Charmigt hus i bekvämt närbelägen plats på privat förening vit skal väg. Huset är nyligen ombyggt, dekorerat och målade inifrån och ut. FANTASTISK helt ny röd cederturdusch med blå stenbotten. Möblerad och utrustad med alla helt nya möbler, rostfria vitvaror, sängkläder och handdukar. Underbart vardagsrum med katedral tak, öppen spis, platt-TV, Premium kabel w surround ljud. Härligt fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, Keurig kaffebryggare och alla bekvämligheter. Tre sovrum inkluderar: Två stora och charmiga sovrum, två badrum och tvättmaskin / torktumlare på första våningen. Spiraltrappa leder till den stora och privata alla nya andra våningen sovrummet. Denna våning har kabel-TV och sittgrupp med en cushy stol och en queen size-säng som är otroligt bekvämt. En stor tegel uteplats ligger bara några steg från köket. Det är ett underbart och privat utomhusrum som är omgivet av häckar och professionellt anlagda med nytt utomhusbord och sittplatser för 6 och en ny Weber gasgrill. Takfläktar håller huset bekvämt i alla väder eftersom vissa träd ger skugga på huset själv. Gratis WiFi självklart! We loved our stay at Don & Angela’s. The cottage was well located and was nicely decorated.

There was good communication with the owner and the place was very cute and was the perfect location for us.

Best way to stay

This cottage was great for the family that wants easy access in every direction, clean and comfy beds/space, and not paying the typical banana-land Nantucket prices. A hidden gem if you’re willing to sacrifice the ocean view properties. 2 weeks, no regrets!

Great Spot!

The location is perfect, close to town, Stop & Shop and the Chicken Box! It was clean, towels were stocked (bath and beach) and the outdoor shower was our main shower- it was amazing! We grilled out many nights as the patio was very accommodating for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 15-23) as was the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place!

Our five member family had a wonderful stay here! We have 3 small kids and a dog. We stayed for 3 weeks! The place was very clean and well kept. It is close to town. We've been coming to Nantucket for about 10 years and its my favorite rental!! Book with complete confidence. Owner is a great guy and very responsive.

Adorable beach cottage

My daughter graduated high school and we took these 2 weeks to spend in Nantucket. This reminded me of a place right out of a book I was reading. Perfect for just us. She had a couple friends come for a weekend and we had plenty of space upstairs for them. The girls walked everywhere. Nightly sunsets at the monotony beach were perfect. Neighborhood was great and easy to jump on my bike to go to the gym or town. Highly recommend

Disappointed

- Bed linens were worn thin. Pillows were stained and gross. - Advertised bikes were old, rusty and had flat tires. - Outdoor patio was a trip hazard In horrible shape. - No dresser in master bedroom meant living out of a suitcase for our 2 week stay. - Sink in master bathroom clogged and drained slowly. - Overall the property felt like a poorly done DIY project not at all up to Nantucket standards but still at Nantucket prices. - Very disappointing experience.

Cute cottage and a central location!

We stayed at the cottage in early July and had a fantastic trip. The owners have a lovely home and were very easy to communicate with prior to the trip. The cottage is in a very central location across the street from the Milestone Bike Path (a central bike path that runs from Sconset into the center of the island). It’s an easy bike ride downtown or anywhere else on the island. A downside to the location is the noise from Milestone Rd which runs behind the house but being from an urban area outside of Washington, DC - the noise was easy to get used to while sitting on the patio. My two recommendations to the owners would be 1) provide guests with a spot to put their clothes, especially in the downstairs master bedroom. Even a few hooks would be helpful. And 2) add blinds especially in the bedroom/living areas. We felt like we were in a fishbowl especially at night since the sheer curtains didn’t do much for privacy. I’d recommend this property to others!

Beautiful, newly renovated home in convenient location

My husband and I, along with our pup, stayed at Don and Angela’s home for the past two weeks and had a fantastic time. Right on the bike path and about 5min drive to downtown, it’s perfectly located where you’re outside downtown traffic and can head straight to beaches, walks, etc...but still close enough to down town you can bike or jump in the car real fast. It is one of 6 homes on a small U- the only caveat is that with the convenience, when you’re outside grilling and/or at the house with the windows open, you can sometimes hear traffic from the two busier roads nearby. Still, being there with a dog, we loved being able to walk to Island Kitchen for food/ best ice cream on the island, and a few other spots too. Also, 1.3 miles from the harbor on mostly a gravel road for a great run/walk. Don and Angela were great throughout, giving great suggestions on local spots, super responsive and welcoming. They also have some great neighbors! Because of Covid-19 we were extra aware/concerned with cleanliness, and brought our own supplies but realized the house was fully stocked, which we truly appreciated. We had a fantastic stay, able to do everything the island has to offer, from Bartlett Farms, to clamming, restaurants, and being the only ones on the beach. Nantucket truly is one of a kind. All in all, highly recommend staying at Don and Angela’s recently renovated home (new, beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and classic beach my feel- even bigger than in the photos). Ashley & George

A wonderful stay!

My adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in this cozy and charming house, an easy drive (or probably a 20- to 30-minute walk) from town and across the street from the bike trail. It was just perfect for the three of us, meticulously kept and very comfortable. Nice bonus -- it came with three bikes. I thought the rental price was very fair, and would definitely stay here again!

Travel Made EASY

Our stay in this quaint and cozy cottage exceeded out expectations and could not have been better! I generally anticipate needing to do some extra cleaning upon arrival because I am very particular and my son has allergies. This was not necessary. The house was impeccably clean and easy to keep that way. Everything you need for the week is provided from paper goods, towels, coolers, beach toys and gear. It was ready made fun! The location is ideal. There is a beach within walking distance that is great for small kids. The grocery store is a minute drive away and town is a nice long walk or very short drive. We also spent a few evenings out on the private patio. It was so nice to relax and grill with a kitchen as well equipped as home! I can't say enough. It really was like a home away from home!

Everything you could want!!!

We enjoyed the nicest week in Nantucket at this house! The house has everything we wanted: close to downtown, easy access to the beaches, very very clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities you need like beach towels and coolers. I have stayed in places on the island for 15 years and I think this might be the best house at this price point on the island. Super cute!

Awesome house; Great location close to town

I stayed at this house in August of 2011. The house was great – immaculate, well furnished, flat screen tv – like a home away from home. Its location was ideal – close, easy access to town and the beach. We will definitely rent this house again!

Quintessential Nantucket

We are counting down the days until our next visit to this amazing home on the Island. It truly captures the essence of Nantucket and is the perfect size for our family of 4. It is conveniently located near the beaches and town. Having the a Jeep Wrangler at our disposal was priceless. This home is big enough for a family but would be great for couples too. We have stayed in many places on ACK but this the first one we are returning to. You will not be disappointed...

instant relaxation

Lovely small home, will all any family could need for a relazing stay on Nantucket. Lovely relaxing private out door space for eating or relazing, Acomfortable 3 bedrrom house with a well appointed kitchen and dining room. Easyto use Wi Fi. Not exactly walking distance to town or beach, but spot to park car, and available bikes. My college age son and his friend and I had a great stay.
