Villa Resperi is approved by Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Villas layout is convenient for big groups and families, as it offers privacy thanks to its two autonomous apartments and two pools. Spacious outdoor area with ample amenities and space for everyone, including playground, hot tub, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area.
Nestled in the village of Gonia, amongst olive trees, Villa Resperi has a blissful view of the surrounding lush countryside. Villa Resperi covers 280 m2, spreads in two levels and can accommodate 14 people in its 6 bedrooms and up to 16 if necessary. The villa is located within walking distance to a mini market, traditional taverna and cafe and just a short drive away from Rethymno town.
Ground Floor
The lower floor of Villa Resperi features 2 autonomous apartments, offering privacy among your group, both offering direct access to the pool terrace.
First Apartment:
- 1 Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) & 1 single bed, a closet, A/C, a kitchen with small fridge
- En-suite bathroom with rain shower cabin & hydromassage column
- 2 folding beds available if required
Second Apartment: Fireplace, a sofa, 1 Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), 1 built-in single bed, a closet, a 32 TV
- Dining area for 4 guests
- Kitchen with small fridge
- En-suite bathroom with bathtub
First Floor
From the pool terrace, stairs lead to the first floor where guests can find an open plan area, featuring the fully equipped kitchen will all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday, breakfast counter for 4 people and 32 TV, as well as a dining table for 4. On this floor guests can also find:
- 1 bedroom with Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) + wooden crib
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds)
- 1 bathroom with shower cabin & washing machine
- A Veranda with pergola, kitchenette & dining table, countryside views
Autonomous Apartment (by pool)
Next to the pool, there is also an additional autonomous apartment, offering more privacy among your group.

- Extra bathroom with washing machine

Outdoor Area (1,100 m2)
The villa boasts a large outdoor area of 1.100 m2 on different levels. Wherever you are outside, the natural surroundings embrace you, as the property is surrounded by trees and flowers, making you feel right in nature. The outdoor area facilities include:
- Main swimming pool: 45 m2, beach-style, 1.2 m deep, walk-in access, lawn area, 6 sun beds
- Second pool: 15 m2, 1.4 m deep, 2 sun beds, lounge area, optional heating (advance notice required)
- A 4-seater hot tub & outdoor living room (next to BBQ area)
- Large barbecue area with: Charcoal BBQ, grill, small fridge, outdoor sink, storage cabinets
- Built-in stone bench & dining table for 10 under pergola
- Fenced playground: trampoline, slide, swing, wooden play structure, toys, artificial turf
- Wooden swing & hammock
- 2 bicycles for exploring
- Parking: 1 area for 4 cars + 1 area for 1 car (inside villa premises)
- Entire outdoor space fenced for privacy
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
