Vackert uppdaterad gamla Tahoe Lakefront hem i Tahoe Vista. Huset har tre sovrum med tvÄ och ett halvt badrum. Detta Àr ett mysigt, charmigt hem som ligger 30 fot frÄn vattnet. PÄ sommaren har man sagt att det har det bÀsta dÀck pÄ sjön! BekvÀmt belÀget nÀra North Tahoe Marina, gÄngavstÄnd till restauranger, strÀnder och mataffÀren. PÄ vintern Àr du nÄgra minuter frÄn Northstar och har nÄgra av de bÀsta solnedgÄngarna pÄ sjön. Utsikt över det himmelska Àr direkt ut genom ditt fönster. Detta Àr verkligen ett speciellt hus som Àr vÀl underhÄllen och Àlskad. Sover 6-8. Sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och angrÀnsande badrum med tvÀttstuga. Ett rum med en queen size-sÀng och det sista har en vacker antik full sÀng. Matsalen har utsikt över sjön frÄn 2 sidor eftersom huset ligger pÄ "Boilers Point". Det finns en gasspis i matplatsen och en original bergspis i vardagsrummet.

Such a beautiful home and property. Well appointed, nice towels and bedding. The home is a few steps away for the beach and a pier which had great seating. Kayaks and paddle boards a nice addition. The views from the home and porch were spectacular!! Would definitely come again. Thank you to our host Sheila.

The most perfect home for our family vacation! Everything was super clean and beautiful. Location was perfect. We could walk to dinner or short drives. Great golf courses close by too.The dock allowed us to enjoy the water.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Just beautiful, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Nothing negative to stay at all. And what an amazing view to look out at every day!

Fireplace and outside patio heater were so warm and cozy!!! Kitchen was perfect!!! Location was amazing!!! Lake and sky and mountains were beautiful!!! Weather was perfect!!! Patio was a great place to hang out and play cards! The beds were cozy!!! The hosts were warm and welcoming to us! We did eat out !!! Favorite places to eat out were Old Post Office Cafe - Carnelian Bay, Gar Woods Grill & Pier - Carnelian Bay, MacDuff's Pub - South Tahoe, Wagon Train Coffee Shop - Truckee, Auld Dubliner Tahoe - Palisades Tahoe We enjoyed riding e-bikes on the East Shore Trail & hiking down to Emerald Bay on Rubicon trail. We shopped in Truckkie and Camp Richardson and South Tahoe!!! This was the perfect place for fall break 2025! We will have to come back as Vikingsholm was closed due to restoration!!!

Reset and Relax

Shelia and Eric are INCREDIBLE!! They go above and beyond. They are incredible and their home is just as special! Our family was able to relax and reconnect. The home has a way of bringing everyone together with the amazing views, crystal clear lake, and serene ambiance. The house feels like home and is equipped with items a family needs. We will not return to Tahoe unless we can stay at Shelia and Eric’s home.

Super clean and cute log cabin right on the water

This is an adorable log cabin filled with antiques but with all the modern amenities. Great kitchen and comfy beds. Lake views from every room. We spent a lot of time enjoying the expansive front porch and dock. We felt it was the perfect location for our little getaway. The hosts are extremely responsive and very nice. Can't wait to stay again!!

Such a jewel

This charming lake front cabin has it all: amazing views, your own dock, fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and a peaceful setting. Plus the owners added so many delightful details like little pinecones & greenery on window ledges or fun selection of games to make the stay homey. I almost forgot to mention the best feature of the place - the large porch facing the lake. It was everybody's favorite place.

Perfect location, every amenity imaginable

We loved it. Great part of the lake, not too crowded, but still lots of great restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Sandy Harbor. The house has everything you could want, from a full kitchen, to water toys, to gas grill, fireplace, board games, TV, it just goes on. Super great communication from the owners who are nearby. Great weekend, we'll be back!

Amazing lakefront cottage

The perfect spot for a long weekend with my family. My wife and I along with 3 boys ages 10, 8 and 5. The location is perfect and the cottage is just steps from the water. They had all the water and yard toys ready to go and in great condition. The house was super clean and could not be a cuter more quintessential Tahoe cottage. Had a blast and can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing property

My family stayed here for 4 nights for Thanksgiving holiday. The home is directly on the lake and has its own private pier! The back porch, we spent most of our time, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of Lake Tahoe! Our grandchildren loved having a real fireplace! The home is beautiful, warm and cozy! Owners were super nice! Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Magical place!

Stayed here for a week with my mom and my 3 adult kids. This was such a beautiful, quaint, charming home with the most spectacular views. It was our first time in Lake Tahoe and staying here has made us all love Tahoe. The house has been lovingly restored and updated while keeping the charm of an old world lake cottage. Sheila’s decorations are warm and inviting. The large porch with a heater was the perfect spot for sharing meals, cocktails or just enjoying the spectacular views. The beds are very comfortable and Sheila and Eric are wonderful host. We would love to come back and stay here again.

We will come back!

We had a wonderful time in this house...even if the marina crew were busy to move in or out boats (the engine can be noisy!), it was the perfect place for us to relax, to have fun, to enjoy the tiny private beach, the wonderful view. May be a kettle, and a tea pot will be a plus for the kitchen utilities. We had an amazing week, and our dog also, as she has been treated as a special guest with treats and poo bags!

Mostly Great Tahoe Experience

Beautiful property with wonderful lake access. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook fantastic meals that we enjoyed on the deck overlooking the lake. Kind hosts responded immediately when the barbecue needed additional propane. Plentiful towels and great to be able to use kayaks and paddle boards. We loved our trip overall. The only drawback for us was being right next door to a boatyard/marina. We heard heavy equipment lifting boats off racks as early as 6am most days. Then, the equipment and boat traffic was present all day when reading on the dock.
