Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.

Great trip!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property. The mattresses were great and the furniture allowed for relaxed sprawling. Plenty of on street parking. The garage was a bit small for our mid sized SUV. Everything else was top notch.

A Girls getaway

This rental works great for 4 friends with spacious rooms to sit and have a glass of wine.. Or my choice vodka.. We all relaxed in the LR.A fully equiped kitchen all open and bright with small deck enabled me to make one meal biscuits and gravy.Got on the bus bought biscuits @ Rise back to the townhouse so easy no car needed. The DoT free bus is 2 blocks away and took us round and round the city easy hop on and off from Broughton to Park..The car stayed secure in the garage. Having visited Savannah for many years and owning a long term rental I know how important off street parking is. The free bus runs every 10 night it runs until midnight went to The Pink house and back late at night was easy. Flock to the Wok was awesome as Crazy Charlies for $1 oysters. With 2 1/ 2 baths all modern new is a plus we all never bumped into each other. Plenty of room.Please note there is no elevator... But we all had no problem being physically fit. Burned the needing to burn calories. Would rent again in a heartbeat... Very easy access very pleased with your customer service.

Great Family Min-Vacy

A quick little getaway for cousins who hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years reuniting and we had a fabulous time in the beautiful city of Savannah and enjoyed the lovely home on Howard Street.

CLEAN! Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the property. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials although we only ate in once because there are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Suggestions to improve the property are to put a lamp in the lounge (there is only overhead lighting without a dimmer) and a clock in the bedrooms. The TV is located in a strange spot far from the seating area. Lucky Savannah was easy to contact and answered all my questions. Also, we had a rental car and the gated entry to the garage was an added level of security we appreciated. Yes, we would stay there again!

We enjoyed a 4 nights long stay at the Howard Grande property and were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and that it was a newer building. The garage and gate made us feel safe as well. The area is very walkable and we were just steps from Forsyth park. We only had one issue with the property during our stay and Lucky Savannah provided us with great, friendly service. We cannot wait to return and book with Lucky Savannah again.

It’s beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The finishes are high end and it’s in a beautiful location, right off the park by a short block. Garage space under the home is a bonus, also! The only issue we have had both times staying here is that no one can figure out how to use the living room tv, but that’s not a huge deal since we’re out and about mostly anyway.

This is an incredibly well-appointed townhome with views of Forsyth Park from the kitchen door. I can't say enough about how comfortable and secure we felt staying there (the gated, garage parking was wonderful). And, Lucky Savannah is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I will look to ALWAYS book with Lucky Savannah anytime my travels take me to Savannah (and I would definitely put Howard Grande as my top choice for accommodations)!

Reviewer Comments: A really spacious apartment, plenty of living space, walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms and 2.5 good bathrooms.The apartment in 1 minute from Forsyth Park. There is a free bus that runs from the far side of the park (4 min walk) down to the river front, every 15 mins from 7am to 7pm. We had a car (the garage was very useful) but only needed it when we travelled outside the city.I would definitely recommend this apartment.
