Perfect location at Palmetto Dunes

This is a perfect place and location for a family. The villa is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The patio is directly at the fazio golf course, has a charcoal grill which is perfect for a BBQ and sun set. It only takes 5 min by bike to the tennis, golf and the beach. The private tennis courts are perfect and always available. Weather host was very responsive for any questions before and during our stay. We’ll be back again.

Great place to stay

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this condo and we love it. They put all new floors in this year and added a couple new games to take to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Calm scenic area

Beautiful area with two lagoons nearby to look for the daily appearance of gators. Very nice well kept villa. Managers very easy to work with and problems like leaking skylight fixed very soon.

Clean, quite, relaxing

The property was more than what we expected. Extremely clean, nestled back on the palmetto dunes golf course (played it twice - put a cooler on the back porch and have a refreshment on your way by on the 7th). The roommate style condo is great for privacy when traveling with family or friends and the overall layout is extremely spacious. The owner is wonderful and will make sure you are taken care of upon arrival. It's about a 4-5 min bike ride to the beach - get yourself a pull behind to take your beach gear. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill outside is a great way to kick back and relax. Enjoy your stay!

Relaxing and comfortable

We were there during Ian and the owner and property managers kept in touch throughout with information. The weather was not as nice but we are from Ohio so we are used to storms! We made the best of it and still enjoyed the beach and eating. Thanks we look forward to our next visit!!

Quiet and Convenient

We really liked the recent updating. Owner and managers are super easy to work with. Unit is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you will need for a memorable HHI vacation!

Pleasant Stay

Property is in a fantastic location and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our only concern was the cleanliness in that the sheets, bedding, and towels were all clean but the overall place did not looked to have been thoroughly cleaned for a while. There was visible debree on the ground under chairs and beds, the dining chair legs were literally covered in spiderwebs, any space visible that was not directly in the main walking area or on a primary counter looked like it hadn't been touched in months. The only other thing was that there definitely was a bug problem where there were lots of little red ant like bugs that seem to invade at night and the provided bug spray did help make sure they didn't get too far beyond the kitchen area. In the end, all was tolerable. Given the main spaces seemed cleaned, and the place was priced accordingly, I would definitely still stay here. Family enjoyed it and all that wasn't enough of a distraction.

Roomy Inverness two bedroom on the golf course.

Spacious end unit and a lovely, quiet neigborhood. Great golf course views and furnished with everything you will likely need. A bit dated but very comfortable.

Perfect house on golf course

This is a great two bedroom two bath home. Large living room. Everything clean and updated. Couldn’t ask for more. Would like to rent it again. Very convenient location in palmetto dunes. A short drive to the beach. This is a quintessential Hilton head home.

Fun family time

Great location, and access to everything you need. The only hiccup was with check in when they stated we needed to pay for our parking pass, and we were under the impression it was already paid for. It was fine, we paid and enjoyed our stay. Great place, in the back so it’s super quiet. Perfect for a family looking for enough space and relaxation.
