser, TV and my moms bed had a bedside table on each side. The balcony was on the main floor but we could also s the ocean from the window in the huge upstairs room where myself, my mom & son stayed. It was really perfect bc my son loved getting to share a huge room with me & his grandmom. Also, if my mom and brother stayed up late talking or watching a movie downstairs, I had plenty of space & quiet time to get my son to bed upstairs. The pool was beautiful & never overcrowded. We always were able to get a table, chairs & lay out by the pool & swim. One evening, my son & I went swimming & it was just the 2 of us !!! The location is PERFECT. I've gone to Hilton Head every year for 40 years and ALWAYS stayed in Sea Pines. I love Sea Pines, but after this trip, I'll never stay there again bc Coligany Beach/Plaza is AMAZING ! We literally walked out of our condo complex & crossed the road & were on the beautiful Coligany beach. It was less than a 5 minute walk to get to Coligany Plaza (tons of shops, restaurants, a grocery store & amazing bakery). They played live music every night at Coligany Beach. The night my son & I swam at the condo (and it was just the 2 of us), we could hear the music from Coligany beach while we were swimming. I loved this location so much, I'm already trying to save money so that we can try to come back for my son's fall break. The management team was great. 10 out of 10 !

HHI moms 70th

Property was clean and close to what we needed. We have two things we would request if we were to stay again. Salt in the cabinet. All containers were empty. Fortunately our sister had a unit in the same complex so we were able to borrow from hers. The second issue is the parking garage. When you pull in the part that says 6ft 3in is actually shorter. It scratched my sisters suv.

Wonderful Accomodations!

This property was the nicest that we have stayed at so far. It was perfect for three adults and two kids. The upstairs was spacious and the number of beds worked out great. Each kid had their own bed as well as the adults. The mattresses were also very comfortable. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The unit starter supplies were nice and the beach chairs were great to have available. Check-in and check-out was seamless. I would highly recommend this unit.

Relax, life is good

Excellet spot, short walk to beach and Coligney. The unit was good for adults. The upstairs bedroom is set up for children but the stairs are a little scarey. Bicycles and 4 chairs a definite plus. Quiet and relaxing. Will say the refrigetator is akward but overall no complaints. Go there, you will like it

Lovely!

This is a great villa, in a great location, that is very comfortable, clean, updated, and nicely decorated. We look forward to staying again. Island Rentals was extremely responsive and professional when the beeper on the smoke alarm went off one evening, when the battery needed to be changed. Overall wonderful stay!

A beach cart and toys as well as floats were available. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs room slept 5 people in comfortable beds and the downstairs room had a king bed.The only negatives were the parking deck was very low and not suited for higher vehicles and the stairs to the bedroom were steep and narrow in places. That being said, there is ample parking outside the building with handicapped directly in front of four steps up and four steps over to the elevator. We were very satisfied with the rental.

Perfect stay and perfect condo

Updated two bedroom condo. Everything was perfect down to the mini-essential items left when we first arrived (packaged in little mesh bags- great first impression) & it had everything we needed. Our son has asked to book the same condo for next year as the “kids room” on the top floor is massive with three beds and a huge TV. He was in heaven. The new kitchen items and having a fully stocked kitchen was a nice change of pace from other rentals we previously stayed in. If I had to be picky… I would suggest having a regular drip coffee pot with automatic shut off as we accidentally left it on, a bad habit, and by the time we realized it the coffee was burnt sludge. This was our own dumb mistake but we are used to having automatic shut off coffee pots. More of a safety suggestion. More things we loved; * The location of the condo to the elevators, to the beach, Coligny, and the pool. Very convenient. * It was SO nice to have new beach chairs that can be carried on the back and to have beach toys (which saved us a ton of room in our vehicle). Everything was in excellent condition and clean except the beach cart had a bit of a blow out as one of the pieces was broken (easy fix with a zip tie) * New hangers in the closet- it’s the little things that help rentals feel like home Additional suggestion: * Different bedding - it wasn’t bad but the coverlets didn’t say they were freshly laundered, and they weren’t, and we couldn’t wash them in a regular machine.

Fantastic place to stay.

We have been coming to Hilton Head bouncing around places to stay for just under 2 years. This is the first place we said we would easily rent again. This place was perfect for our family with 2 young children. Cleanliness: Easily the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Location: Absolutely perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, plaza, or the playground for the kids. Amenities: The pool was large and never crowded we enjoyed our time there after the beach. Management: We had a slight issue night one with the a/c not cooling at all (it was also the hottest day of the year). We called Travis (I could be wrong on name sorry) and within an hour he had an ac company out there working on it (it was late night 9:30-10pm) after that the AC worked perfectly. Kudos to Travis for the hospitality. The unit itself is very large and the kids loved sleeping upstairs on the bunk beds. I also have never seen a rental as stocked up as this one. There was no shortage of high quality plates, bowls, coffee mugs ect. We also left our beach chairs at our home and luckily the place came stocked with 4 high quality Tommy Bahamas chairs for use. 10/10 between location, cleanliness, management ect. We will be booking again! Thanks for a great vacation
