Great west end location

Location was a short 2-3 block walk from the activity of commercial street and yet quiet. A 30 min walk to the west end beach. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for a gourmet chef. The owner, Kevin, was very responsive to questions , and very helpful with suggestions.

Pleasant stay marred by damage accusation and repair charge

Property as mostly as listed, weekend stay was pleasant, host was cordial and communicative, UNTIL after checkout... The upstairs shower has 3 ways to get water flowing: overhead rainfall, side, and hand wand. The knob that controls the water kept falling off during our stay. You could sort of wedge it back on, so while annoying, not the end of the world. We did not use the hand wand. My friend and I used the shower as you normally do. Turn the water on, adjust the temperature, turn the water off. Nothing unexpected. I alerted the host at checkout that the shower control handle kept falling off. He checks it and tells me that also the HAND WAND appears to have been pulled out from the wall, it has damaged the wall and he needs to call someone in to repair it. There is no way in hell we did that damage, but since "we were the last ones to use it" we are now hit with a $250 charge for the repair. I complained to VRBO and they did nothing about it. The host maintains that it could only have been us who caused the damage as they themselves were the last ones to use it before us. Presumably someone else damaged it and the host never inspected it and caught the damage earlier. Considering the control was already falling off before we got there is an indication of the state of disrepair this shower was likely already in prior to us. So much for trying to be a helpful guest by alerting the host of an issue encountered with their property. No more VRBO until a resolution.

Lovely winter retreat

A great location and cozy accommodations. We stayed over NYE and loved being able to walk to everything that was going on. Having an immaculate and perfectly suited bungalow to come back to out of the cold made for a practically perfect time.

Had a fantastic week! Great (quiet) location with clean, spacious accommodations and easy to reach hosts. Short walk to Commercial Street. Fantastic kitchen!! Closet space in both upstairs bedrooms. Loved it.

November weekend

We loved this place! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and was roomy enough for the four of us. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Kevin was a great host and responded to questions quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Location and Perfect Rental

We loved staying at this property! It is in a great location and you can walk to everything in Provincetown. At the same time, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with absolutely no noise. The rental is extremely well-equipped with everything you need- well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, chargers, and the list goes on. It is exactly as pictured- they did a great job with decor and comfort. There are two little patio areas that are very private. We can’t wait to go back!

Wish I could take this condo everywhere I travel!

The experience was so enjoyable that I wish I could take this condo everywhere I travel! Kevin was so kind and thorough in his communication and explanation of any questions that came up. It was my 50th Birthday and he even wished me Happy Birthday with a gracious bottle of wine. The condo is decorated with high end furnishing that are beautiful and really comfortable. You melt into the beds with fresh and soft comforters and sheets. The outdoor seating is perfect to enjoy the stars with a private enclosed patio. We enjoyed the wonderful food in Provincetown and were able to store and reheat our leftovers. If you prefer to cook, everything is available to enjoy a quiet meal in. The gas fireplace is perfect to take the chill out of the air and great for ambiance. This is the perfect place to enjoy the great city of Provincetown.

Best place I've ever stayed in Ptown

My friend and I have taken trips once or twice a year—writing 'lockdowns' —for over 15 years and never stayed in a place as comfortable and well-appointed as this property. (Such a comfortable couch--a true rarity!) The owner responded super-quick (not that we had any problems! Just a question or two.) There was not a single kitchen implement/cleaning supply/comfort missing. There were just enough 'pretties' to provide a lovely atmosphere, but not enough to smother one. Very close walk to Commerical Street, and a great restaurant is just moments away (Liz's Cafe). I highly recommend this rental.

Great hosts and a well appointed escape

Kevin was so easy to communicate with. We had some special needs and he not only was able to accommodate us, but he did everything to ensure that our comfort and enjoyment was his top priority. The place is wonderful. Comfortable bedding and furniture. Kitchen was well appointed and it made a great place to prepare a holiday meal for our group of three friends in the off season. Hope to come back!

Beautiful,Welcoming & Comfortable

This a great place in which to get away. It is cozy, beautifully decorated, and is extremely well equipped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor patio area and relaxing in front of the fireplace on chilly evenings. It was a pleasure working with the hosts. They were very accommodating.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been coming to Ptown for many years. We looked for our house for over a year. This place has the charm of the old but all the benefits of new construction. Central Heat and Air, New build, Tankless Water heater etc. We love the natural light, the outdoor private, living air. The bedrooms have large vaulted ceilings and are on the 2nd floor. Walk to Muscle Beach, Boatslip and 1 block from Liz's cafe.

Great location, close, but very quiet on a dead end street! Great outdoor space. Great L shaped deck that is 40 feet long and private, exclusive space.
