Denna 800 kvadratmeter övervåningen har ett litet komplett kök med nya apparater, ett matbord för 2, 1 fullt spa som badrum, ett stort sovrum med en queen size-säng, en soffa / bäddsoffa och WiFi och en smart TV. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare på plats. Det finns en stor bakgård med en trevlig uteplats, ny gasgrill och privat parkering i ryggen. På grund av vår närhet till Louisvilles livliga nattliv, den eklektiska matscenen och shopping är det inte konstigt att besökare flockar här för att få en smak av något fantastiskt! Glöm inte Bourbon Distilleries! Vi är Napa Valley of Bourbon !!!

Best part of our trip

Even though it was a very short and busy trip, we were thankful to end our day with a comfortable place to stay. It has everything you need for 1 night or several and would definitely stay again.

The property is very well maintained, located and well equipped! The owners think about the small things just like having coffee for their guests! My family and I felt like home there! Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Comfortable

The space was just as described with all of the amenities you could need during your stay. Such a cute spot in an up and coming neighborhood! Its close to many restaurants and entertainment venues (check out Morning Fork on Frankfort Ave - you wont be disappointed!). Karen was very communicative and genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Beautiful place in a great location

The setting was fantastic and the location couldn't be better. Right around the corner from downtown and even closer to the baseball park and soccer stadium. Would love to stay again when we come to visit.

Perfect Apartment in Louisville

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for a soccer tournament. The property was clean and well stocked for our stay. Cool historic neighborhood close to downtown with several restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful studio

The apartment is cozy and beautiful and also functional. We enjoyed the picturesque neighborhood, its coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown Louisville is very close; a few minutes by car.

Best Area

We came in for a concert at KFC Yum and are SO glad we stayed here! The neighborhood is everything! Countless unique restaurants and shops. Def where the locals stay! Drive to the stadium was short and easy. We enjoyed exploring this neighborhood moreover than downtown area.

Fantastic location

The place was super cozy but spacious. It was a fantastic location with easy access to all the great restaurants and highways for the Bourbon Trail. My only (very small) negative issue, is the path between the houses to get to the door was a little dark. More lighting would be good, but besides that, it was great!

Great place for some R&R

We drove and had an event to attend at the Yum Center and Galt House hotel. It was about a 10 minute drive and parking downtown isn’t too expensive. A couple nice places to check out in the neighborhood. Recommend checking the VRBO app WHEN YOU ARRIVE for your checkin information. The information we received by email a few days before arriving to open the key box was not the same as the information that ended up opening the box. That was the only little glitch in our stay. We were comfortable there and would stay there again if back in town.

Clean, quiet and cute!!

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Louisville for our daughters volleyball tournament. We weren't there much due to long days the gym, but it was so nice to come back to a quiet and clean place. It had everything needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Louisville! Thanks so much!

Cute, Cozy, and Clean

I stayed for one night with my sister and it was a very pleasant stay! Parking and getting in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was super close to the venue. The bed is super comfortable and the space has everything needed to make yourself at home. This is the place to stay in Louisville!

Louisville cozy apartment/double.

Quiet street, easy parking, clean place, with all the necessary amenities. Outdoor space was very nice. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very clean and roomy place for 2-3 people. Easy check in and check out. No issues at all. The dive bar down the street, Seidenfaden’s, was awesome! Friendly people and great drinks. Will definitely be back again!

Weekend getaway

Comfy beds and close to the Louisville Slugger Museum

We are here with my 15 year old for the National Archery competition. It was peaceful and restful. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. We went to the museum before the competition. Karen and Ken are quietly available. The space was just as pictured. Even larger than I initially thought.

Great short stay

This was a great place to stay for my short trip to the area. The check-in process was really easy and the property was really clean. The bed and other furnishings were are all really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental.

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Our house is in the most desirable neighborhood in Louisville. It is close to everything cool and still has that old school neighborhood feel! It is the pulse of the city. All of the best local restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. We are close to Bardstown Rd, Downtown, Ky Expo Center, University of Louisville and Churchill Downs and the new Old Forester Paristown Hall.

This 2nd floor studio has an open but cozy feel, great natural lighting! Take a stroll around the neighborhood to local shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking pad in the back or free street parking in the front. All of our properties are monitored by exterior cameras.
