This beachfront retreat is located on the third floor with elevator access and has been custom-designed to ensure a flawless stay. The comfortable living area features a large 60' smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The well-equipped, full kitchen with bar seating and an eight-seater dining table are perfect for meals or game nights with family and friends. The open concept floor plan grants easy access to the Gulf-front balcony from all shared living spaces.

Other essential amenities include a private full-size washer/dryer and an elevator in the building.

When you are ready to venture out, you will be conveniently located between Seaside and Watersound.

Great location!

We loved it was right on the beach! The kids loved the bunk beds! The chair service was nice. Only complaints I have are the noises that come from the upper level and the dryer didnt work well but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Location!

Beautiful condo on the beach! The condo was clean and the kitchen had all we needed to cook (pots, pans, dishes,etc). You really canā€™t find a better view and private beach. The location is really central on 30A and a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. The only thing lacking were blankets, but if your request them, the rental company will bring them to you.

Great location and great property!

This is our second time staying at this condo, and it was the perfect spot once again. We traveled with 4 adults and 7 kids ages 1-9. Perfect location and the private beach made for hassle free time. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and appliances were top notch. I would suggest bringing a vacuum to have sand control, as condo does not have one. Quick drive to seaside food trucks, rosemary beach or The Big Chill. Highly recommend.

Canā€™t get closer or better!

If you want to stay as close to the beach as possible, this is for you. And this home is extremely pristine. Extremely clean, and the amenities such as the kitchen items were almost new and very organized. Plenty of sheets and pillows to choose from. And the beds were extremely comfortable. Of course, the view takes the prize. Waking up to the beautiful ocean daily and watching the sun set from the balcony was priceless.

Beautiful Condo with Incredible View

Loved this very clean and updated condo on a private drive with a full time security guard who takes his job seriously. While still in the heart of 30A, this condo feels like it is on an island all its own. The private beach made each day enjoyable and peaceful. Chairs/umbrella were provided and the property was safely gated. Parking was strict and golf carts are NOT allowed on the property, however, you can still park them on the street outside of the gated lot if you do end up renting a golf cart FYI. The easy access to the beach from our balcony was wonderful, the appliances were new, beds were comfortable, many beach toys were provided in the balcony closet, and views were incredible. Will certainly rent here again.

Horrific

I am in literal shock at how disgusting this property was. Black mold around every single air vent which drip water. So cheaply built you are woken up at all hours be someone walking above you. Iā€™ve never smelled the smell this place has and you do not get used to it. Towels are cheap and disgusting. I am in disbelief at the price you charge for this motel 6 condo. I am used to staying in luxury and I am honestly so grossed out. Why is the outside decks carpeted? It is always wet and moldy and feels like youā€™re going to fall through the rotted decking. Also you canā€™t provide a normal beach shower for the residents? Itā€™s a chopped up hose with holes all in it! Bedding is a joke thinnest blankets Iā€™ve ever seen. Watched a socket fall off the wall. The building needs to be leveled and re built. AC couldnā€™t keep up last 2 days wouldnā€™t cool below 76 even after repairman came. Storm blew TVā€™s out for 3 days. They came and stuck a tiny tv just in front of the larger tv it was nuts. I have no idea how you can justify charging the price you charge for this place. The only good thing were the 2 chairs included in stay. The one elevator was a death trap and there was a supposed luggage cart but it was all rust. I thought I would get tetanus from walking past it. This place is a nightmare.

Great vacation!

Condo was comfortable and well decorated. My only suggestion would be to have some blankets available for the renters. I know the rental company canā€™t keep people from smoking but it did smell like smoke. Other than that it was perfect. Beautiful view, right on the beach, Quiet and peaceful

Beautiful location, but frustrating for many reasons and overpriced

I expected blankets. There were no blankets. There were only two hangars. No broom or vacuum anywhere - which is kinda important at the beach. No cocktail shaker or shot glass - also important at the beach. The listing promised an Xbox that wasnā€™t there. The fire alarm went off EVERY single time we turned on the oven. There was one drawer in the kitchen completely filled with mold. We were given one trash bag and two dishwasher detergent pods for a week. The kitchen included nothing but salt and pepper. No sugar. No oil. Nada. Overall, way too expensive for what you get. It feels like the owners have never stayed there. On the plus side, the Vacasa management team was really quick to respond and brought us blankets and hangers.

Sweet Stay at Sugar Dunes

We stayed a week in Sugar Dunes Unit 13. This is a three bedroom unit. My wife and I were the main tenants and we had frequent visits from our sonā€™s family who rented across the street. This included overnight stays by our grand children, ages 9 and 12, who loved the bunk beds. We had a great time there. It really is a nice unit. The unit is spacious because it is not overburdened with too much furniture. The ocean end offers a grand view of the beach via its full width of windows. The balcony is wide and provides a crowā€™s nest view of the beach which is directly below (the water line is less than 100 yards behind the unit). You really donā€™t have to go down to the beach to be ā€œon the beachā€ it is so close. The unit appears to have been remodeled in the last few years. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. The floors are vinyl (looks like wood) with area rugs in the dining and living areas. The kitchen is well equipped but you will not finds any leftover spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, etc, from previous tenants. The cleaning crew cleans out everything. The unit has an outside closet on the balcony with tons of beach toys and stuff including plenty of boogie boards. We did not use it, but it is stuffed full of beach goodies. Recent Florida legislation now allows property owners to lay claim to the beach all the way to the water line (this is a big change from the perspective of an old Florida native who has been away since 1972). The benefit is the condo unit pays for Spyglass to provide chairs and place warning placards that basically make the beach area behind the condos private for use by guests only. This was nice, especially since there is public access on either end of the property and those areas were very crowded. Our unit has one setup (one umbrella and two chairs) provided by Spyglass and we rented an additional setup for our sonā€™s family. These were setup at 7 am and removed around 4 pm daily. Front Door is hard to close and leaks air badly. A fly swatter and vacuum sweeper would have been helpful to have. Access to a luggage dolly would have been helpful (this is a 3rd floor unit).

Beautiful and spacious property right on the beach!

Very nice property with beautiful view and right on the beach. Would rent it again except for the noisy people above us for part of the week!

We enjoyed our stayā€¦the best thing about this rental was the location being right on the beach/ocean

We loved being right on the beach/ocean! The rental was clean and located in a great area! The building itself is dated but this rental had been updated nicely. We expected there to be beach towels and a hair dryer but these things were not provided. The provided beach chairs for guests need to be updated. We had a small issue with the dryer and the rental company got someone out right away. We would stay here again!

Perfect week

Unit 13 was fabulous. Large TVs with all the channels, super well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and most important the view and super easy beach access were perfect. Only issue is the ceilings must have no insulation because you could really hear every footstep above you. If they have children running up there its super loud. But would still rent it again next time.
