気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Yes the facility was old and out dated the mattress had stains all over them looked like someone was killed downstairs bedroom.The furniture was 15 years old. Corporate owned for sure, No one cares about the place. The sitting pool heating unit didn’t work and I am sure hasn’t worked in years and instead of telling me that they started charging me for heat that never worked, pool hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The pool house was described as a pool and hottub for VRBO but was the community pool that also didn’t work the hot tub was 50 degrees and miserable. When we showed up there was a duck on the ceiling. The remotes didn’t work the batteries were old and not new. These places should be taken care of and are not.Dryer vent hasn’t been cleaned in months or years and had to leave door open so it would get extremely wet inside. Was a terrible experience and will be on VRBO expressing my dissatisfaction. This place needs new management who cares and the facility needs money put into it. A lot of upgrades needed.
