We had the best time listening to a live a band before across the street for a private event. Everyone in the area is friendly and it's a very calm and peaceful square. The home is perfect for 4 people, comfortable, clean, and the natural light from the large windows is gorgeous. Property management company is very responsive and locally managed.

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the Parlor Flat at the Park House Parlor.The Parlor offered enough space for the three of us, especially with us all being tall people. The location is perfect for doing things locally--we spontaneously walked to many of the coffee shops and eateries. We also were able to walk to the RiverWalk, as that wasn't too far away. Parking was very easy for us. We were able to park right out front without any issues. The two concerns that we had were: 1) the strong smell upon entering the condo the first day. Most likely it is the cleaning supplies that the cleaning crew used. But, it was overpowering and I worried that the smell would be around for the entire time that we stayed there. I just got some air freshener and that solved the issue. The other issue is that main bedroom's mattress. It was not comfortable. It was like a futon-type mattress. It had a great size, but it is not supportive. I highly recommend that the property owner consider getting a different mattress. Other than these two issues that can be fixed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A gem in Savannah!

Can’t beat the location for the parks and great walks. Apartment was perfect. Loved that once inside was on the 1st floor. Everything was wonderful. Wish I had more time to just hang around! I will be back

Great Apartment - Great Location

This was an exceptional stay for us. It's nicer than in the pictures. We travel to Savannah each summer and love it every time. This was our favorite trip to date because of the fabulous location. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect place to see Savannah

Leaving aside the quality of the property, it's beautiful location and absolutely everything you need in it, Savannah is one if the most beautiful cuties I've ever seen after travelling the world my whole life. We plan to come back every year from now on. I am stayingbi. Another Lucky Savannah property now and the quality is excellent. I would stay anywhere else

Reviewer Comments: This property has all the amenities you could need, and the interior is beyond insta worthy, but none of that compares to how perfect the location is. Your windows literally look right onto THE most BEAUTIFUL square. I couldn't get over it. There's just no feeling like walking out the door right onto the square.

Excellent location

This rental is only one block from Forsyth Park and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The only negative I have is that it really needs an external spring cleaning. The outside of the windows that look over the square are really filthy. Also, the porch needs to be hosed off. The cushions on the chairs were so dirty I sat on a towel. They even looked like they had some mold on the cushions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for a girls weekend! The master bedroom was beautiful, and the space was very well decorated in general. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and spent most of our time walking everywhere. Only suggestions I have would be to upgrade the mattresses and clean up the porch a bit. It was so dirty outside that we didn’t sit out there. Also, the queen bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The king was better, but the opposite- too soft. Highly recommend updating! Overall, great stay and if those 2 suggestions were remedied, we’d definitely be back!
