Välkommen till förändringar i attityder på folly Beach! Denna 3 sovrum / 1 badrum egendom är perfekt för familjen strand reträtt eller kort weekend getaway. Hemmet har rymlig veranda för uteservering. Fastigheten ligger på bottenvåningen i duplex vilket gör det enkelt att komma utan trappor. Ägarna skonade verkligen inga kostnader för att förvandla denna klassiska stugan till en fantastisk hyra destination. Den öppna planlösningen har platt-TV, kök och matplats. Köket har uppdaterats med alla nya apparater, bänkskivor i granit och alla köksredskap du behöver. Sovrummen har alla nya sängkläder och avancerade sängkläder. Två av sovrummen omfattar en drottningssäng medan det tredje sovrummet är perfekt för barnen med en våningssäng. Det delade badrummet har nyligen renoverats och har en stor duschkabin.

Hemmet ligger bara en kort promenad till stranden och Center Street där du kan uppleva alla lokala Folly Beach-butiker, restauranger, levande musik, den andra längsta fiskebrygga på östkusten och mer!

Förändringar i attityder har WiFi och platt-TV i sovrummen med kabel. Gasgrill tillhandahålls för grillningsalternativ. Ingen diskmaskin eller tvättmaskin / torktumlare i fastigheten. Hemmet är strikt rökfritt och inte husdjursvänligt. Vänligen kontakta oss med frågor. Vi hoppas att vi ses snart!

Needed to be cleaned better

The location was good close to the beach but the cleaning needs to be improved. Took a shower when I got there got out of shower to walk to living room and bottom of my feet was black that fast. Cob webs everywhere

Great location, easy to walk to shops and dining, slightly dirty and heat didn't work in living room however they provided space heaters.

Excellent set-up

The house was better than expected. It was bigger and nicer than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. I would certainly return and stay again.

Great Location, Good for 3 or less People, not luxurious, no amenities.

This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road in front of the house also has a lot of construction going on and it is a very busy street with constant car and foot traffic so not really a peaceful place to relax. The porch is pretty dirty and the furniture is not comfortable. I know it's difficult to keep it clean with all the sand blowing, but the walls have dirty marks all over them and the place looks like it needs a good hose down. Would not recommend for people over 6 feet, my husband and 2 sons had to watch their heads so as not to hit the fans, the ceilings are pretty low. For our family with 3 large teenagers this house was too small. It was all about the location which was really great. Easy walk to the shopping area and to the beach. I would call it adequate, but I wouldn't recommend staying here with more than 3 adults or teenagers.

Great location

We definitely loved the location! Cute place, with the amenities we needed for the week! Great walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping! Super cute and affordable! Would definitely come back!

Perfect beach house

We enjoyed our stay and the house was everything it was advertised to be. It’s the perfect location. Walking distance to Bert’s, the beach, shops and restaurants.

Quick Folly Trip

Rental agency was fantastic to work with after our original reservations fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. Could not recommend this location and agency any stronger. We will return!

Family vacation

I enjoyed this vacation with my daughter and grandchildren. The house was very nice and clean. The ocean was within walking distance and we enjoyed walking downtown.

Not enough linens and washcloths

There was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels per person. If you’re there a week, this is no good. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Dishes were dusty on the shelf and trash under the couch from previous guests.

Mother daughter weekend

This property was great! It was clean, our only complaint was we walked in to a “water bug” on our bed. Understood this is a bit out of the control of the management company! Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I should have read the fine print because I didn’t realize that there isn’t a tub and we have a toddler. The yard could use some work, the porch could be cleaned up, and it wasn’t overly clean inside. Seemed a bit overpriced for a cinder block basement apartment (we stayed in the lower unit), but the location is great. Super convenient to the beach, the pier, Center Street, and Bert’s.

The property was ok until the sewer backed up

The location was great and initially we were very excited. They were having sewer issues which we were not told about initially. Once it rained the yard, our stuff , us covered in unpleasantness --- not such a great experience , especially since the pump wasn't working and they knew of the potential problem. Property management found us another place to stay, which was great. Much farther away from the beach and the fun of Folly -- not compensated for anything. I understand things can go wrong but ......

Folly Beach Getaway

My wife, adult daughter and I had a fine time here. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and Center St. We would recommend it with a few caveats and notes to the owners for improvements. One issue that has been fixed is how the place was promoted. The description listed a dishwasher but there isn't one. Not awful, but this meant like two hours of our vacation was spent doing dishes. We called this to the owners' attention and they took a little off the rent. The place can be noisy. Ashley St. is the main street for the northern end of the island and you get golf carts, dump trucks and utility vans going constantly, especially on the weekend. There is a bar with live music about two blocks away which can get loud on the weekend, but they do shut down the music at 10 pm so not a dealbreaker. It is great to be close to beach and Center Street. It was maybe 5 minutes from your chair to saltwater on your toes. Two minutes to Berts, the amazing overpriced convenience store. I did not use the service, but as a Portlander use to microbrews everywhere it was nice that Bert's sells growlers to go. Another two minutes on Ashley and you are in the gut of places for fun and frolic. Parking is tough near center street and the sandy lots cost $10 to $20 so if you stay 10 blocks away you might find yourself in a predictament. The place itself is spacious. Beds are big for the rooms but you don't spend a lot of time in your bed in Folly. We know it is hard to supply a place like this. Towels were fine, but we felt the one roll of TP for what could have been six people was a bit light. Also, the lack of a corkscrew was annoying. We bought a cheap one and left it. Decor was cheery if a bit predictable. The front porch was a good place for coffee in the morning, although being on the ground floor really emphasized the traffic. The wifi worked without a hitch. All in all, we would recommend. I think the next time we come to the Folly area, we might see if we could afford a place on the beach or possibly sample the more posh Sullivan's Island.

great little place with a great location

This little place is convenient to the beach and the main drag of FB. Newly renovated it, provided everything our family of five wanted for our stay for the price offered. Clean.

Good location- Clean, cute, safe!

The house was in the perfect location as far as crowds. It is down from the pier and larger hotel so the beach wasn't nearly as crowded, yet it was a short walk to a street lined w shops and restaurants, and just two houses down from a lovely market that wasn't nearly as overpriced as you would expect. The beach is literally a two minute walk and we had no issue lugging two kids and all of our beach gear. The house was cute, clean, and just right for what we needed. I would suggest a nightlight in the kitchen since the "kids" bedroom is toward the back of the house, away from the other two bedrooms. I wanted to sign the guest book but didn't have a pen! I'm thinking the house was new so there is really no extra cooking things like salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. unless they leave in there what we left behind. There were so many towels, which we thought was great, too and the beds were all really comfortable. The front porch was an awesome place to leave all of our beach gear to keep from getting everything sandy, and there IS an outdoor shower, which we didn't discover until our second day. Great place to stay if you don't need to be directly on the beach!
