Three bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms with bonus room and loft! Main floor has King bedroom and full bath with bonus room with Queen Murphy bed! Upstairs is a Queen bedroom and third bedroom with twin bed and trundle.

New hard surface flooring, lovely tiled kitchen counters and bathroom counters and new carpet upstairs, this home is perfect for one or more families. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy the lovely view from the deck. Wood fireplace for those cozy winter nights and lots of seating for gatherings and dinners.

This home sleeps 8 comfortably and does have a sofa sleeper in the upstairs landing for any extra room needed. Includes SHARC/RPP passes for your family to enjoy. Walk to the SHARC facility for some aquatic fun! There is a pack-N-play at the home.

Wonderful house for a family in the perfect location near SHARC pool, the village and trails. The house was SO well stocked with kitchen supplies, toys, bikes, towels, etc. Lots of communal space in the living room and deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable. Best part is the location, a short walk or bike ride to everything in Sunriver!

Wonderful space and location

We had a great time in Sunriver and would highly recommend this house based on it’s flexible and comfortable space and it’s location - easy walk to SHARC and village made it a fun and relaxing trip.

Awesome Cabin for Families

We spent a week here amongst close friends and loved this property. It was perfect for our kids, lot’s of space to explore. We loved the number of sleeping areas and the ability to spread out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great family place

The cabin is spacious and very well located. Quiet yet close to village and water park. We had a great time. Games, bikes etc…

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable home with great deck. Near train track, but it was interesting to watch it roll by.

Perfect location! Great house!

We had a fabulous time at this house! It is a short walk to SHARC and easy to find. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. The house itself is perfect for families. Highly recommend and would happily come back again.

Homey, comfy little cabin with real fireplace

It was a very cozy stay. They set up the fireplace for use and it was really nice to get the crackle of a real fireplace instead of a gas one. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes to be used. Location was 20 minute walk from down town, and we love walking anyways!

Family Vacation

Great getaway!

The home is extremely well stocked - kitchen, games, extra pillows, towels, etc. There is a large deck with plenty of seating. It's only a short walk to the Village and to SHARC. There was plenty of room to park three vehicles. It was fun to have a ping pong table and bicycles work (they often don't at other Sunriver properties). Overall, a great place to stay.

Cabin is nice, however…

Oven didn’t work, no power and on two separator occasions I found mice poop in the hallway. We didn’t spend too much time in the cabin so these issues were not that big of a deal.

Great location and house

Spent 5 nights here with our kids, aged 8 and 8 months. They had a pack & play and Bumbo booster for the baby - so much easier for us than bringing ours! It’s a 10-15 min walk to the SHARC which our 8 year old especially enjoyed - we went each day! Also easy to walk into the village. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There were bikes available but we didn’t use them because there wasn’t a way to bring the baby but they looked to be in good shape.

Comfortable home but misleading description

Wonderful family style home. Right across the street from train tracks. Trains roll in at 1am and 4am. NO A/C! Description misleading: says "SHARC passes!!" Not really. These passes only access one area of SHARC. The water park pool (crowded with under 15 children). Only adult swim was one hour access early am . Also limited tennis/pickleball courts. NO ACCESS TO GYM. Gym/pool was a must have for my husband so he was upset. Most things in Sunriver are Homeowners Only.

Last minute stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! Location is great. This place is dated and does not have your normal vacation rental feel . You do feel like you are staying at someone’s grandparents cabin. Lots of cobwebs and memories decorate the home. We didn’t want to touch anything or use much. There was an unlocked bedroom down stairs with an unmade bed that was a surprise. One of the owners of the home came by to try to lock it but didn’t have much luck. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so this worked out great. Good price, close to the rec center, great bike trails, but not a place we felt we could fully relax in if we were on a true vacation.

Worked Out for the Family - with disappointment re: SHARC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home worked out for our family. It’s a little dated - but we come up for the family time and the amenities and SHARC. That unfortunately was the challenge. I wish Sunset Lodging had been more informed and more helpful regarding SHARC. SHARC is a big draw for families and in our stay we could only get in once. The constraints we challenging to deal with. While Sunset Lodging said “ that is under SHARC’s control”, one would think they could stay more informed. I called 2 days before our stay, knowing that COVID might affect it. The website on SHARC was very confusing and only clarified by telephone calls. We would have adjusted our plans had we known.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: Well maintained, everything in working order, kitchen is VERY well stocked with plenty of cooking & dishes. Real fireplace is cozy on a snowy winters night. Close to Sunriver shopping area.Negatives: Not as clean as I like (pets have been there). Furniture downstairs is not comfortable (couch is low and broken, dining chairs are hard and narrow). The house is very close to the RR tracks, which didn't bother me too much since we were nowhere near a crossing but it should be mentioned.

However, we did not know the train ran at all hours...we didn’t know it was there until it passed thru in the middle of the night. Also, had a problem with the trash ...it was full when we arrived and had to take our trash to another home we rented. Sorry one more complaint...we only had a 1/4 roll of paper towels and no extra rolls., but had an adequate supply of t.p. We enjoyed the home and the Ping pong table was great.
