La Valencia är ett litet privat, gated community som ligger mittemot stranden! Det är en 3 minuters promenad till stranden och privat Beachfront Pool med solstolar uteslutande för gäster! Poolen har utsikt över den vackra Mexikanska golfen och du går ner några promenader steg för att sätta tårna direkt in i den vita vitsanden! Voila! Du är på stranden !!
NYHET på hyresprogrammet för 2018 har de nya ägarna dragit ut alla stopp! Mycket "Tommy Bahama" beach vibe !!
DOWNSTAIRS - Den GORGEOUS kaklat vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa, 55 "Smart TV w / Movie kanaler och WiFi! Fullt utrustade kök med granit och rostfria vitvaror, stor täckt veranda utanför vardagsrummet / matplatsen har en gasgrill, matbord och sittplatser att slappna av. Privata och frodiga landskapsarkitektur utanför den bakre uteplatsen. En Master King Sovrum och badrum på första våningen med duschkabin.
Tvättrum ligger på första våningen.
UPSTAIRS - En vacker Master King Bedroom w / privat bad & duschkabin plus stor Jacuzzi Tub - stor kaklat balkong utanför Master med lounge sittplatser.

Beautiful property!

Over all, it was definitely one of the best properties I have stayed at. The house was FULLY Stocked with anything you could possibly need. The furnishings were just as pictured on the site. The check in was difficult because we did not get the email with the codes to get in the gated community or the house code for the door. We did get it an hour and 20 mins later. The host had under gone emergency surgery the night before. I felt so bad for her and we did not have any issues after that. The Pool pic of the large one, on site was not for renters to use, which was shown as if we were able to use 2 pools. ONLY OWNERS are allowed to use it. It should not be advertised as if we have 2 pools. We had to walk across the street to use the community beach pool which also was closed the 2nd day after we arrived for cleaning, but was open the next day. Over all I would go back

Lovely and perfect!

Seas the Day was everything we hoped for and more. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a private community pool overlooking the ocean just a couple minute walk away was so convenient and ideal. Loved that the villa was equipped with a beach wagon and four chairs to wheel over to the beach with us - so clutch! We had a fabulous time and would absolutely come back and stay again!

Perfect for our family of 6

Townhouse was great! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. Very clean and cozy. It had more starter items than anywhere else I had stayed so that was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

1000% recommend! Amazing location, short walk to the pool and beach, even the 2 year old could handle the trek. Amazing house with everything you need for the week. Amazing communication including spot-on recommendations for the area. We hope to be back! It was tough to leave this little piece of paradise!!

Perfect

The property was exactly as stated in the ad for rental. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as the privacy of the gated community! Everything was maintained and clean and the beds were comfortable! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to grill out or stay in and cook! My family and I had a fantastic time and will be back soon!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the beach house very much. The listing was accurate and the house had a lot of extras, such as toiletry items, blankets, pillows, etc... The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook. Some areas that need improvement; One issue was when we checked in late the first night we noticed the downstairs and upstairs twin bed bedrooms did not have new sheets on the bed. I assume this would fall on the cleaning company property management uses, but we did not fuss and quickly cleaned the sheets the following day. Had to cook with tinfoil on the BBQ grill even though you can tell no one had cleaned out the grease near the burners in a while. Also, there was no hose available to wash off our beach gear, although they are available down by the pool, it would be much easier to clean up when you get back out of the sun. The neighborhood was private and close to the beach. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Amazing Place

My husband and our adult children stayed at this beautiful place and we’re so pleased with the amenities, location, and overall experience would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property. The only drawback is the walk to the beach was a little bit farther than I expected, but certainly not a dealbreaker. Our party consisted of three couples of adults and my teenage son. There was plenty of room for everybody to relax with enough space for dining inside and out. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were especially grateful for the closet filled with sand toys and wagons and extra chairs. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was easy to work in, big enough for multiple cooks and well appointed with everything we needed including a fairly nice supply of spices. Overall we would definitely book the property again.

Clean & Perfect Location

First, the cleanliness was so refreshing. An amazing house in a great location/neighborhood. I took my graduate son and his friends for their senior trip and it was perfect for all 8 of us! Literal walk across the street to the beach and pool is a huge huge plus! Will absolutely be staying here in the future.

Lovely place!

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our family! The home was spacious, clean, and very nice furnishings. The outside areas were beautiful, great water pressure and the beds were comfy. Our host was always an email away, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would love to visit again!

Amazing place!

We were so happy with our stay! The home is beautiful, the location is great, and it has easy beach access. We loved that this area isn't as populated as some surrounding areas. It made it more quiet and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Seas the Day!

This is the Place!!!

Property was well maintained. It was beautiful and very clean! All the beds were extremely comfortable and we were impressed with how well we slept. The Access to the beach is a very short walk, one which we took several times daily. The pool access and especially access to a bathroom while on the beach was a big bonus. We would all refer this house and all it's many amenities to anyone. This is where we will stay every year if we can. The beach was very family friendly and we didn't see much in the way of the regular "spring breakers".
