Beläget på vackra Pensacola Beach (inte tvärs över gatan från stranden!) detta utsökt inredda Gulf View Beach Home ligger i Port Side Villas, en privat gated community av lyxiga duplex town homes. Port Side Villas # 4 ligger bara några steg från det lugna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen och åtta avskilda miles av orörda vita stränder i Gulf Islands National Seashore. Detta är den "bäst bevarade hemligheten på Gulf Coast".

Denna rymliga stad hem har tre sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Första våningen Great Room öppnar mot en stor matsal och en solig balkong med utsikt över stranden. Av det översta sovrummet (king size-säng), är en annan balkong för att koppla av och njuta av stranden. Ett gästrum (queen size-säng) ligger på övervåningen med en spektakulär utsikt över bukten genom 2-våningen Great Room. Den andra Gäst Sovrum (queen size-säng och dubbelsäng) ligger på första våningen med tillgång till balkongen. Alla rum har TV och en stor TV i Great Room. Det fullt utrustade gourmetköket har högkvalitativa rostfria vitvaror, dubbla ugn, bänkskivor i granit, anpassad stenbacksplash och öbordssäte - perfekt för underh��llande! På marknivå finns 2-bilens slutna garage, gasgrill, picknickbord sittplatser och utomhus skölj dusch. En gemensam swimmingpool och tennisbana lägger till orten som atmosfär.

En närliggande rekreationsväg eller vagnsritt leder till strandpromenadaffärer, fina restauranger, charterfiske och ett sortiment av action stranduthyrning. Strax över bron är en härlig Zoo vid Gulf Breeze och tio minuter längre, erbjuder staden Pensacola mer bra restauranger, shopping, konstgallerier och historiska platser att utforska. Ett besök på National Museum of Naval Aviation på Pensacola Naval Air Station är alltid en favorit!

The house was a great location and perfect spot if you want to spend your day at the beach. House was clean and ac worked great in the heat of the summer. The upstairs king bed had a window into the family room. The blinds were broken and there was no privacy for that room and let in all the light. Made it hard to get good sleep. Before coming we reached out to see if the house had a pack n play. We were told no, so with the limited amount of room in the car we brought our own. Turns out the house had 2 pack n plays in both upstairs closets.

Great vacation

Everything was great. The distance to the beach is a 1-minute walk. The balconies’ views are amazing (there are 3). Very quiet, perfect for a family gateway. Seniors or parents with small children should be aware though there are lots of stairs to climb in the villa.

Great, except

This property looks much nicer in person. The beach location suited us very well. We give it 4 stars due to the sparse supplies. No basics like salt & pepper, 1 skimpy (cheap) roll of paper towels, a nice but empty hand soap dispenser next to the kitchen sink, 1 samples size if dish soap, and two dishwasher tabs that really didnt do the job. We flew in from Colorado and ended up buying all that extra stuff schlepping it back. They do inform you about the small amount of basics but this was ridiculous. If the profit margin is slim enough that the lack of these items makes a difference, perhaps the management company could offer a “basics” package. As the crow flies, groceries are pretty close, but on a busy weekend the traffic backs up significantly.

This place is literally perfect, from location to design and function. You won't find a better place to stay in Pensacola with a large family. We had the best time!

Great Beach Home

We spend the month of January in this beach home, and it was amazing. The location is great, and the home is very well designed and nicely furnished. Our only suggestion would be to provide a garage door opener or code for entering the garage. We would definitely recommend this property.

This property met our needs amazingly well. Basically 3 adults and two teenage girls. we loved being on the beach. The property had an amazing view of the beach. We were very comfortable.

Family Fall Break

This condo is absolutely beautiful.. In a great place, far enough away from hustle & bustle, to be quiet & cozy, yet convenient to everything. Beach is just steps away. Beds were super comfortable & had plenty of room for all of us.. we will definitely plan another trip to this area & this condo.

Perfect Vacation Home

This place was amazing! We cooked our meals and it had everything we needed. Place was clean and just perfect! The shower and water hose on side of the house was convenient. Location was awesome.

Our return trip was just as amazing as last year!

We love this condo. We came back for a second year to Portside Villas #4. It was so clean and just as beautiful as we remembered. We love the balconies and watched storms roll in over the ocean. We loved that we can just walk right up the steps and be on the beach. We won't take our beach vacations anywhere else and can't wait to book again for next year.

Awesome house for larger group

The house was great for gathering with friends in the evening and plenty of room for our whole party to spread out. Location is great being far enough away from the touristy part of Pensacola, but close enough to do anything you want to do. LOVED the short walk to the beach. Would def. stay again.

Simply.Amazing.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this trip was. The condo was right on the beach and the accommodations were immaculate. Lots of room, beautiful views, packed with everything you would want (wifi, TV, movies, cookware, beach equipment, secure entrances, location). I am already booking my trip for next year!

Great property!

Wonderful location. Beautiful property. My only complaint is the house could have been cleaned a little better. We found an apple core on the floor in the living room and the mirror in one of the bathrooms was very dirty. Dishes were put away dirty. Otherwise very nice place. Would definitely stay again!

Steps away from the beach

The property is great for two families with 4 kids. Overall it was very clean and kitchen with stocked with utensils, dishes, and cups. The garage can easily fit 2 midsized vehicles. The only issue was the towels and some bed sheets were damp when we arrived probably due to lack of drying time. I would definitely rent the property again. If you love the beach, you will love this property due to the ease of getting things to the beach without a lot of people using the area.

Amazing beach house!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The location was amazing and the beach was beautiful. Such a short walk on the pier out to the beach. The covered porch underneath the house was great for showering off the sand and eating lunch at the picnic table. We loved the huge garage! We could park our car in there and still had tons of space to hold our beach wagon and floats. There were tons of toys, boogie boards, etc in the garage. We used some and added some as well. The beds were comfy and the home was clean and beautiful. The tv in the living room doesn't have air play so make sure to bring a chrome cast or streaming stick with you if you want to do that. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

Private beach, water is great and crystal clear. The home is a stone throw away from ocean, just right at the boardwalk and the home is a lot closer to the beach than it looks. With amazing ocean views as well

3rd visit

This is our third summer to visit this condo! It’s very spacious and works perfect for our family! It is such a nice condo, so comfortable, has nice pots and pans, dishes, and silverware instead of cheap stuff from Walmart. Just steps To the beach!
