'Inner Beauty' is a tastefully appointed one bedroom apartment located in a two unit home. Conveniently located, you will be less than 5 minutes from Coral Bay and 10 minutes from the beautiful North Shore beaches. You can walk to most Coral Bay attractions, shops and restaurants. You will also be close to the local bus route and several National Park hiking trails.

Accessible by paved roads, you'll have easy off-street parking with no steps or hills to maneuver. Everything is on one level, making this location handicap friendly and perfect for anyone with mobility issues.

Two covered porches offer seating areas to enjoy the cooling tropical breezes and lush mountain views. Inside, you'll enjoy the comfortable, airy space with lots of fun, artistic touches, a fully equipped modern kitchen, full bathroom with large walk in shower, bedroom with queen-size bed and four pillows, living area with full-size futon, and a separate dining area.

Other features include a whole-house UV water filtration system which provides safe, clean drinking water, ice maker, 17' ceilings with five Hunter ceiling fans and free wireless broadband internet access.

Beautiful stay in Coral Bay

My husband and I had a wonderful week here. This was our second year here. The property is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is super convenient to the best beaches. Mark was a joy to deal with. Thanks again for a great week!

Great spot in Coral Bay

Easy to find and convenient to Coral Bay. Beautiful, comfortable space with well equipped kitchen and laundry. Friendly and attentive hosts. Great place to stay and would love to come back!

Fabulous home in a quiet corner of the island

We had a really lovely time here. Definitely rent a car so you can get the most out of the island. Hosts were very communicative, place is really well furnished, and it’s super quiet. We loved our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home!

Simply Wonderful!

Could not recommend Mark’s place more highly! Its got beautiful grounds, a comfortable living space, convenient and quiet location, and great hosts. Mark was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay and kind. We would never go anywhere else!

Beautiful place to stay on St. John!

You can't go wrong with this place. A wonderful place to stay on St. John with everything you could need. Very clean and neat. Close to all the restaurants, bars and beaches of St. John. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. This was mine and my my husbands third visit to St. John and this place was by far the best. Oh and the owners are wonderful as well!

Well equipped

Perfect location in Coral Bay, everything we needed to be comfortable, and affordable. Absolutely loved the property! We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. All the little touches really made a difference. Would 100% stay here again.

Coral Bay Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Coral Bay and on St. John. We loved staying on the quieter end of the island. The accommodations were perfect for us. We welcomed the opportunity to cook most of our dinners and eat in, while also being able to head down the street for dinner out a couple of times. The proximity to hiking/walking trails, beaches, and more was welcomed. We look forward to our next visit to this beautiful island, hopefully sooner than later.

Perfect place in paradise

We loved being in Coral Bay. Also loved that there was no crazy road or driveway to navigate. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. It’s close to a couple grocery stores and walking distance to Skinny Legs. We’ll definitely go back.

Beautiful secluded landscaped garden setting!

Perfect place for 2 people. The back porch had a lovely sitting area and an amazing private well maintained garden setting with flowers and trees and beautiful gardens. The surrounding mountains were also beautiful and so pretty when the houses were lit at night. Easy access. We drove to every beach and hiking trail on the island within 20-30 minutes and loved our entire week there! The hosts are wonderful and the house is adorable and clean and neat.

Inner Beauty St. John

My husband and I recently stayed at Inner Beauty and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous garden and appreciated amenities such as the whole house water filtration system, air conditioning in the bedroom, free wifi and onsite laundry. The location was also great, in a quiet neighborhood and within a short distance of restaurants and a grocery store . I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in St. John!

2 Weeks in Paradise

We spent 2 weeks at Inner Beauty. It was our third time staying at this location. Of all the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at this is the most beautiful, comfortable and well appointed.If you love gardens this is the place for you. The plantings both front and back are so lovely and both front and back verandas had comfortable seating and such beautiful views.As a former art teacher I very much appreciated there well curated art throughout the apartment especially the art from recycled material. My favorite piece is the display of sand shovels.We ate in most of the time and the kitchen was very well supplied with pans and utensils. Great attention to details like a new, in the wrapper scrubber for the dishes.That said, it was an easy walk to Skinny Legs.There is no crazy steep road or driveway to get to Inner Beauty; if you’ve been to St.J you know what I mean.We look forward to going back.

New Friends in Paradise

I can’t imagine that Mark and Marco could ever have a hard time finding eager vacationers to stay there, but just Incase let me tell you about our experience. First off, we were greeted by Mark as soon as we arrived. My first reactions were wow, we didn’t have to climb a death defying switchback to get here. The next thing I noted was how beautiful the porch and gardening was. Mark was a delight. He was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the home. I loved the art work and my husband loved the mobile’s Mark built. The back porch is lovely and if not for the bugs love of my blood, I would have spent every morning out there. We love Coral Bay and it is our preferred location on the island, this location is exactly that, in the heart of Coral Bay. We visited all our favorite spots and with the recommendation given by Mark and Marco, we visited Francis Bay again and were so glad we did. We saw a Nurse Shark, Barracuda, Needle Nose Fish and many different types of Rays. It is an easy snorkel and the water is super calm. We enjoyed spending time with our hosts and in-fact it was one of the highlights of our trip. They were so careful to not be intrusive, and would probably been unnoticeable if I were not seeking out the conversations. We feel like we made new friends who we intend to stay in touch with. Thank you Both!!

