The property was a great location and very clean. We loved the themed rooms!! My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, although the description stated the pool was heated, but it did not seem so as it was chilly but the kids didn’t seem to mind The owners were responsive. We would stay at this property again.

Thank you for your review and I am so glad that you and your family had a great stay and your grandchildren had an enjoyable time in the private pool. Just a clarification, the heated pool description is correct, however, guests are required to request a heated pool at least one week prior to arrival for a additional charge of just $50 for the duration of their stay. Nevertheless, thanks again for giving us an opportunity to provide our excellent service to you and your family and we look forward to hosting you again. Thanks

The moment I walked into the Villa I knew I had made the correct choice. It was immaculately clean and matches the pictures on the advert. It matched or exceeded my expectations.A massive living room with equally massive TV, with Cable (and that makes a difference as more and more villas do not offer it), Fast Wi-fi, great Kitchen area, easy to access and a fantastic pool with all the Sun Loungers you will need and an outside TV.I did find the Master Bed a bit firm, the sofa too, but these were tiny niggles that in no way detracted from the overall experience. The Washer and Dryer was handily placed, the Shower was awesome, you could probably fit 4 people in the Master Bedroom. The Pool was a great size and I took the offer of Pool Heating, it's a no-brainer at the price and it was wonderful to get into a warm pool. The Villa Pool is West facing. This means that the first sun hits the deck (September) at around 10am and the Pool gets full Sun until almost 2pm when it starts to disappear behind some fairly substantial trees, which means reduced sunlight for the rest of the day, there is still another hour before the deck loses direct sunlight. Not great if you are a sun-worshipper, but fantastic if the afternoon heat means you can use the pool without direct sunlight. The gated, quite community is perfectly located for both Championsgate and US27, each are less than a 10 min drive away. I'm really looking forward to returning.

What a great stay! We really appreciated all the little extras - really didn’t need to get anything except food and even then they had some dry goods and spices available. The pool was amazing and the kids loved all the toys and thank you for the kids life jacket - our littlest benefited.
