The Space:

Ideal for a small family getaway or romantic escape for two, Queens Grant 717 is a charming home offering an open layout, a comfortable living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, and a full, well-equipped kitchen. Just outside, accessible via a sliding glass door off the living room, there is a private, furnished patio with a gas grill that overlooks the nearby lagoon. Guests here will also have access to a total of five community pools.

This vacation rental is right in the heart of the world-class Palmetto Dunes resort, a gated community situated mid-island within a mile of dining, shopping, and a host of marina activities available at Shelter Cove. You'll have direct access to three world-class golf courses (additional fees required), an award-winning tennis center, and an 11-mile interconnected lagoon system for canoeing and kayaking. And when you want to hit the beaches, this condo is a short drive or even walk from some of the best beaches on the island.

Awesome property!!!

Property is very nicely decorated and has all the bells & whistles for a comfortable stay. The area is conveniently close to restaurants and beaches, plus a tranquil lagoon sits in plain view from the patio. We loved our stay and would definitely vacation there again!

This 2 BR villa was outstanding. We celebrated our 40th Anniversary at Palmetto Dunes (where we spent our Honeymoon). The villa was clean, sunny, well equipped, open, and in a quiet location. The homeowners and the management team maintain this property in immaculate condition. Everything was functional with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect family spot!

This condo was perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids. It had everything we needed! We enjoyed eating meals on the front deck. Great location and easy accessibility to everything. It was an easy and scenic walk to the beach.

It was a wonderful home away from home. The kids enjoyed two pools and we loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Watched the wildlife around the area and enjoyed the sunsets. I would stay here again definitely!!

Loved this unit....it was in a great location for easy access. The deck was very relaxing, the kitchen was stocked with supplies better than anywhere we have ever stayed and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
