Denna två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet ligger på sjätte våningen i vårt stora tornet och har nyligen renoverats. Den fantastiska viken från denna enhet ger dig möjlighet att njuta av Siesta Keys underbara solnedgångar! På grund av vår plats är det bara några steg till vår vita kvarts strand och turkos vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Denna vackert inredda villa är perfekt för din Siesta Key semester. Det rymliga sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng, en 37 tums tv och en duschkabin i badrummet. Gäst sovrummet har två bekväma queen size-sängar, 32 tums TV och en dusch / badkar i badrummet. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en 42 "plattskärms-TV med FIOS HD-service och höghastighetsinternet för din njutning. Det öppna köket har bänkskivor i granit och ett överflöd av skåp. Det är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor, pannor, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Denna lägenhet har keramiska plattor golv hela och en skärm uteplats som låter dig njuta av våra varma tropiska vindar. Tower No Salt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Clean condo and close to the beach. First place we’ve stayed in many many trips that did not have any salt, pepper, oil etc. If you eat food, bring your own seasoning. Maybe a complimentary shampoo and body wash. I think you can buy the wall mount for the showers with keyed access for house cleaning to refill and it would be cheap for the owner, probably under $5 per rental. If Palm Bay is such sticklers about wrist bands maybe the wrist band could double as your entry through the door to the tower and entry to the grounds. There’s an 8 digit code for both entries.

Well-maintained, older property. It is unfortunate that the pool is so far away from our condo in the tower. The ocean, though, was lovely with a nice breeze.

Palm Bay Grand Tower Stay

My family and I, a group of 6, stayed at The Palm Bay Club at the Grand Tower for a weekend. We were impressed with the great location and amenities offered. The Tower, specifically, is located a few steps from Beach Access. They had two pools and tennis and pickleball courts available, with all the equipment necessary. The unit itself was spacious and well equiped with TVs, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. The view from our unit was great. We had a great time in at this property

Family spring break

The unit was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The location is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The property is large so if using the Bayside pool and hot tub it's a walk (we drove😊) but worth it!. We will definitely be back!

We were in Florida up north visiting family and called the Palm Bay club prior to going down south for the remaining days of our vacation. We were very hesitant because we were watching the news and it was mentioning the Sargasm seaweed. We called the front desk And asked them about it, and their reply was, it was not that bad at all. Based on that conversation, we booked the tower for the remainder of our vacation paying premium dollar to be on the ocean front. Much to our disappointment as soon as we arrived , and checked in the stench was unbearable. As we went in the office to get our key, the front desk confirmed yes, it is disgusting. Had they been honest with us when we called, we would not have come. We have been frequent guests at the Palm Bay club over the past 15-20 years. I truly feel we were misled and it cost myself and my husband both time and money that we could’ve enjoyed another time. During our stay, the smell was so rancid that we did not even walk on the sand or attempt to go anywhere near the water. Again, I’m not sure what the intentions of the management were as the place was very desolate. Perhaps they were trying to encourage people to come to generate revenue, whatever the case may be, it was wrong, and I will absolutely rethink where I stay in the future.

Disappointed family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five of our family members rented separate condos. Ours was a partial gulf view in the tower. However, the view of the water was from the livingroom through dirty windows. From the balcony, the view is of 2 huge fan units that ran continuously (good if you like white noise), an empty lot, and the property next door. There was only 1 working elevator for the whole building. No bathroom facilities on the beach level. There is only one walkway from the pool to the beach and it is shared with walkers, service vehicles, and cars. There was only 1 area for sand rinsing after leaving the beach. The complex is not convenient to restaurants. The unit was decent, but place needs a deep cleaning. Not sure of the furnace filter is on a routine replacement schedule- was dirty. Dust caked fans is an eyesore. The beach was nice and pool was clean.

Clean, spacious, and equipped with plenty of linens, cooking supplies, appliances, things to do, etc. Great location and beach was amazing. Only downside was at times I felt my teenage kids were being stalked by security. They are good kids and abided by the rules, so it wasn't very necessary. I understand it was spring break though and they were trying to keep crowds and chaos at bay. I also wish the parking spots were labeled in some way from the drive or there was an easier way to tell which were owner and which were guest spots so I didn't have to drive down and back out of lanes so much. Only 1 working elevator, but wasn't really a problem. Overall, great trip and I would recommend this complex to friends.
