House had plenty of room and space for everyone. Location was excellent and close to beach. Pool was nice and clean for grandkids after they had their fill at the beach. Although the house was 'surface' clean the property could definitely use a deep cleaning as side chairs wobbled, couches had stains, all fans (ceiling and box) had layers of dust/dirt and layers of dust/dirt on return vents. Check in/check out very easy.

We’re glad the home had plenty of room for your family, and that you enjoyed the convenient beach location, clean pool, and easy check-in and checkout. We’re sorry the home needed a deeper cleaning and that you found wobbly chairs, stained couches, and dust on the fans and return vents. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with our team for follow-up. We hope to welcome you back again. Warm coastal wishes, Gulf Coast Getaways Team

We really enjoyed our stay. The closeness to the beach was one of our favorite parts. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our large family. Anytime we needed anything, the host responded right away along with the maintenance man coming right away, which made our vacation even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Views were great and the house was very clean! Access to beach was so easy and felt enough off the path of the crazy busy beach business. We appreciated being able to bring out dogs along with us. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Accurate listing. My 3 generation family of 16 people had a wonderful stay. Pool in the back yard was clean and beach cut right across the street. Owner provided an air fryer after I requested one before the stay Problem with the dishwasher on Easter morning and their handyman was there within an hour. Very responsive to all communication. Check in and check out was a snap.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was perfect for our family of 12. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone without feeling crowded. The location was outstanding with just a small street to cross to get to the beach access. We came in Oct and enjoyed beautiful weather every day. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Overall it was a good experience. It was close to the beach. Property could be updated. Furnitures had stains. Chairs were wobbly. One room had no air. Very humid and warm. My husband and I had to sleep in the pullout in one of the living room. That mattress had stains all over it. It did its job. Price was expensive. We went in the last week of May and it was close to the beach. I guess we got what we paid for.

Vacation

The house was perfect and right next to the beach. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bonus and the kids loved it after a long day at the beach. Debi and Bri from Gulf Coast Getaways were amazing and quick to respond back. Will definitely plan our next beach trip here.

Beautiful beach house in wonderful location

Our family of 20 spent a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is wonderful with easy beach access. The pool was also very popular. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was an ice maker. It wasn't an issue, just needed to stock up on ice regularly.

Cousin's getaway

We are a group of female cousins ages 26 - 86 who have started getting together every year to reconnect. We live in several different states and were not seeing each other except at funerals. This was our second year to get together and we hope the number that attends grows and that we continue to do it each year. This house, location and management company were all great! There were a few small issues, but nothing awful.

Perfect beach house

12 adults fit nicely in this home. 22 capacity would be a stretch. Home was clean and nice. 2 refrigerators were great. We found pool and beach toys/ chairs in garage to borrow that was a great help. Down side was landscaping …. There were weeds that had small burrs around pool that stuck in skin and were very painful. - these should be eliminated to prevent people from getting hurt when walking around pool. Also lights around pool would be nice.

Great spot to enjoy the beach with a group

We loved this house! The pool was a lifesaver on hot days - especially with the kids. It's basically like being on the beach, even though you're technically across the street. There are a ton of beds - though some of the bunk beds are so high they are unreasonable. The property manager was very helpful and got us a few things that we requested at the start of our stay. One annoying thing - though they were explicit about it - is that the kitchen has NOTHING in it - not even salt and pepper. Kind of a shame considering that you know this stuff goes to waste every time the renters leave :( That being said, all linens and towels were provided and were nice.

Thanks for the great review! We are so glad you loved the house like many before you - it is a great house with awesome location and very nice pool area. We do not leave any food items in the house between renters, we are a professional management company and just cannot take the risk of someone leaving some sort of contaminated food item - nothing goes to waste as the cleaners remove and keep what they think is still good. Again, thanks for the awesome review and hope to have you back soon - Gulf Coast Getaways

Perfect location

Thus was out second stay at this property. As stated after the first one this location is perfect, steps away from the ocean and wonderful views from the decks. As it was winter we did not ise the pool but it was clean and inviting, all needed appliances and utensils are supplied to make you feel like you are home. We enjoyed our time there as we did the first time, the only two negatives were on the first day the wifi was down but was restored momentarily after reporting it and it was the service provider not the home at fault, the second was there was pet poop and rib bones on the deck and in the yard as well as some spent fireworks leftovers which would indicate these were not cleaned. This we cleared ourselves. Overall it was a great stay and experience, one observation returning just over a year later was that there is visible decline in the property on the exterior especially, and being such a great location and property that was sad to see.

Thank you for the kind words about the house and location. Concerning your last comment about the exterior of the house, that was damage left by Hurricane Sally that had not yet been repaired. That has since been repaired as the insurance company finally came to agreement on the damage and we were finally able to get an available contractor to repair the siding. Not sure about what you saw on the deck, sounds like a loose dog not from any of our guests made it to the house and did his business on the deck. Thanks again for the great description of the house and location, and rest assured the exterior has been repaired. Thanks, Gulf Coast Getaways

The messaging from the Gulf Coast group was nice. We were able to check in on arrival and on time. There was sand toys and one umbrella there. We also brought chairs and umbrellas. The pool was really warm because it has full sun exposure all day. Even at night it felt like a hot tub. The beach was so close to the property and the photos were spot on. Some parts of the house were dated but overall the beds and rooms were perfect for our group. The porch space was additional living space where we ate, played music and got a lot of use out of the rocking chairs in the evening. There was never an issue with hot water or shower space. We noticed an AC issue and reported it. The ac repair team was there within an hour and it took them about an hour to fix it. While they were there they checked all units. No complaints from us! I would recommend bring chairs and a beach wagon.
