Great place to stay!

We go to the beach a few times a year over the past several years and this was our favorite place we ever stayed! Beautiful and spacious condo, but the actual building was super clean and well taken care of by a kind and attentive staff, which made our stay wonderful too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo could have been a little cleaner. It lacked dusting and the floors moped. it would have been nice if 2 beach chairs and the big umbrella came with condo.$62.00 a day is a little steep. The location was good and the fire works were awesome.I probably would not stay there again because of the chair issue and the fact that unless you rented their set, you could not set up your own beach chairs and umbrella. we had to walk past there set up just to set ours up.

We spent much of our time sitting out there,soaking in the view. Dolphins came by every morning at 8:15 and again at 5:15 looking for schools of fish. I rate it 10 out of 10, and hope to stay there again.

Great place

It was a wonderful experience. Clean, plenty of space. The only thing we didn’t like, we didn’t have access to the pickle ball courts but it was a great location and a wonderful unit! The grill by the pool was perfect for lunch and the pools were heated which made spring break a lot more fun for the kids.

The property was in good condition and it has a nice layout with two gulf facing bedroom. One minor issue. The bath tub in the master bathroom is of a whirlpool design. To step into the tub/shower is very difficult simce the tub wall is so high. Probably 18-20" I'm 6' 6" and I could step in. My wife changed bathrooms

no complaints, except one, the clothes dryer in unit did not work, contacted rental management (Gibson). They told us that they were aware of the problem and that part(s) for the dryer had been ordered, that the part just had not come in.

RELAXED

This was our 2nd visit to this property. Everything was wonderful! Cleanliness, poolside bar/grill, beach service, proximity to shopping/restaurants, not overly crowded. A couple of appliance issues in our unit, which was quickly addressed.

Fantastic view

Super location Great view. Being on 11th floor we could look down on pelicans flying by. We loved the pool side tiki hut food and drink Seaside Saturday night beach fireworks was great too We walked to Ocean Club Restaurant one night. Played putt putt on site as well

Great property and location

The condo was a great place to stay for two couples. Each couple having an en-suite bath, and then the third bath for general use, was perfect. The location of the condo is also really nice...towards the end of Sandestin/Miramar Beach and the last condo before it becomes a stretch of single family homes and a state park. It was a bit quieter and not nearly as crowded as other parts of the beach.
