Casa Rossa är en nyligen ombyggda 2 sovrum / 2 badrum hem med badtunna, eldstaden, pingisbord och nya skiffer uteplats bakgård. Rustik tema vardagsrummet ståtar refinished ursprungliga douglasgran golv, ek och smidesjärn möbler, återvunnet trä spis med ny plasma-TV och franska dörrar som leder till linda runt däck, inbäddat i idylliska Redwoods, men också med mycket sol på fastigheten. Det nya köket erbjuder rostfria vitvaror, gott om plats på bänken och en stor årgång O'Keefe och Merritt spis. De två sovrummen har nya fräscha sängkläder och nere play / våningssäng rum med sovande säng-pods och loftsäng. Alla badrum har en ny rustik tema dusch med glasdörrar dusch och "ridit trä" accenter. Fastigheten ligger bara en kort 3 minuters bilresa från centrala Guerneville. Wi-Fi och kabel också.

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Boheme. Everyone was super comfy and the location was perfect for us. The cabin provided lots of places to hang out and connect. Wish we could have had more time there. Loved it!

Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Guerneville. Nice upgrades and lovely decor. Wonderful and private rear outdoor area with hot tub, ping pong, firepit and a great dining area. Also a nice deck with seating around the front ..great for sipping a glass of wine.Beds were super comfy, Bathrooms were very nice. There were special touches and extras throughout the house.Everything was very clean and it was super comfy!I would highly recommend booking Katy's place - you will love it!

Could not be any better!!

From start to finish our stay could not have bern any better. Our host quickly fulfilled our only request, which was for a pack-n-play for our 1 yr old grandson. The property was immaculate and perfectly located. We will recommend it to everyone!

perfect cabin getaway

loved this property and the decor. nestled in a redwood grove. with all the amenities to enjoy, my favorite being the fire pit with the hammock chairs. i want to come back in the summer and stay longer next time

Comfortable and elegant

Tv is new enough to allow streaming from several modern apps. Jacuzzi was at 104f when we arrived! Beds are comfortable. Would prefer a king in lower bedroom. Nice decorative touches throughout. Location is perfect.

Did not disappoint!

The property was even better than expected! The photos in the listing are a very accurate representation of where you’ll stay and the area truly can’t be beat. If you’re looking to experience a true getaway where you’re disconnected from every day life, without having to go too far, this is for you. The hosts were wonderful; kind, helpful, responsive and made the entire process so easy and smooth. We will definitely be back!

Amazing first stay!

My friends and I love to explore NorCal and I decided to hit Russian river! The location was perfectly tucked away in trees but right by a Safeway, restaurants, and shops. The home was just like the photos, awesome amenities, super cleanly and modern. Hosts were super communicative and helpful!

Comfortable and tasteful near downtown Guerneville

The pictures do not quite do justice to this place, with common space spread out over a large front deck that looks across the street, a back deck with covered dining area and grill, open-air fire pit and hot tub under trees and ping-pong table (not covered) on opposite sides of the back deck, and a spacious living-dining room with functional fireplace and TV opposite the couch. Some details to be aware of: There is a double flight of stairs to enter the main door. The indoor table seats 4, outdoor is bigger. Kitchen is small, well-equipped with toaster, microwave, gas oven/range, electric kettle, coffee maker and grinder, ice cube trays in the freezer, multiple spices in addition to salt and pepper. Upstairs bedroom is small with a queen and a closet. Downstairs is a very spacious queen bedroom with closet and extra bedding, and a doorway to the outside staircase, so you can save some steps by getting in the upstairs main entrance when you arrive then heading down to the primary BR to open the door for luggage. Tiny anteroom off the downstairs primary BR has a twin trundle bed (would just fit the space if open), leads to the bathroom with shower, no tub. We stayed in the winter during a very heavy rain that caused "35' level" flooding just down the street but no problem here! Access to the dryer by contacting host (as stated in checkin info) very helpful. Can't wait to return in better weather to use the outdoor space!

A perfect place for a trip. The house was in excellent condition, modern, and cozy. Everything you need is provided. We arrived on a chilly winter day, but the heating was already on for us, along with a few lights, making us feel right at home.

Fire pit and jacuzzi surrounded by redwoods

The house was clean and well equipped. The outdoors are really nice, the jacuzzi and the fire pit are surrounded by red woods. One of the rooms ( the one with two beds) has no door and it’s connected to the main room ( more like a room for kids). The big beds are full beds I think, not too big. We didn’t spend much time in the house, but it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely quiet house in the woods

I was very happy to stay here! Hot tub was perfect at the end if a long day! The kitchen was easy to figure out and I made pancakes in the center griddle that turned out perfect! It was so quiet at night! The bedding was so soft and fuzzy! Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous house

Comfortable cabin in relaxing setting

We had a relaxing stay at Casa Boheme. The cabin is quiet and surrounded by redwood trees. The location is great for accessing downtown Guerneville, Armstrong Redwoods and the Sonoma Coast. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Cozy Perfection

Ideal weekend getaway for a small group, from the convenient location to all of the outdoor amenities! We also loved the vibe of the house, which the owner clearly put her personal touches on (essential oil diffuser — check!).

A great place for a laugh with some friends

We loved this property and had so much fun staying at Casa Boheme! Katy was very responsive in the days leading up to/during our stay. Also, we cooked almost every meal and the coffee maker, blender, and knives were awesome! Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Stove oven did not work. Scorpion in the bathroom trapped between wall and glass wall, generally unclean on the inside. The only positive was the outdoor space. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Info for contact person on website incorrect. Communication about placement of keys for washer not gotten until 3 rd day. Several light bulbs burnt out and no replacement available. No batteries in downstairs remotes. no extra bathroom tissue available in unit. OK to submit it

Clean beautiful house

Some friends and I stayed here for my 40th birthday. The house was perfect for our two night stay. The kitchen was very nicely stocked, hot tub was lovely as was the fire pit. The house decor was excellent as well. The only drawback was our walk to downtown - there wasn’t any way to get there on foot other than walking along the side of a very busy street. Even so I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this beautiful house again!

Great place

Clean, updated, quiet. Wonderful. The fireplace was really nice each night, and so was the hot tub. Beds were comfy. Our one suggestion would be a more well rounded selection of pots, and serving bowls.

Great stay in the redwoods

Beautiful, modern home surrounded by redwoods. Great having the outdoor hot tub and ping pong table. Downstairs was a queen bed with a separate room with a daybed that you go through to access the en suite bathroom. Another bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable bedding. Laundry is located in downstairs closet (key in armoire). Just under a mile to get to the various restaurants in town. Thanks for a great stay!
