Beläget på toppen av Signal Hill Road, med utsikt över Cypress Point golfbana, Fan Shell Beach och 17 Mile Drive, väntar den otroligt inspirerande panoramautsikten över havet över Dunes House. Vi har tillgång till vandringsleder, närhet till Lodge på Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea the Inn på Spanish Bay samt Pacific Grove. Detta är en fantastisk kustplats.

Detta graciösa enda nivå 3800 kvadratmeter ranch stil hem värd sex sovrum och tre och en halv bad. Fyra av våra rum har fantastisk havsutsikt, inklusive befälhavaren med en king size-säng och en rulla med två tvillingar. Ytterligare två sängar med drottning och en kung med en öppen spis har också den fantastiska havsutsikten. Vi har ytterligare två rum med dubbelsängar. Den ena har utsikt över sanddynerna på Spyglass Hill Golf Course och den andra har enastående utsikt över Cypress Point Club.

Alla nya möbler och sängkläder kompletterar Signal Hill. Vi kräver att trådantalet för våra sängkläder är minst 500. Vi erbjuder uppgraderade BVLGARI-bekvämligheter för din njutning samt gratis FIJI-vatten i varje rum och gratis WIFI.

Monterey Family Oasis

This property was perfect for our large family gathering. Built in the mid 50’s the home exudes California rambler charm and appeal. The fantastic views and great kitchen made family cooking a joy. There are plenty of wonderful spaces, from the cozy living room to the large outdoor fire pit, perfect for family discussions with magnificent views of the Pacific.It's just a short walk down the street to the beach and a quick drive to Carmel or Monterey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Amazing Views

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, large outdoor seating area. We spent a lot of time inside and out just enjoying the panoramic view. We could see whales spouting n the distance and enjoyed the stars in the night sky.

Great Stay

The location of the property is second to none. Great ocean and golf course views. The interiors of the house are dated but well maintained with comfortable beds and plenty of space for group hangs.

A beautiful weekend getaway for our family

We booked this house to cerebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We were a group of 12 with two babies under 2. Everyone had a comfortable room and access to bathrooms. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient. We had a great time and will book the house again.

Lovely Home - Perfect Retro Home - Location is Divine!

We were in Pebble Beach for a family reunion/celebration of life for my parents. Several reviews have noted that the property felt dated and in need of updates. It didn't occur to me until we settled in how the space would feel and hold our memories with my parents. This was their era and we felt at home and with their spirits around us. So yes, it's dated, but it was the perfect backdrop for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the rooms were beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed. Questions were answered promptly. Beautiful photography filled the house - beware of some nudes if you have kids/teenagers in your party. They are tasteful and gorgeous regardless. The views were spectacular - I don't think there's a better short term rental location along 17-mile drive. Worth every penny!

Incredible House - Will definitely stay again

Did a golf weekend with the guys. While the house is a little older, the furniture was nice and the location was un beatable. Every guest got their own bed. You can literally see and hear the waves crash from every bedroom! Will definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

The house is beautiful, even though it’s very old the charm of old Pebble Beach is apparent. It’s very clean, beds are very comfortable. The picture do not do the property justice and interior photos on a bright sunny day would certainly sell this place better. I was hesitant booking the property based on the photos but past reviews helped in my decision. Only request would be better quality toilet paper and several more bath towels. Otherwise this is the place to stay in PB. The views are just unreal.

Amazing view and great layout

Great place for long weekend in Carmel/Monterey. Great location, clean, nice bedroom/bath layout for our group of 8 guys. The view onto 17 mile drive is amazing. Really enjoyed time around the fire pit. Property manager was very responsive thru the checkin process and our entire stay.

Great Locaton

Had a family reunion. This property is in a beautiful location. The home is spacious and clean with all needed accessories. Made use of the BBQ and had many great evenings around the fire pit. Loved our stay!!

Fantastic Location

Great views of ocean. Close proximity to beach. Property was very clean. Host was very responsive to questions and requests. Comfortable beds. Fire pit and gas grill worked well. The only negative is that the property is dated and there are steps between kitchen/living/bedrooms; possible tripping hazard for older guests. Highly recommend.

Great views

House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area in the living room. The bedding and towels were nice. But overall, I wouldn’t rent this property again.

Our stay in Pebble Beach

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved the house. The views were breathtaking. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. We loved every minute at this house and can't wait to return.
