Walking distance to Friday Harbor shopping, dining, theater, and farmers market, this property is perfect to enjoy town life yet situated perfectly to avoid the hustle and bustle.

The living room offers picture windows to enjoy watching the boat traffic coming in and out of the harbor. There is also a balcony to sit outside and relax. Or if you prefer, there is a flat screen Smart TV in the living room. This property also offers high speed wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and is oriented so one can enjoy the view while preparing your meals. The dining area offers seating for 4. There is also bar seating for 3.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has an adjoining primary bath. There is also balcony access from the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom also has a flat screen television with Smart TV access.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The guest bath includes a shower as well as a stackable washer and dryer.

Please Note, Marina Lookout has a minimum stay requirement of 1 calendar month (27-30 nights depending on monthly calendar). Partial months are only available during the current month if the month has not been rented. Call our office with questionsext 1). The $800 cleaning fee is for the checkout clean after guests depart the apartment. If you are booking more than 1 calendar month, you will be assessed another cleaning fee ($250 mid-stay cleaning fee) and administrative fee for each calendar month rented.

Guests are required to leave the premises during the scheduled mid-stay clean.
