Renoveringar på utsidan av Grand Tower görs i höst. Ring kontoret för mer information. Ett lägenhet med 1 sovrum 1 badrum som ligger på fjärde våningen i vår Grand Tower Building. Delvis söder om den vackra Mexikanska golfen kan ses från denna enhet som är perfekt för att titta på kvällssolnedgångar! För att uppfylla Sarasota County Fire Code så sover våra enheter med ett sovrum högst 4 personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med två queen size-sängar med en 26 ”platt-TV. Det finns ytterligare sovplatser i bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet för gästernas användning med en 42 "platt-TV med HD-service för din njutning. Badrummet har badkar / duschkombination. Köket är fullt utrustat med bänkskivor i granit och levereras med nödvändiga saker du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kokkärl, disk, köksredskap, brödrost och en kaffebryggare och en Keurig kaffemaskin. On the beach in the tower

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The condo was more than adequate with a great view of the beach. My only concerns were no easy access to restrooms and no options for food or drink at or near the beach or pool.

Great location

I stayed in the tower on the beach. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. The tower sits right on the beach. A couple min walk to access the free trolley. I will be back

Palm Bay Club

A view to the south along the Gulf beach was just beautiful. Pool on the intercoastal was delightful. This time of year is a great time to visit. My wife and I couldn't be more oleased with our stay at the Palm Bay Club.

Location was amazing

Overall the unit was good. We did need to clean the unit some. Especially the bathroom. Maybe a little updating and newer pots and pans. Other suggestion is to provide some foil and sandwich bags to get started or even some storage containers. Just a suggestion

Great location!

We were very happy with the location, everything was close by. Very satisfied with the condition of the unit. One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable ( a king bed would be great) there was some construction being done, and one of the elevators in the tower was not working. Beautiful beach location, would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location!

We loved that this property was right on the beach! Beautiful view. The staff was great; very helpful. The unit was clean, but the bathroom could use an update. The inside door looks like it has water damage and it needs a new toilet seat. The rugs were a little worn also. We are going back to this property, but will stay in another unit.
