Excellent location just two blocks from beach, restaurants, stores. The house is very clean and well maintained. Our host Holly was very nice and easy to get in contact with. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again.

AWESOME place to stay. The rental was well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, and outdoor dishes for the patio with bar-b-que utensils.The house is well appointed with comfortable furniture and decor throughout. No need to worry about parking because you have one parking place in the garage and a washer and dryer, too.The owners are GREAT!! They care about you having a wonderful experience. You may contact them if you ever have a question.Also, the location is perfect
. Close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.We have vacationed at The Dock the last few years and will continue to do so because this not only a great place, but the owners really care.

Great stay!

Great spot close to the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Holly met us at the house when we checked in. She gave us some ideas of places to check out in the area and made sure we were all squared away with the necessary info for the house. Clean and comfortable spot with plenty of space to hangout. Nice area with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

I'd give it 11 stars if I could

I loved this place! The reviews are accurate. The host was wonderful, communicative, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I loved the location—not too close to the high-summer beach crowds, but not too far for a quick walk to the sand. I'd move in if I could figure out how to do it. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect little spot. Kitchen was well supplied with all equipment needed.unit was very clean and directives clear and comprehensive. Woulld highly recommend for couple get away but not for children under 5/6 years old.Easy walk to al the highlights of the area.

Awesome location

We chose this property because of the location, location, location! We like to be able to park our car and walk places. Everything you need is conveniently located within a short walk. Our family loves the beach and the bay. Whenever life gets too hectic, a little walk with a beautiful sunset puts everything into perspective.
