Denna 4 sovrum, 3 badrum plus spelrum semesteruthyrning Àr ny i vÄrt lager och redo för sommar kul! Denna fastighet ligger mittemot flera offentliga bryggor vid sjön Donner och har 180 graders utsikt över sjön och de omgivande bergen frÄn bÄde golv och dÀck utan strukturer mellan hemmet och sjön.

GÄ in i hemmet genom sten foajén pÄ det stora stora rummet golvet. Det huvudsakliga bostadsomrÄdet erbjuder ett öppet och ljust kök med bÀnkskivor i granit, uppdaterade apparater i rostfritt stÄl och frukostbar för fyra, matsal för Ätta och ett rymligt vardagsrum inredd med TV och vedspis. Franska dörrar öppnar mot ett rymligt dÀck med utsikt över sjön Donner; med uteservering, parasoller, en gasgrill och tvÄ bekvÀma solstolar.

Det stora sovrummet golvet Àr i bottenvÄningen och har tvÄ drottning sovrum som delar ett badkar och ett sovrum med eget badrum med dubbla handfat, ett steg i bubbelbadkar och gÄ i dubbla huvud dusch. TvÄ separata ingÄngar, en frÄn befÀlhavaren och en frÄn hallhuvudet till ett andra dÀck; utrustad med en badtunna och trappor ner till gatunivÄ för enkel Ätkomst till sjön. En parkeringsplatta finns pÄ gatunivÄ för att parkera din slÀp eller bÄt.

Resa pÄ övervÄningen frÄn huvudvÄningen till ett spelrum och fjÀrde sovrummet. Family ski tri

Beautiful home!!! Exceeded all expectations. We were skiing sugar bowl and the location was perfect. We went to boot fitters at palisades one day and felt that it was a good location to ski palisades as well. The view of the lake from the hot tub was amazing!! Wonderful vacation spot!

Perfect location for skiing Sugar Bowl. Amazing views of Donner Lake especially from the hot tub. Excellent communication with the host - prompt replies and good overall response. House is very clean and well maintained - especially appreciated the radiant heat An enjoyable space for 2 parents and 3 young adults.

4th of July Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on the lake for our family trip. Great location and great views from the large deck. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Stay

Very clean and a perfect location. Easy to get to lake, State Park, and Truckee. Was worried about parking but figured it out. Was able to park 5 cars on property. More cars would be harder. Wished we could find a broom and dust pan to help clean up before we left. Would stay here again and again. 5 stars....

We loved everything except the lighting throughout the house. It was really bad and made the after dark hours not as pleasant as expected. Other than that, we were very comfortable and happy there.

Beautiful home with great views

We stayed at this home for a winter snow getaway. The location was great and the home had breathtaking views of Donner lake. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the kids room with 3 twin beds and a foosball table.

Gorgeous House & View!

Our family loved our stay in this home and especially loved the view of the lake. Perfect location close to friends in Truckee and short drives to ski resorts and other fun places. Rivian charging station is less than 5 min away from the house. Hot tub was key and my girls loved staying in the game room. Would stay here again in the future!

Comfortable cabin with lake view!

The property is well kept, spacious, and endows the beautiful scene of Donner Lake across the street. The area is deliciously quiet, and most of the items you need to cook are available in the unit. We will definitely be back.

Almost perfect

The property and location were exceptional. The only negatives were we were given the wrong entry code and could not enter the property but luckily the cleaning service was there to let us in. We were provided misinformation about certain amenities that supposedly were not provided and finally certain utensils were in need of replacing. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location overlooking Donner Lake. Very roomy and clean with views from the deck of the lake. Great amenities and nice gas grill on the deck allowing for fun BBQ and outdoor dining. We will be back. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning house, tons of small touches too!

I don’t know what they could do to this house to make it look even more beautiful. We had an amazing stay here. The kitchen was stocked with everything a chef and baker could possibly want. The views from almost every room in the house were stunning. We had lunches and dinners out on the patio and movie nights in the family room. I saw some other reviews that mentioned no cable. This is common in the area for houses. The hosts left very good instructions for how to connect with cable through YouTube and we were able to set up all of our streaming services. So there was no problem whatsoever. I can’t wait to return to this house with friends and family.

The location was very good and the view of property was fantastic, closed to all restaurants skiing

Overall, we were happy stayed at this property and I, as a host recommend to my friends and others this place is very good , however when I booked this property the pictures and informations was exactly matched the same that I wanted, but one week before checking they mentioned that one of the shower of 3 bathrooms is out of order because of leaking, so one of my senior’s guest couldn’t use the other bath tub.

Contemporary home with a great lake view

The main room offers ample room to view the lake, cook, watch the cooking, or lounge on the large sectional. The kitchen is well furnished for all types of cuisine (knives could be sharpened). The upstairs loft (2 rooms) is perfect for our teenagers and friends, while the lower level has three spacious bedrooms. We all appreciated the contemporary interior & decor! We will definitely return to stay.
