We rented this property for a family vacation with the older kids and their families. The listing was accurate and came with many more pluses than any other condo we have stayed. The kitchen had every single thing you would need for cooking. The beach toys provided were a hit with the littles. We even got in a game of Monopoly while we were there. We hope to make this condo an annual trip for the family. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

The place was very nice, decorated beautifully. Right on the beach. The beach was beautiful. Nice balcony with plenty of room, where you can sit and listen to the waves. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean The only issue we had was the dryer. It took a while to dry, But I would go back again.

More often than not, I’m underwhelmed when arriving at a property. In many cases the pictures look better than reality… that is NOT the case with this condo! I was genuinely impressed! I actually think it’s more beautiful in person! The upgraded kitchen is very well done, and all bathrooms were quite nice as well! The view is great, beach service was very accommodating, I have no complaints, and as someone with admittedly high standards, I would absolutely stay here again!

I have booked many places for vacations all over the US but this one was by far the best...except for The Plaza Hotel in NYC but this place is right up there.

The ice makers, both stand alone and refrig freezer did not work our entire stay. Without a car, this was a great inconvenience and we did not feel that management was very helpful. Carol Egnercegner1@gmail.com

Thanks so much for your review. We are very sorry about the ice maker. We have brought bags of ice for each guest to use or offered to bring ice to everyone affected. We have now installed a new free standing ice maker in the condo. Again, I'm sorry the ice maker had issues during your stay.

Great family trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed 7 wonderful nights in this luxurious condo with our family! Everything was perfect! Pool and beach right outside the pool gates. Only problem we experienced was icemakers did not work-one in the fridge and a separate one in the unit. Everything was well stocked and very clean!

Great Destin Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of our favorite locations in Destin! The unit had plenty of space for our 3 families. The kitchen was the best! Very roomy and well stocked with almost anything you have at home. Stand alone ice maker did not work so we went out to get ice each day, however, we were contacted a couple days into our stay and asked if it was working. After defrosting and restarting, it still did not work. We were then offered for ice to be brought to us, but by then we already stocked up. Other than that, a perfect place to stay!

Roomy with incredible private beach access

Had no idea how valuable the private beach access was going to be. Hundreds of people walking the streets to public beach access…while we simply walked down the private stairs to the beach. Lots of room for our two families. Tremendous location and very clean!

Amazing property!

The place is beautifully decorated and all appliances are top of the line. The ice maker was a total bonus, we used it daily! Spacious rooms and very well equipped in all categories. The large private balcony overlooking the ocean was such a nice treat for our entire family, we could all fit with ease. We will definitely rent this property again. Scott and Tracey

Can’t bear the location!

Wow! This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and more! Beach front with an expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So easy to run back to the condo from the beach if we forgot something. Pool was pleasantly heated and just the perfect temperature to enjoy during Spring Break. Close proximity to restaurants, shops and ice cream. Very clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen items. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and would certainly come back again. Thanks for such an awesome stay!

Wonderful

Everything was exactly as shown/described in VRBO listing. Beautiful condo. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and linens. The ice machine was a real bonus. Immaculate condo with plenty of space for our extended family of 3 couples and 3 kids (5-12 yrs). Loved the balcony overlooking the private beach and pool. Had morning coffee watching the guys set up the beach chairs.Kudos to Beach Escape Rentals who responded to our questions immediately both prior to our stay and during check-in. Thank you from Seattle to Nashville to Charlotte for such a wonderful week on our favorite beach!

Great Location and Beach

The kitchen was probably the best stocked I have ever seen for a Condo. Unit was exactly as described and very clean. I am giving it a 4 star because the washing machine spin cycle does not work well so the clothes are all dripping when you are done. When traveling with 5 kids this is a major issue. Also the internet is not very fast. My brother had to use a cell phone hot spot to do his classes and any shows you watched stopped and buffered so much it was not worth using. Also there are only two parking spaces and a few guest spots. Everything else was great condo is well stocked for kids plenty of room beach and pool were great and we loved the location. Overall I would rent again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property! We would love to have you guys back anytime. I would like to add the washing machine is completely fixed now, so this will not be an issue moving forward. After the storms, the internet in the building was pretty spotty but the technicians have been out to service since.

Charisma at Crystal Beach

This property does/will not disappoint! Great location, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen and then some! The separate ice maker is a nice touch. The balcony is spacious and well furnished and we enjoyed watching the dolphins most every morning during our stay. This was a family trip - 6 adults and 4 children (6-9) - for Spring Break and the children loved the heated pool and the bunk room. I could go on and on and when I return this property will definitely be my first choice!

Property looks exactly as advertised, if not more beautiful. The kids were thrilled to find the closets and drawers full of books, puzzles, games and outdoor toys. The place has everything you would want from a beachfront vacation. Would stay here over and over again.

Great Beach Condo

Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of nine. We hosted dinners for additional guests two nights and had plenty of seating and did not feel cramped a bit. The views were spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was awesome! I'll be adding one to my beach rental. We loved every minute and hope to return.
