Summer special 250 a night plus cleaning and taxes

One of the most talked about locations at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This luxury condo is equipped with many extras including flat screen TVs, DVD players, a fully equipped kitchen, and more. Looking from the wrap-around balcony, this 14th floor unit offers a spectacular 270 degree panoramic view of the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Choctawatchee Bay and the Baytowne Golf Course and Marina, as well as spectacular sunsets! The views are breathtaking and will keep you coming back year after year.

This spacious condo from the 14th floor is located on the beach side of Sandestin and can be used as a studio or as a 1 bedroom, or combined as a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2 -only for children-bunk beds in order to accommodate a large family. ONLY sleeps 5 adults and 2 children.

In addition to the four championship golf courses, there are hiking/biking trails throughout, a full-service marina, many shops and restaurants including the new Baytowne Wharf shopping area overlooking the bay, the Hilton Hotel, and much more - all located on the 2500 acre tract of the resort! It is beautifully landscaped with security at all the entrances. On the grounds of this luxury condo are:

We loved it!!

The property was amazing ! The unit was spacious, the views from the room were outstanding!!!! The short walk to the beach was convenient and my 4 year old loved the pool. We will definitely be booking our next vacation here!!!

Sleeping space was perfect!

The sleeping setup was perfect for our family of young adults! Owner was EXCELLENT with communication. They were super fast responding. Definitely recommend!

Wasn’t clean

I have stayed at the luau for several years off and on and this condo wasn’t clean at all. We found trash behind chairs and in drawers.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. If you would have contacted my property manager this could have all been addressed. We have used the same housekeeper for 10 years and have not had any complaints but good ones. If you are ever unhappy please contact her and she will get any issues addressed immediately. We strive for a 5 star review and again apologize for any inconvenience.

Convenient Stay for Family of 7

The condo was spacious for our family of 7. The master suite has a lot of room, but not much storage for personal items. The location is EXCELLENT and we had everything we needed for a great stay. There was an abundance of towels, pillows, and blankets! Two and a half baths made the stay so much better. We had roomy bathrooms with big bathtubs—we never ran out of hot water. The air conditioner was locked at 70 degrees and was uncomfortably hot at different times throughout the day. It would have been nice to have a guide book/instructions for the condo with recommendations and tips for parking, beach set up, etc…, but the host was quick to answer questions! Since we booked through VRBO the beach set up was nearly double the regular price (third party pricing). There was a short walk to the beach and close beach parking if needed that made it easy for our group (ages 8-40). However, the beach was nearly completely full of beach set up with not much space if you weren’t renting chairs and umbrella. We found that getting on the beach around 7 am afforded us the best opportunity to enjoy the beach. There are also several public beaches in close proximity. The Luau amenities were great with the sunset deck, large pool with waterfall, and hot tub. Elevators were fast and parking was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. We visit the beach every year and this year was the most convenient stay we have had in years! Very safe and inclusive.

Spring break

My family of 8 stayed here for our spring break. The location was amazing, just a very short walk to the beach. The pool was heated and very nice. The views were amazing you can see both ocean and bay views. The condo it's self was very clean and worked perfectly for our family of 8. The washer and dryer was a huge plus.

Best Place Anyone Could Hope to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luau. The check-in process was simple, the condo was immaculate, and there were enough supplies to get us through the week. The host was always available to us. In fact, the host helped us solve a problem I should have been able to figure out on my own. Plus, the condo itself is within a short walking distance to the beach. We highly recommend this host and condo to anyone looking to relax and enjoy what Florida has to offer.

Communication and information from property manager was the worst!

Short Vacation Stay

Checking in was easy, the host and I kept communicating as we had some trouble with the fridge at first but it was definitely resolved! The location is a short walk away from the beach in a private community, we'll be going back

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation. The accommodations were awesome and the location is ideal. There was tons of activities available including golf, basketball and beach volleyball. We would definitely come back.
