Denna andra våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. På grund av sitt centrala läge är det en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att följa Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrum enheter högst sex personer. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng och gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar med trundlar, båda med 32 "plattskärms-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har en duschkabin och gästbadet har en badkar / dusch kombination. Det rymliga vardagsrummet är utrustat med en 47 "plattskärm med FIOS HD TV-tjänst för din njutning. Dessutom är sofforna nya och elektriska reclines för komfort. Den härliga öppna köket har granit bänkskivor och gott om skåp. Nice place!

Was clean, seemed safe and the beach was a 1 minute walk. Loved the private beach access, pools and pickleball courts. The condo itself was impressively clean/perfect for a short stay. Great location in regards to the village and town.

Great Location and Property

The Palm Bay Club provides a short walk to the ocean or the bay. The Palms trees throughout the property and Siesta Key Beach are impressive. We had a great time.

Great Location

It’s nice having a private beach so and wasn’t crowded like the public beach. The beach service was great. I was able to go to the beach anytime during my stay and there was always a chair and umbrella set up for me.

Review

The property itself was nice. The only issue was the construction going on at all hours of the day and we had neighbors updtairs who were loud and obnoxious all day and night.There was a slight ant problem in the kitchen, otherwise, everything else was nice.

Great condo and location

Our third trip to Siesta Key and won’t be our last. Condo was very nice and clean, quiet and convenient. Grounds/facilities are well kept and clean. Great location. Would definitely book again.

Nice resort

My only complaint was the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds that you can't push tight together for a second queen. We had 2 married couples so we wouldn't rent this exact unit again unless they added a queen bed to the second bedroom. There's room for a queen or full bed plus a bunkbed. Just a thought. Otherwise everything else was great!

The best stay so far

The unit # 158 was very neat, clean and well kept, and also close to the beach, everything about that unit was really nice, except the people on top of our unit was very very noisy, it sounded like a chair running around on the entire apartment on the ceiling of our unit, but overall we enjoyed our vacation and we will return next summer again ....

Clean, Well stocked

Very clean condo with well stocked kitchen to cook meals, super comfy couch & chairs with recliners. Not facing the ocean & no balcony but patio doors did open which was nice. Loved the screen door on entrance door. Large beach towels were provided. Only 1 bath washcloth per person as we had 6 people, there were a few extra bath towels. Description of room states that it sleeps 6, however the trundle beds do not work as there is not enough space to pull both of them out all the way. We saw a previous review regarding the trundle beds but assumed it had been taken care of as management had commented on it that they were checking into it. We ended up removing the one mattress & put it in the living room for one of kids. There were no twin sheets for the trundle beds but we were able to get them at the office. Lots of extra blankets available in closets. We would stay again!

An unforgettable vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 158 and "Wow" is all I can say. The unit was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked. We cooked several meals at the condo and had everything we needed. They even provided large beach towels! The Palm Bay Club was an excellent facility. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, from the girls in the office to the security guards and beach chair attendant. The pools were heated and so warm and we made lots of use of the hot tub too. The short walk to the private beach was my favorite part. We will definitely stay here again. We loved every minute. Thank you for everything.

Lovely Getaway

We enjoyed our first stay at Palm Bay and would certainly return. Easy beach access, nice, clean condo! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a great experience. *My only suggestion for this unit would be upgrading to a smart TV. Other than that, things were great!

We loved the quick/private access to the beach. Perfect for our family.

Great experience!! We have 2 small children under 2 & they quick access back/forth to the beach was amazing. Loved how we could also rent cabanas & they did all the setting up. LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!!

Girls Weekend

This condo was perfect for our girl’s weekend for the 5 of us looking for some fun and relaxation. The entire property was very nice, clean with all of the amenities we needed and most importantly on the beach. The beach was amazing with the softest white sand I’ve ever seen. The free beach chairs were great and we only had to pay for an umbrella. It was a very nice, family friendly beach. Our unit was very nice and we had no complaints at all. Another bonus was the island’s free transportation service- expected to tip. The “village” was fun in the evenings. The only thing we missed was a bar along the beach but we adjusted and made our own drinks.

Great Girls Weekend!!

From check-in to check-out, this was a fabulous experience. The entire staff was so nice and the security is great! Our WiFi issue was fixed within an hour of reporting the problem. The grounds are gorgeous and immaculate. The private beach is absolutely amazing. We rented 2 cabanas and they were set up for us within a half of an hour of our request. The unit itself was well appointed and well maintained. Other than the walls being a little thin, we had absolutely no complaints. We’ll definitely be staying here again!!!!
