Voyage a Venise

Nous avons adorés notre séjour de 5 jours à Venise, Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Helena c'est une personne disponible, à l'écoute et très très gentille. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait à quelques minutes du centre a pieds, dans un quartier calme et tranquille nous avons pu faire des balades dans les rues le soir sans aucunes craintes les rues sont très propres ( cela changent de certaines villes ex Paris ) Les deux seuls bémols à notre séjour sont que : l'appartement est très mal isolé (si vous avez des personnes bruyante au dessus cela est très pénible ) et parfois la douche est à l'eau très tiède voir froide

Greatest Host

The apartment was great, really well located, fully equipped, nice decor. But what really made the difference was the Host, Elena was WONDERFUL, she went to pick us up where our water taxi dropped us of on the main Canal to walk us all the way to the property. She speaks multiple languages and made it easy to communicate for our whole group. Then she provided us some great recommendations for things to see, off the beaten path as well as places to eat. She even helped us arrange our transport back through her connections. Really a GEM

Lovely comfy apartment in a very quiet area.

The apartment was perfect for myself, husband and adult daughter and son. 3 comfortable bedrooms and two great bathrooms. The kitchen was a little tight but had plenty of pots and pans etc. for self catering. The little balcony was an added bonus. The nearest large supermarket is over the bridge at the end of the street and then turn right, a 5 minute walk. Simonetta was very kind and explained how everything worked as well as recommending restaurants. Thanks Elena, we will return !

Wonderful property

We stayed for 4 nights in Venice, and the property was pretty close to all major attractions. We liked the small terrace outside where we used to drink the morning coffee. The apartment was nicely decorated, all the 3 rooms were enough for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped just no conventional oven, but we used the mini one once. We had some issues with the wi-fi which kept disconnecting very often, hopefully that gets fixed.

beautiful appartment - highly recommended!

this is a very nice appartment in a beautiful and quiet area of Venice, but nevertheless close to the center, easily to reach by foot. Elena, the manager of the appartment, is very friendly and has useful suggestions on things to see one usually doesn't read about in a guidebook. THANK YOU ELENA!

bon appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est pour nous, idéalement situé. Dans un quartier tranquille et plus authentique que les rues touristiques, il est malgré tout proche du palais de Doges d'un côté, et de la Biennale de l'autre. Logement très propre. Le salon est un peu sombre mais la cuisine en verrière et sa petite terrasse attenante, donnant sur une cour intérieure verdoyante, est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont agréables. Les gros oreillers n'étaient par contre pas adaptés à des enfants, et plutôt durs. Elena est très attentionnée. Elle reste facilement joignable tout au long du séjour. Par contre un supplément de 30€ pour une arrivée après 20h30 pourrait être mentionnée dans l'annonce. Nous recommandons tout à fait ce logement!

Wonderful place to stay

Elana could not have been more helpful and kind and her home is wonderful. She collected my sister from the meeting point and brought her to the apartment making our arrival easy. She gave us all the information we needed and help with locations of supermarkets and places to see. The apartment is spacious and in a quite place but very close to everything. The apartment is well equipped and the beds comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come again

Excellent apartement

We - my wife and I, our son and his family incl. 2 kids aged 7 and 10 - enjoyed our stay in this excellent apartment. It is well equipped incl. dish washer, washing machine and dryer and a spacious living room. There are good quality super market and several good to excellent restaurants a few minutes walk away. San Marco is just over 10 min away. The friendly land lady had briefed us upfront and met us at the Arsenal station to take us to the apartment. In summary: a great place to stay.

wonderful Venice

I spent 5 wonderful days in Venice with my family in October. The flat is very clean, comfortable, spatious and very well positioned, close to the city centre. The owner was kind and friendly, I would certainly love to repeat this holiday.

Zentrale Lage und super Betreuung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber zentral - Supermarkt fussläufig gut erreichbar mit toller Auswahl. Wohnung, vorallem die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Elena hat uns alles in der Wohnung erklärt und uns zusätzlich mit tollen Tipps versorgt. DANKE

Great stay in Venezia!

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice! The apartment was in a great location. Easy to walk to St. Mark’s Square and several different water bus stations. Elena met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Lo único que sufrimos un poco fueron los mosquitos, y como una habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, al abrir entraban todos.

Perfect for us!

Host met us a at vaporetto which was very helpful. Very clean and well equipped apt. Great location close to tourist activities but not super crowded feeling neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen. 3 out of 4 av worked well which is actually great compared to other apt we stayed at. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous quite flat in easy reach of St Marks Square

The flat was well kept and in good condition. The kitchen was well supplies so there was nothing we wished for. With a lovely supermarket round the corner it was easy to mix self catering and eating out. The flat was a 10 minute walk from St Marks but off the beaten track so a lovely haven away from the bustle.

Grosse Wohnung, ruhig gelegen mit 2 Bädern in Castello

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe und doch weit ab vom Trubel - total ruhig gelegen. Zur Biennale 10min, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten falls jemand auf die Idee kommen sollte selbst zu kochen. Venedig ist leider inzwischen teurer als unsere ohnehin schon teure Schweiz. Dafür sehr sauber, auch die Lagune kam uns sauberer vor als auch schon. Abfall wird getrennt etc. Einzig der Atcv produziert schwarze Dieselwolken von morgens bis abends. Der Gondoliere ist immer am Handy und die Chinesen sind immer noch überall. Aber die Venezianer sind charmant wie immer und als wildfremde Frau mittleren Alters wird man im Restaurant liebevoll mit "Amore" begrüsst. Diesbezüglich empfehlen wir das Restaurant Baccarandino nahe der Wohnung gelegen, auch wegen der frittierten Meeresfrüchte oder der Fischplatte mit Fisch des Tages. Am Anfang der Strasse lohnt sich die Scuola Dalmatia in der kleinen Kirche anzusehen. Wir kommen wieder! Heike und Irene aus Zürich.

Familie auf Städttrip

Perfekte Wohnung, um Venedig zu erkunden: mitten drin, aber ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir brauchten, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden gibts in der Nähe. Elenas Einführung war sehr nett und hilfreich. Gerne wieder.

Great find just outside the main drag

A lovely, traditional apartment with some modern twists. Three bedroom (large, medium, small) AND a balcony overlooking an open grassy area and a typical neighborhood. Very quiet (except for the occasional group passing in the street), yet close to the Biennale and San Marco. Another huge benefit is the ability to get to the San Zaccaria boats with only one bridge - one that has a ramp. It is on floor one, and has two steep flights of stairs to get to it. The property manager is lovely, responsive and helpful. Great apartment and location!!
