Top-Floor Lake Charlevoix Condo | Private Beach Access | Gas-Log Fireplace

Suite 315 is an updated third-floor end unit with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. The kitchen offers a full-size oven, beautiful high-end cupboards, and granite countertops. It is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for preparing meals. The kitchen has two bar stools for extra seating and the dining table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying here. We wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t enjoy the experience. Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).

The balcony was not wiped down and the door to the balcony had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed. The front desk did not have any solution. The view was great. Just wish that we could have sat on the balcony more.
