FOURTH FLOOR PARKING LEVEL CONDO”Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 4th floor when staying in this condo #403!!!!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 4th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, keurig coffee maker, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more room.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It’s a great place for kids. It was very clean, they are great and give plenty of towels for everyone . Plenty of room for everyone, nice big balcony. I highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful, perfect location, no check in problems, we had a blast! The only concern, one of the high top chairs broke and i fell and hit my chin on the table. Gave me quite a shock.

Family Getaway

We are a extended family that goes once a year all together on vacation. This year we picked gulf shores and this condo was in an excellent area. We were never crowded on the beach and you literally walked from your car parked in the parking garage to your front door. Grocery carts were on the floor to help make loading and unloading super easy. The ice maker was a huge hit with our young family memebers, they said it was better than popsicles. Great staff and the property owner/manager was super helpful when we had questions. Great stay.

Great trip!

The weather was really storming when we first got to the beach. The condo was beautiful with lots of room for the family. Once the sun came out we had a great time! Great location and great condo with a beautiful beach!! Close to lots of eating places and shopping!

Great family stay

Good week, if the winds and the edges from Alberto had not impacted the beach with closure. That's one of those things that can't be controlled. Great to have two pools for a option for the kids, with slide. Definitely enough room for the three families.

Excellent Condo

Our family of 6 stayed a week in this condo and enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and it was a few short steps to the beach. The condo was pretty well stocked. It could use some new pots and pans and more than one dish towel which are minor things. The TVs didn’t work right and I could have called the provider but chose not to spend my time doing that. Having the ability to park right there on the 4th floor and walk right into the condo was super convenient. There are only 90 condos in the building so it doesn’t feel crowded compared to other condos we have stayed in. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The size of this condo was perfect. Loved the convenience of parking on the same floor as our condo. The bedding appeared a bit different than photos and there was only one chair in the living room rather than two in the picture. The unit has a large storage closet just inside the door for all beach equipment. Overall, we were very pleased and had a great trip!

Great Stay

The view was amazing and the weather was to die for. The refrigerator would not get cold enough even when the suggested wait time was over. Had to put our drinks on ice in the cooler. The condo was beautifully decorated in. The parking was just too easy right there on the fourth floor will definitely return.

Property was great! One person in our group had fallen before we left home and could have used a few bars on one or more of the showers or tubs for access. The management worked on the outside ramp to the beach which helped. Thanks!

We will be back

This is a Beautiful well located property. The sunrise and sunset was breathtaking from the balcony. Very spacious. We had 6 adults for 3 nights. We cooked, relaxed, walked in the beach and played lots of Skyjo and Mexican Train! But best of all we laughed and talked and enjoyed each others company..

great stay

We had a group that had an age range of 88 years old to less than 2. Not everyone in the group is able to walk or stand for long periods, nor are they always steady on their feet. This property was perfect for us because we could park on the same level as our room, so no stairs getting from the parking garage to the room. Also, my parents were able to watch the great grandkids play on the beach and also some of their outdoor pool activities while they remained seated on their balcony. We were able to rent 2 units side by side so we could visit frequently but each group could also have some quiet time when needed.
