Family vacation

Favorite place to stay for family vacation. Beautiful view of ocean from our Villa. Great pool within walking distance. The Villa had plenty of room for family of 10. Destin Commons is close by filled with restaurants, entertainment, grocery store and shopping.

We had a fantastic girls trip here. The condo was beautiful and incredibly cleaned. The location could not be beat and the bikes were an added treat. We will be back to Coyoba!

Great condo

Loved this condo, our favorite in Destin so far. Pool and beach are short walks, which is nice when you’re hauling stuff to the beach. Condo was clean and had plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. The only negatives I could find were the ice machine didn’t work but fridge had plenty of ice and no Keurig. Other than that we couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay.

We had so much fun on our yearly, family vacation and enjoyed some yummy seafood while in Destin also. We have chose a different spot for the past four years but I think we have finally found our summer destination spot going forward!! There was 8 adults and three children under the age of five and we were all very comfortably in #104. Very beautiful condo all around! I have already recommended to several friends and other family members! The Huff Family will be back in 2017!! 😊

Wonderful stay

Wow! We all loved the beautiful Condo. It had a lot of really beautiful and comfortable furniture. The decorations were just right. Kitchen was well appointed. No regrets about booking this place. The parking garage was an added bonus. The views of the Emerald Beach were glorious! We’ll be back!!

Loved it!

Exactly as pictured on Vrbo site. Grandchildren (teens) thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool as well as nearby attractions. The adults were big fans of the patio as even when it was chilly we could enjoy the sun out of the wind. Will definitely return. 5 star experience!

I have been coming to Villa Coyaba for 10yrs. It is a fabulous property with awesome amenities. Centrally located for all activities. We love Destin and it's friendly people.

September 2021 Stay

We stayed in a different unit two years ago. I’m not sure if it’s just this unit or overall wear and tear on the entire property, but the level of quality and upkeep was definitely not up to par. The carpets were stained, the living room couches were dirty, doors and door frames had dark marks from wear, and the master shower had a heavy coat of mildew along the base. There was also grass and debris on top of one of the duvets as though someone had set something on the bed. The beach and pool area were nice. Although we weren’t given an access code to the gates to access the pool/beach - had to ask another guest for help. The directions for using the unit’s cable were frustrating. There were multiple remote controls and none labeled by the name provided in the app’s instructions. We tried to call the night we arrived to request help. The message on the answering machine said the office was open until 8 but no one picked up. We were disappointed the property had gone downhill so much in just a couple of years.

Great Views

Clean, well stocked condo with beautiful views and great pool and beach access. Grounds are well kept. Master bedroom and bath are large and comfortable. Guest bedrooms need storage, so suitcases and clothes are not on the floor. Recommend Villa Coyaba!

This property was great access to the pool and the beach is so convenient. Even though on the first floor the patio is elevated enough to see the ocean from the patio and even in the kitchen. Loved this unit would definitely come back with our family

November 2019 Stay

Great location! It was nice to be right on the beach, and a private pool for the complex. The layout of the condo was very nice - 4 sizable bedrooms + the “kids” bedroom with bunk beds. Had to call guest services twice: (1) the universal remote and directions that were referenced in the app was not existent. We’re a tech savvy bunch but could not get the cable to turn out or the sound to sync with the proper inputs. (2) the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms had quite a bit of mold and red discoloration. Both issues were fixed within 24 hours by two different service reps. Condo amenities were nice but cleanliness could have been a little better... floors were very dirty and many dishes/silverware looked like they had been put back into the cabinets after use. Ice maker was non-functional (and moldy inside). Overall, however, we really did enjoy our stay and would consider Coyaba units in the future.

We had a wonderful time at 104! The unit has recently been refurnished and it looks beautiful! My family really enjoyed our stay. We found 360 Blue to be a great company to work with as well. They helped fix a few minor problems. One, we appreciated that the pool heat was turned back on as the pool was NOT swimmable. My 1 and 3 year old would not even get into the water. I do strongly recommend Villa Coyaba keeps the pool heated to 80 degrees regardless of the date. Temperatures in Destin Fl fluctuate often until June!!! Our stay would not have been nearly as great had the pool not been heated. 360 Blue also was great when an attendant was rude. We recommend that attendants at Villa Coyaba be a little nicer to the guests! We had heard the police had been called on another family’s unit (not ours!!!). The lady working at the unit was rude to people staying with us- we had nothing to do with that!

We stayed in this unit Fall 2016 as well as this year. The quality of the unit has gone down significantly. The refrigerator works minimally, but is missing several trays and covers (the storage capacity in the door was significantly reduced), causing a problem when you show up with groceries! The dining chairs are unstable as well. A piece of furniture in one of the front bedrooms is unstable and nearly falling over. The King mattress in the master suite was very uncomfortable. We had to fix the front toilet from running constantly. The cleanliness of the unit was aweful (unless you like black feet and socks the first night). Very surprised to see the toll that just 2 years has taken on this unit, until my wife reminded me one of the dining chairs had to be replaced during our last stay. Most of our close friends go to Destin for fall break and I have seen what they are paying for what they get and I don’t see the value for what 360 Blue charges for this unit. Look around before settling is my advice.
