Suite 315 is an updated third-floor end unit with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. The kitchen offers a full-size oven, beautiful high-end cupboards, and granite countertops. It is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for preparing meals. The kitchen has two bar stools for extra seating and the dining table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Beautiful place! Amazing views of the lake. We loved having the end unit and it had so much natural light. Walking distance to boutiques and restaurants. Well stocked with everything that we needed for our anniversary weekend.

Lovely Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time except for the noise from next-door when they were adding rocks to the area of that property. It was a good thing we were gone most of the day because they worked on it until after 7 PM each day of our visit. We understand that they probably used this time of year to get that project completed, but unfortunately, it was a little noisy and our day wasn’t as peaceful as we would have liked. Also, we noticed when we moved one of the chairs for the table that the leg was very unstable! We made a note of it and told the front desk. It was a good thing. No one tried to sit on it because that could have been very dangerous to have that leg collapse on you while sitting on it! One more thing that we had mentioned previously when we stayed in this property... please put a clock in the living room area/eating area that actually works and you can tell what time it is.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was just there for a couple of appointments, not a vacation, sadly.
