Denna tredje våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på Gulf sidan av vår egendom. För din bekvämlighet finns en rymlig hiss i mitten av byggnaden. På grund av sin tredje våning, hörn plats, det är en delvis utsikt över stranden och bukten. Det finns en kort promenad till vår vita sandstrand, tennisbanor, pool och kolgrillar. För att uppfylla Sarasota County Fire Code, sover våra två sovrumsenheter maximalt sex personer. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng med en 46 "platt-TV, och gäst sovrummet har två fulla sängar med en 40" platt-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har en duschkabin och gästbadet har en badkar / dusch kombination, båda utrustade med gripbarer. Vardagsrummet har nya lädermöbler och en 65 tums Samsung Tv med HD TV-tjänst för ditt nöje. Det moderna rymliga köket har bänkskivor i granit. Det är fullt utrustat med alla föremål du behöver för matlagning - krukor / pannor, tallrikar, redskap, brödrost, en Herr Kaffebryggare samt en Keurig kaffemaskin. Det finns mattor i de två sovrummen och balansen på enheten är kaklat. Den bekvämt inredda uteplatsen är inskriven så att du och din familj kan njuta av våra härliga tropiska vindar.

We have all moved our residences to new places for various reasons but make it a point to get back together for this one week at Siesta Key. The beach, the restaurants, the shuttle service, the fishing, the steak BBQ on the beach, and, of course, the Palm Bay comfort, all make for a great vacation week with old friends.

Loved the sunsets and sunrise on the gulf side, even saw some dolphins. The rooms were clean and spacious. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings was so relaxing. The heated pool was also enjoyable later in the day or after a game of pickleball. I’d highly recommend this unit as well as The Palm Bay Club. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely unit and we look to rebook this particular one in the future. Compared to the other units our friends stayed in, ours was the cleanest, most updated. We celebrated Thanksgiving dinner and hosted. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach, laundry was a very nice amenity downstairs and parking was right outside.

Loved the privacy and gated community, well kept, with beautiful palm trees lining the breezeway leading to bayside for amazing sunrises and gulf side for the beautiful sunsets. Workers there were so helpful and pleasant. Also so very nice to accommodate guests with lounge chairs and they keep beach very clean and white sand is just amazing! Great convenient trolly access to local shops and restaurants. One of best vacations. 10 out 10 for me, i should have just stayed longer. Already booked same room for a longer stay next year!

Great unit, great security, bad front desk

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. It is the closest club unit to the beach. It was clean and well appointed. The security staff was helpful for our late arrival. The front desk however played down my concern for difficulty of using the keys, they were not helpful at all for finding a place to work, buy seafood or find a coffee shop, and they completely ignored the fact that the WiFi went out for our last day.

Almost Perfect!

It was very clean and in a perfect location—right on the beach and close to the village. The unit came with most everything we needed for the week. We especially appreciated the large cabinet in the kitchen, which held all of our food and helped keep the counters clutter-free.Security was always present, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.A couple of things to note: there were 6 of us, but only 4 washcloths per bathroom, so we definitely could have used a few more towels and washcloths.The biggest downside for us was that our electronic door lock died. We returned around 8:30pm and couldn’t get in. Thankfully, security responded quickly, and Yandri went above and beyond to try everything he could to help. After nearly two hours, a manager also came to assist, but still couldn't get the lock to charge. Ultimately, Yandri climbed a ladder up three stories to access the condo through the balcony. His determination and effort were truly impressive, and he deserves major recognition for not giving up.We were told these locks were newly installed about a month prior, so hopefully the bugs get worked out soon. If you do run into any issues, make sure to ask for Yandri—he’s the best!
