Fantastic 2nd floor, one bedroom condo in the popular Beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove! The balcony and living room provide a view of Destin Harbor and the sunsets are spectacular! The condo is beautifully furnished w/ a king bed in master bedroom, bunk beds in hall alcove, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Favorite amenities include 1,100 ft of private/gated, pristine beachfront, five pools, six tennis courts, canal docking and a private marina, seasonal beach service and snack bar, on-site fine dining restaurant, and a nine hole par three chip and putt golf course. Sandpiper Cove is a unique resort destination located on 43 acres in the heart of Destin within walking distance to numerous shopping areas, restaurants and other attractions. You can take a water taxi right from our pier to any place on Destin Harbor - leave your car at the condo. Linens/towels and all eating utensils are provided; no need to bring anything except a beach towel. Once we have received final payment, I will email check-in instructions, etc.

Property was just as advertised. Close to the beach, super clean, very comfortable, host was amazing. We have been coming to Destin for 20 years and this is our new favorite spot. The private beach was amazing, great location. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Great Location for both the Sea Taxis to the Harbour and also the Beach. Lovely condo, really well kept and hosts were really clear and kind in their communications. Would highly recommend.

Condo decorated so cute for the beach! Comfy bed, kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need, a little glimpse of the bay off the back porch and thru living room window (great for coffee drinking in the morning and winding down in the afternoon), convenient to pools/restaurant/water taxi pickup up at docks, short stroll to beach and best little beach bar…great communication and check in with host and so grateful for being able to bring our furbaby! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us! We had a great time

If you are looking for a cute, quiet getaway in Destin...you have found it. Tucked away in the perfect little "village" of Sandpiper Cove, this condo offered everything our family of four needed. From a sneak peek of ocean views, to a view of the marina, to close proximity to pools, to an immaculate condo...we got everything in one. We had all of the comforts of home, but on vacation. And Sam ensures you have everything you need. He is incredible with his communication. I was able to cook the majority of our meals and peek out the windows and still have a view of both the ocean and marina while cooking, all while having privacy. We cannot say enough good things about this property. Even with it being the week of July 4th, you would have never known it. It was never loud, it never felt crowded and parking was never a problem.We hope to vacation here again soon...Destin has our hearts. Thank you for allowing us to make family memories!!!

This condo was the most dirty place I have ever stayed in. First off when you book it, they send you the rules 3 days prior so you can’t see them until 3 days before; which makes it hard to canel. They send you a guideline, the AC is controlled by them from 72-75, that’s it??? They don’t allow spraying sunscreen in condo & make you call them to go over rules. Ok that’s fine, annoying but we dealt with it.. Upon arrival we found crumbs everywhere & a piece of raw cookiedough in the fridge.. We woke up at 4am for a charter boat one morning & went to the kitchen & at 4am cockroaches are out everywhere. We found 7-10 baby roaches crawling all over the kitchen counter, sink, washer, dryer, walls & dishwasher. It was the most unsettling feeling not to mention absolutely dirty and disgusting. We booked a hotel that night & spent about 300 bc we had a dog to also account for & left the condo and did not stay the night after seeing that, we were so sick. We left our trip 3 days early & would not compensate for the 3 days early of us leaving. I WASN’T EVEN THERE, we had to cut our vacation short! I took pictures & sent to them and will post here too. It took us 5 hours in daylight going through our luggage & bagging everything one by one to make sure we didn’t take any roaches home with us. We even texted my exterminator back home to confirm they were indeed roaches. I would never recommend this place due to being dirty & unsanitary.

We have 6 years of all 5 star reviews. In that time we have never had the displeasure of someone fabricating a larger web of lies. Both the exterminator ( who responded immediately) and cleaner reported ZERO signs of any kind of bug. The cleaner even pulled out appliances to check and still no bugs of any kind. At check-in you stated everything was in order and had no complaints for 5 days/nights. House rules are in a contract the guest is required to sign at the time of booking. That was three months ago - not three days. And the cancellation policy is part of the VRBO policy when you sign the contract ( months ago). Sunscreen sprayed in the house makes for slippery and unsafe tile floors. Everything in this review are false. Our reputation for providing a beautiful, safe, clean condo is still intact and based on the multitude of outstanding reviews. Maybe this is a disgruntled guest who decided to leave early and was not entitled to a refund.

Where do I even start? Sam is an absolute delight, and it’s clear his main goal is to ensure his guests are beyond thrilled with their stay. I have very high standards for cleanliness, and I found this condo to be absolutely immaculate and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal; just bring your food and drinks and you’re all set. The photos are a perfect representation of the space, and the upgraded bathroom with the beautiful granite vanity is a lovely touch. All the upgrades make the space feel fresh and modern.I especially loved the layout—having the shower and toilet in a separate area from the vanity is so practical, and being able to close off the shower area from the bedroom is a game-changer when someone is still sleeping!The decor is beautiful, everything feels brand new, and the location is incredibly convenient for walking to the beach or the Sand Flea for great food and drinks. 10 out of 10—highly recommend!

Great family home away from home close to the beach! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sam was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Clean, great location property

Our beach house stay was amazing! Great communication with the owners, clean property, close to the beach! Great family place and super helpful that they allowed small pets! Would definitely recommend!

What a great location! Went on a busy Labor Day Weekend and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Located right in the heart of Destin so a quick drive to everywhere. My daughter loved the bunk bed. The unit was clean and overall surprising quiet, despite it being a crowded weekend. Sam was a great host and I would love to come back!

Great stay with harbor view

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove. It was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the harbor was great. We loved that this unit was pet friendly. It was decorated nice and was very clean.

Sandpiper has it all, and this unit is in the perfect spot. It's a super convenient 3 minute walk to Sandpiper Cove's private, gated beach. There you will find Rick's Sandtrap, serving food and drinks, as well as providing beachside restrooms for your convenience. Just a one minute walk in the other direction and you are at the harborside pier, where you can call for a water taxi to pick you up and shuttle you to any waterfront bar or restaurant in the Destin Harbor. To add to your vacation fun, the property also has a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course, lighted tennis courts, the highly rated Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant, boat access, and 5 pools. Our unit is closest to the largest pool on the property, which also includes three hot tubs. After a day of fun at the beach and a relaxing dinner, enjoy an amazing Destin Harbor sunset right from the deck!

This is our personal vacation home and we love being there. When we can't we like to share the experience with others. As soon as you walk in you will see this is well above the standard investment property. That is because it is our home and not an investment property. Enjoy it and take care of it like we do.
