The Casita is equipped with modern amenities to improve your experience such as dimming lights, keyless entry, A/C , heat and built in-ceiling speakers for relaxing music or for getting into the mood for a night out on the town while getting ready. Inside the casita you will also find a full kitchen with all the tools to keep you cooking great ingredients that make great food. Outside the Casita you will find a patio with a lounge area great for reading relaxing in the sun or just a place to grab some fresh air. Birthday Trip

This Casita was everything and more! Location was great cleanliness was amazing! Javier our host was there to answer any question I had. We even got to meet him on our last night there. Will definitely be back. We love San Diego and now Javier's Casita! I even got champagne for my birthday. Very thoughtful and sweet! Thanks again. See you soon.

STAY HERE!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I booked this place for my in-laws for the weekend while they visited us in San Diego. This was the most beautiful & clean casita I’ve ever seen! Javier (the owner) was very friendly, communicative, & had a very easy check-in. My in-laws were so happy & comfortable staying here. The location is great & the casita is very private! I’ve already told all my friends / family about this place. I will definitely book again in the future! 10/10.. Thanks again!!

We loved our stay! The place was amazing! Javier and Courtney were great hosts! They were both very personable - We had recently dropped our son off at college in the area; they had had asked how he was adjusting. We will be back for sure!! Thanks again for great stay!!

Peace and quiet

Very clean property tucked away behind the owners home. Extremely quiet neighborhood for you light sleepers out there. Parking is mainly street side, but was easy to park within 1 to 2 car lengths away from property during our stay. Very quick access to downtown and several malls.

Cozy convenience

Nice cozy modern apartment with kitchen/living room, separate bedroom and bath. Lacking in function tho, could use a bedside lamp and somewhere to put your luggage. No space for toiletries in the bathroom or hangers for wet towels. The outside fireplace area was nice at night but we had to buy a lint brush as the cushions were full of dog hair. Very convenient and safe location for us

Clean and comfortable

The "casita rustica" provided an affordable, comfortable, and private place for us to stay while in town visiting family. The property is in a typical older SD neighborhood where parking can be an issue; however, we managed to find spots close to the casita. We were pleased with the casita's clean and rustic decor and renovated style.

Taste of Living in San Diego

This trip to San Diego was partly for checking out the neighborhoods and real estate as I am planning to move to SD. The casita was the perfect way to see what living in one of the neighborhoods is really like abd check-in/out was very easy. Aside from a few evenings with hearing a few dogs in the area barking for hours, it was quiet and restful. The only things I wish the kitchen had were bakeware (I had planned on baking when I saw the oven) and lids for the pots and pans provided. It also would have been nice to have some blackout curtains in the bedroom as I am someone who wakes with the sun so it's hard to sleep once the sun is up. Everything else was exactly what I needed. Although it is small, it is just the right size for one or two people and there were many welcoming touches that make you feel at home.

Amazing vacation spot close to everything

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. And the property is well taken care of and the guest house Is extremely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.