Perfect Coral Bay Get-Away

Mark and Marco's place was the perfect place for a quiet get-away and honeymoon in Coral Bay. It was extremely clean, with all the amenities needed for cooking, beach going and relaxing. The full house porches provide a great spot to unwind after a long day exploring and beaching going. AC in the bedroom works great. Bed was comfortable. The home is in a safe location on a quiet road right down the street from Coral Bay and Hurricane Hole. The parking pad for your car is easy to access without going up or down a steep incline or driveway. We enjoyed seeing the chickens, donkey's, iguanas, lizards, frogs, birds and cats that roam nearby. Only a five minute walk or short drive to local restaurants. If ever we return to St. John, I would surely stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

This is a great place to stay on the island for several reasons. It is in a quiet section of the island which allowed for easy parking with a flat, small driveway and no traffic noise for sleeping. The roosters were the only noise that bothered us (which you will probably find everywhere on the island) and that was easily taken care of by closing the windows at night and sleeping with the air conditioner in the room. The back yard is a gardeners paradise, with beautiful plants and trees, humming birds and the occasional deer showing up. Although there is no view of the water, the view is still amazing with mountains surrounding the entire property. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and souvenir shops which was really nice after driving to beaches during the day. It is a short drive to several beaches on the north, east and south end of the island, and we enjoyed exploring a new beach each day. The owners were wonderful, showing us the house when we first got there and giving us some amazing suggestions of where to go. The place was very clean, and beach chairs, swimming noodles, a cooler and beach towels were all provided which were all extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to St. John!

Wonderfully delightful!

The hosts, Mark and Marko were wonderful and helpful in every way. Communication was easy and they were very responsive and helpful with suggestions and ideas. The beach chairs, towels and cooler they made available to us were greatly appreciated for our daily beach treks. This property has a lovely patio with potted tropical plants where we enjoyed morning coffee and late afternoons overlooking the beautiful gardens which are lit at night. Inside there are high ceilings and 4 ceiling fans which make the place very comfortable without air conditioning. (Although air-conditioning is available in the master bedroom) We were able to have the sliding glass door always open and there was a nice breeze which combined with the fans was perfect for us. The kitchen with separate dining area has everything you need and we had most of our dinners there. There is also a small table in the garden for outside dining. The queen size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place!

great hidden gem! amazing hosts!

hi mark and marco! sorry it took me so long to write this, but as you know, i move very slowly! my sister and i stayed here for a week last summer ( 2013) since i am a disabled traveler and use a wheelchair, i had to write many tedious and picky questions to mark before ascertaining if this would work. as it turns out, while not specifically handicapped accessible, it worked out VERY well! they were very accomodating for me, and since it's basically all flat, with one small step up to the patio which leads to the entrance, mark graciously built me a small moveable wooden ramp to make it fully indpendently accessible. with a rubber mat on it even!! so i wouldn't slip in wet weather ( a lot of wet weather!) thanks SO much guys!!!!! the inside is all flat, so will work very well for someone in a wheelchair or walking impaired. be aware you have to be able to walk a little, since the bathroom is not ADA standard. however, there is plenty of room, and they even supplied a shower chair for me, so all of the glaring accomodation problems were easily conquered. what more could you ask? as a disabled traveler and scuba diver, it's usually much more difficult to plan trips than this was. the location is on the far side of the island, so it's very quiet and secluded. the yard is gorgeous! the house is great! big open floor plan, excellent kitchen. the guys were great, and had us to dinner one night. Delicious!! only thing i would suggest is more cooling. i don't know how you would accomplish this without charging a fortune for air conditioning, not really feasible with the high open ceilings; but seriously, the many fans were not adequate. some nights it was just too hot to sleep. fans are great, but only blow the hot air around, so it was kind of like sleeping with hair dryers on! but that's a small prob compared to all the great stuff. you two have lived there so long you don't notice the need for air conditioning. but it was uncomfortable a bit! thanks so much for everything! loved you and your great and reasonably priced house. and again, thank you both SO MUCH for your willingness to accomodate me ( and hopefully other disabled travelers). have definitely recommended this house to others! very hands on hosts. you will not be disappointed!!

Lovely Home

Estate Emmaus was beautiful and comfortable. We liked staying here because it was clean ( I mean very clean ). Place was well stocked with all the little things to make your vacation perfect. Had easy parking and easy drive from Cruz Bay. We travel a lot and were amazed at the grounds and thoughtfulness of the owners. With the tesla battery we never had trouble with the electric and yes if you stay at Coral Bay the electric does go out sometimes. This is a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend.

Garden Oasis

My niece and I enjoyed our stay very much. The space was beautiful, spotless, and we had everything we needed. We felt safe and had easy access to everything we wanted to do on St John. Mark was a great and responsive host. We loved sitting outside each morning enjoying breakfast overlooking the beautiful gardens, mountains, and ocean. We would definitely stay again.

An amazing oasis

Thank you again for an awesome experience. From the booking process communication and all the assistance you provided to the check In and out process. The estate was beyond our expectations with the lovely gardens that we enjoyed daily. The cottage was the best equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the very comfortable furnishings and all the provisions provided. The property was extremely convenient to walk to popular restaurant, and we walked it. It was a short drive to the best beaches ever! We look forward to our next visit

Great location, close to the best snorkeling and Coral Bay

We loved our stay. The property was GREAT! I thought I'd miss the water view but returning from the day on the beach/water, the beautiful mountains and garden view were so relaxing. The place had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The flat parking, drive and entry were a HUGE plus. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
