Stay before cruise

This property was EXCELLENT! The pictures were accurate. I absolutely loved everything about it! Will definitely be back gor a longer stay next time!

I couldn’t reach host, we had issues and management said to call our host

The room was nice, view was spectacular. Could’ve used vacuuming, we called down and went down to the desk because the drain in the shower backed up., and the make up mirror didn’t light. After multiple calls and no shows, we were told we had to call our host. Which I did email and no response.

Vrbo stay

The property itself was wonderful. Check in time was 4:00 pm. We arrived early and had the hotel hold our luggage. The front desk said that they would send a text to let us know the room was ready. We never got a text. Our room was not ready until 4:30 and by that time the hotel had moved our luggage to another location. The desk said they would have our luggage to our room in ten minutes. After an hour passed I went to get it. In short, the room and resort was great check- in was not!

Unbelievable getaway!

Easy check in, attentive staff by the pool. Great food and drinks. The room was quiet. I would recommend a look at the air conditioner that made some noise and the water pressure that goes on intermittently at night. Overall, it was a very pleasant getaway especially now during Covid. We will be back soon.

Awesome place to place to stay!

Only down fall is things at the resort was crazy pricey, but other than that it was fun place to stay and meet some awesome people!

Wouldn't recommend

Room was dirty, trash and stains on the floor, not well kept, couldn't get batteries to even work remote for TV, broken light in bathroom, very run down. Couldn't access spa because owner did not update. Not a true Fontainebleau expience, very disappointed.

Untrustworthy

First off, I've stayed at the Fontainebleau on numerous occasions utilizing VBRO and I've had nothing but good things to say about my prior stays. However, "5starr" is the worst experience I've had. I booked this property on April 2nd through VBRO, it took "5starr" 7 days to notify me that apparently the room I've booked is not available somehow. They decided to offer me a different room at a discounted rate, at this point I had no choice, I flying out in 2 days so I took it. The room needs TLC, fridge was dirty with brown ice cubes, toilet leaks, the balcony has an a/c unit above or below and is extremely loud, the view is one of the worst that tower has to offer, you're looking into an office with a view of more a/c units on the top of the other hotel, computer didn't work. Just would never do business with "5starr" again. That said, Fontainebleau is a 5 star resort, has everything you'd want.
