S0 komma bort från höga höjningar och höga kostnader och ta med din familj till ett rymligt, snyggt inredda och välskötta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, rymlig lagoon framför lägenhet (byggnad J) i den välkända Sea Oats. Anläggningen är utspridd på nio vackert anlagda tunnland direkt på 700 fot vid lilla lagunens strand med exklusiv privat strandsträcka bara några steg bort tvärs över gatan.

Denna lägenhet på 1200 kvadratmeter är en av de trevligare enheterna i komplexet. Det erbjuder ett stort fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum med 2 sovrum, 2 fulla bad och tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten och kakelgolv i hela. Vardagsrum och båda sovrummen öppna till privat balkong med direkt utsikt över den vackra lilla lagunen. Komplexet har också två pooler i olympisk storlek (plus två barnpooler).

Anläggningen erbjuder 50 privata båtslipp, båtlansering, 3 lusthus, bänkar, picknickbord och grillar. Fisk från en av bryggorna utan att lämna området (komplett med en fiskrengöringsstation)!

Till skillnad från många enheter ingår en startförsörjning av bad- och handtvålar, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvätt och tvättmaskin tvål och sopor. Helt sängkläder och handdukar (inklusive badlakan) tillhandahålls och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek är bekvämt belägen i hallen för din användning.

Fisk i lagunen, simma i poolen, sola på stranden eller picknick på marken - allt från ett fantastiskt läge !!

Rooms were very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Lagoon views were peaceful and attractive; pool was nearby and clear. The area is quiet with easy access to beach and short drives to food/entertainment.

Balcony view over Little Lagoon was lovely with fantastic view of the sunsets. Very comfortable, well maintained apartment. We've stayed in this complex a few times and always enjoy it. Love the big pools and easy access to both the lagoon and the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach vacation

Extremely easy check-in and check-out process. The condo is located in a great location on the lagoon with easy access to the beach across the street. It has everything you need for a relaxing, family vacation.

Dog discrimination

Very nice condo, Spacious,clean and amazing view. The main reason we booked this condo was due to it being pet family. After entering my dog's size Instating he was a rottweiler I received a call from the owner. She stated she would allow the dog to stay this time but there is a 40 pound weight limit. 3 to 4 hours later the owner called again and stated we could not bring the dog. I explained to her the dog was not a threat to people or other dogs and when we booked this property it didn't state a weight limit for the dog to stay. The reservation was canceled and our money was refunded days later. We ended up re booking this condo because there was nowhere else to stay. I had to take my dog to the Vet to receive 3 vaccines to stay at a dog boarding facility. The 1st day we came to check in the condo we saw 2 large breed dogs one was a doodle and one was a golden retriever. Both of these dogs were definitely over 70 pounds. The next day my family and I was in the pool and we saw another large dog on the balcony at another condo. VRBO Not really sure what your pet policy is but please specify the breed, sz,and any other restrictions for pets before a property is booked. Booking this unit cost my family time and held up our spending money to enjoy our vacation.

The property is very old, dated and needs a complete overhaul. The towels were old stained and unsanitary.About 24 steps to second floor. In master bedroom 3 controls to operate TV with no success at all. The only pleasant part was the view of water. The property needs a complete sanitary cleaning and complete update. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was this horrible . If I could ask for a refund I would but after thinking about it no worth my time or stress!!

The condo was great! The kitchen was nice and big with lots of cooking wear including a crock pot, toster over, an electric griddle, a coffee maker and pod coffee maker. They had a beach wagon, skim board, beach chairs and towels to enjoy the beach along with a grill. My boys really enjoyed fishing at the dock. We also enjoyed watching the sunset over the lagoon from the balcony. Large pools too.

Great owner to work with. Very clean unit. Comfy beds. Brought our dog. Balcony chairs broken and rusty. Water stain ceiling leak in master.The entire complex shows it’s age and needs maintenance.

This place was absolutely amazing...it's a little way from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy everything.. and that's how we like it .. highly recommend and we definitely will be back. Beach access was very convenient...made everything about our trip perfect. Can't wait for our next vacation

What a view!!

Bring binoculars, there’s several owls that hang out on the docks. Also a heron that grabs dinner in the water below you every sunset. The balcony was amazing to sit on in the morning, day, and night. The beach location is perfect for shelling or crabbing, we were thankful the host had nets, beach towels, and beach chairs for us. It was an amazing trip and our only wish would’ve been to never leave.

Spectacular lagoon view made up for any shortcomings. Other than needed updates on the beds/ bedding and some of the furnishings everything else was perfect. West Beach location is ideal. Beach and lagoon access were both easy. Local dining is superb. We stayed 7 weeks and were sad to leave

Nice Basic Property with great view.

This condo was comfortable and clean but could use some updating. The door from the living room to the deck needs to be re-hung or replaced. The sheets were worn and had “pills” all over them which made them a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped. It would be nice if the condo was stocked with ONE extra roll of toilet paper.

Awesome water views

The condo was in great condition and location was perfect with views of the lagoon from all rooms. Short walk to the beach across the street. The beach is a bit narrow in this area but we were able to find space with room for 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a view of the water. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night with a glass of wine. The Wi Fi instructions were not clear and we weren’t able to get on it, so that would be the main drawback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and would recommend.

It was a very clean and wonderful place. It was a short walk to the beach. The view over the lagoon was beautiful. I ate breakfast and lunch out on the deck everyday. And most nights watching my husband and son fishing. It was so peaceful.
