Denna tredje våningen 1 sovrum 1 1/2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. För din bekvämlighet finns en rymlig hiss. På grund av dess centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra sovrumsrum högst fyra personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 32-tums platt-TV. Vardagsrummet har en 42 "plattskärms-TV och det finns en full storlek utdragbar soffa. Badrummet har en badkar / dusch kombination. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / kokkärl, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Lägenheten är helkaklat hela. Den bekvämt inredda uteplatsen är inskriven så att du och din familj kan njuta av våra härliga tropiska vindar.

We loved our stay in Unit 147! The condo unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and adequately furnished with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool! The grounds and beach were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was great! Perfect location and a beautiful property. We had a very short walk to the beach! The pools were very nice and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend.

Amazing location

Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy and convenient. The location was wonderful. Security and maintenance on staff were very helpful when office was closed. Property was clean and comforting.

Great property

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

First Resort Back in Business After Hurricanes

All the resorts on the Florida Gulf were hit hard by several storms last year with high water. The ground floor of this resort was flooded with three feet of water. Those units are stripped to the studs up to four feet. They are working hard to get them refurbished. That said, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature, and the resort has its own section of Siesta Beach. We had a lovely stay (on the third floor!)

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

Siesta Key Palm Bay Club

The property was clean and nicely landscaped. We had 3 issues addressed the same day I mentioned them to the Palm Bay management team. The owner of the unit might like to consider a new mattress. We turned it so the "valley" was at our feet. That was the only drawback. Great location for the best ever beach.

Everything was very clean & comfortable. More spacious than expected so even though only 1 bedroom we had plenty of room for 2 teens to keep their things and spread out. The beach staff was great and would bring chairs out for us. Security (Charlie?) was very helpful when we lost set of car keys! Much appreciated!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience and noticed that the owners made some nice updates! Including adding 6 mugs instead of 1. One thing that I wish we had known is that the elevators were out. I would have requested a change if another unit was available. Stairs are can be challenging for me and we were on the 3rd floor. BUT that was the ONLY concern. We love SK and Palm Bay and hope to return in the future!
