Det finns en spektakulär havsutsikt från fem rum i denna tredje våningen gå upp hörn enhet med en rymlig privat uteplats. Köket är fullt utrustat med ett stort kylskåp, diskmaskin, spis, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost och allt du behöver för matlagning, bakning och underhållning. Matsalen har havsutsikt och vita rottingmöbler.

Tropiska mönster i vardagsrummet kombinerar färg, komfort och en avslappnad stil. Två palmträdmönstrade kärleksstolar och 2 stora stolar inbjuder dig att sträcka ut och koppla av. 42-tums platt-TV har kabel.

Det stora sovrummet har naturliga korgmöbler, stora speglade dubbla garderober och en queen size-säng med en lyxig skummadrass. Ett andra sovrum ger en fast queen size-säng och mer än gott om lagringsutrymme.

Great location, close to the beach!

My sister, our two friends, and I had a fantastic time staying in Coral's condo! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there's lots to do in the area. It is close walking distance to the beach and you can watch the beautiful sunsets from the rooftop balcony. We enjoyed lunches at Paradise Grille, which is a cute beach shack restaurant only a few feet from the condo. The pool on the property was warm and relaxing. There are 3-4 different ice cream shops in walking distance as well! 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Short walk

This mature condo is in a quieter less crowded area a short walk from the beach and several restaurants and bars. It was sobering to see many of our favorite places recovering or still waiting restoration from last year’s back to back hurricanes. But we still had a fun and relaxing stay while avoiding traffic and parking issues

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay in St. Pete’s Beach. This condo really is as close to the beach as you can get. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. The host responds quickly to any issues that arise.

Everything was just wonderful. I love the terrace. I love being close to the beach. The pool was nice. Everything was clean. Everything we needed. Was there. I recommend this stage to anyone hop jump to the beach.

Heaven In Florida

What a wonderful vacation spot we have found here in Florida. Starting off, the property manager was extremely helpful and answered my phone call question promptly. The unit was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for utilizing the beach and the pool was on point. I would recommend this unit to anyone and can not wait to come back. Perfect!

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends, and this unit was absolutely perfect! Great size, enough amenities for what we needed, and a 10/10 location. Communication was clear, and the unit was exactly as described. Definitely recommend!!

Location, location, location!

This condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach, near lots of restaurants and shops. Great stay. Condo has private rooftop deck. As listed. very clean. beach chairs available for us to use. Shared pool was nice too! Parking pass available. Check in process was confusing to find the actual unit, but otherwise had a great time.

Comfortable

We are very familiar with Gulf Winds and this condo fits right in. The view from the back porch was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend getting new beach chairs. We only had one and it was rusted and we were lucky enough to be able to borrow a couple.

Great little spot so close to beach

This is a great little two bedroom rental. It is so close to the beach. The access walk to the beach also is right at the place where there is a food and drink place that you can hit right before you walk out to the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make coffee etc. Coral the owner was very detailed in her instructions and parking info which was included. The only negatives which don’t matter is the property as a whole is a little dated and the area walking up to the actual entrance looks a little rough but once inside rental and considering the great location that doesn’t even factor in.

Beachside getaway

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The size was good for the 3 of us that stayed. It’s close to several food options. The owner was very responsive, had good communication. It’s a little dated but gets the job done. The bathroom was still a little dirty when we arrived, there was some hair left in the tub. The complex itself was kind of noisy at times. You could easily hear people walking around, slamming doors or sometimes even talking outside, especially at night. Overall it was a good place for the price.

Love this area

We love staying in this area. The complex is old but it’s still an awesome place to vacation. The view from the balcony to have morning coffee or sunset drinks is incredible. Check in is super easy. She has a lock bock with a key and a spare key in the condo. (A digital lock would be much easier but not a big deal). We did t cook all week but did use fridge for drinks and used the coffee maker. There seemed to be ample things for cooking. The shower was fine and we were left some extra towels since we were there 10 days which was nice. This isn’t a hotel so you need to bring things like soap, shampoo, paper towel, toilet paper etc…Coral was super responsive to getting our car passes as we rented two different cars throughout the week. She was also super responsive to all our questions prior to heading down. The pool area is nice as it was always out of the wind and nice and warm. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. WiFi seemed to work good. Not sure what cable offered as we always bring our Roku stick when we travel. So many great places to eat and drink within two blocks of condo. Paradise grill on the beach is across the street so we’d get bfast there everyday. They also have amazing lunch food and drinks. Our other favorites for food are Rick’s Reef, Willy’s and Buoys. Woodys s awesome for drinks as they are on the water but their food is ok. The ac worked just fine. There was ample blankets and pillows. We will definitely visit Corals condo again!

Rooftop Ocean View at Gulf Winds

Very clean condo with just what we needed for our stay in St Pete! It’s just short walk away from Upham Beach with a rooftop view of the ocean and within walking distance of many good places to eat.

Great Stay

We love St Pete Beach and we love Gulf winds condos! The price on this condo is great for a two bedroom. Last year we stayed in another condo one building closer and it was small and only one bedroom and double the price. There was confusion during check in BUT the host got it squared away fast. The room was slightly dirty but with the confusion and the cleaner being rushed it was understandable.
