Ljus och solig havsstuga med havsutsikt. På en lugn gata inom gångavstånd från restauranger och köpcentrum. Enkel åtkomst till motorväg en för att komma till alla de mycket önskade destinationerna i Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey och Santa Cruz. Akvarium, Monterey Wharf och Cannery Row inom 5 minuter. Massor av gatuparkering. Mitt hem har en king size-säng och golv madrass om du behöver i sovrummet. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng (full XL) storlek säng. I vardagsrummet finns drottningsstorlek, soffa och soffa för extra gäster.

Great cottage, nice quiet location.

Clean, cute cottage located near many amenities. Pavel is easy to work with, helped me through my first VRBO experience! Property was spotless, well equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Seaside retreat

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location, and it was even better than the first. The owner made upgrades to the wonderful outdoor sitting area, and the inside continues to be well maintained, and equipped for guests.

Well managed. The place has what you need to cook, relax inside or enjoy outside seating. Was clean. Just a few minutes from Monterey.

Very clean cute little rental for families!

My boys, husband and I stayed here for a few days. The rental was spacious, clean and perfect for our mid week get away from the heat. We love the option to stay in Sea side and with our boys being older (16&12) they like some space so a vrbo is always the first option. Neighborhood for the most part was pretty quiet and conveniently located to all of our destinations ie Big Sur & Carmel. Thank you for the wonderful stay in the Seaside Cottage!

Cute seaside home

Cute house which worked perfectly for my husband and my son/daughter-in-law. Great location for the Big Sur/Carmel/Monterey area. House is very cute, nice comfy furniture to relax in at the end of the day. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with necessary amenities needed. Nice it also has a washer/dryer. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay!

We had a great time at Pavel's Seaside cottage. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Pavel is a very responsive host and had great restaurant recommendations for us. We loved the location too, easily walkable to a small market for groceries and to a busier area in Seaside that had bars/restaurants, but just a short drive to downtown Monterey if needed. We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area! Highly recommend.

Nice house, nicest host ever

Clean cozy homey place. Decent kitchen equipment. 45 minute walk to MJF, we walked to the festival every day. Pavel was an excellent host, flexible and friendly and great communication.

Great Stay

This was a great stay. The house just feels like a home away and is centrally located to many restaurants, stores, military installation, etc. The owner has ensured that the home is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from bath items, laundry detergent, kitchen items, etc. We also enjoyed the front patio. The home has no a/c which had me nervous. BUT, knowing the average temp of the area, I took a chance. Not a problem at all as the temp in the home was always comfortable and at night it was chilly enough to sleep well. Finally, I had a chance to chat with the Host, Pavel, and he was just great. Very responsive, pleasant to talk with, and accommodating to our needs. Thanks for the great stay! I would definitely stay again, if in the area.

A great place to stay

We were very pleased with this rental. The house was well equipped, the internet was effective, and we had a great time. It was especially nice that there were active accounts on multiple streaming services that made it easier to entertain our granddaughter. Would absolutely rent again

Great Stay - Well equip

Great little place, loved our own parking and the house was very well equip with whatever you'd need, especially if you're a coffee drinker! Bigger/roomier than expected, a pleasant surprise. The only things I would have loved improved upon, blackout curtains, ceiling fans (box fans were provided but they're loud), and a side entry by parking space to avoid having small children walk near the road. Overall, great stay and great property! Sufficiently met our needs.

Charming place

Everything you could ask for and more. There were numerous ways to prepare coffee, a large spice selection, and many towels and linens. Host was very responsive and nice. Highly recommend.

It has all basics you need for a stay

The sea cottage is very cozy with a well stock kitchen, it has all you need and things you didn't know you needed. The property is simple, but very clean. I appreciated having plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend it for a family stay.

Great Stay

We booked the Seaside Cottage for 4 adults celebrating a birthday. The cottage is super clean, cute and comfortable. Location is good - just a few minutes by car to downtown Seaside and about 15 minutes by car to Monterey. Pavel was extremely helpful with recommendations and great with communication. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Pavel, for your hospitality. We appreciate you sharing your home with us!

Small and Cozy

Pavil was a great host and answered all of questions and even helped us with getting a toaster so my dad could have his English muffin! :) This was a perfect place for us to use as home base while we celebrated my son's graduation.
