Fantastic Stay

The space and resort are exactly as described, maybe even better. We enjoyed our stay in the spacious condo and the great view. I like to rate my stays on the comfort of the beds and this is a solid gold star for me. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday family trip

Just spent a week in this fantastic property, and all I can say is that it’s so much nicer than even the beautiful pics showed. The condo is huge, perfect for a family, and loved the outdoor patio living space. The resort has all that you’d want in a tropical location with excellent service. Taking cabs to the various restaurants was easy too. Highly recommend!

The property is a nice as advertised. The staff is courteous, and our unit was clean and comfortable. The food on the property was very good and reasonably priced. Only compliant would be the size of the beach and the limited number of chairs. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful property and great location!

My family and I really loved our stay at the Villa La Estancia. This was a great unit with beautiful grounds! The home was spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I loved that you have the opportunity to cook and/or eat at the onsite restaurants. There is an onsite grocery store was well as a Walmart just down the street for items you may need. This was also some of the best resort food we have had! Downtown is close with a lot to offer. The staff was warm welcoming and very accommodating! We loved our stay here and hope to be back in the future! You will not be disappointed with your stay here , we had a wonderful time! Thank you Gina for having us :-)

Christmas Holiday Vacay

Interior needs new lighting inside all bathrooms, very dark and can’t see to put on make-up (dated). Fresh paint needed to freshen up interior. Lounge chairs would be nice on outdoor villa patio (table & chairs only). Owner very nice & helpful, great staff, and lovely location.

Perfect Spot!

We love Cabo and this condo was a great choice for our family. The location is perfect and the resort grounds are clean, beautiful and well kept. Nice large tvs and a beautiful patio with an ocean view. We rented a car this time and that was a great idea. You can rent from an Alamo right in the resort which is super convenient. There is a marketplace on prem too that is stocked full of USA faves. We felt very safe at this resort too (safety is why we choose Cabo generally over other Mexico hot spots). Only things we’d suggest is getting a toaster and having more laundry soap/supplies. Thanks to our hosts!

Can I give it more stars please??!

I wish I could give this condo 10 stars! You will not find a kinder, more responsive, organized, and thoughtful host than Gina! She went above and beyond in so many ways. The condo itself is top notch and lacks nothing in accommodations. We loved the expansive balcony that can be accessed from the living room as well as each of the bedroom suites and yields a breathtaking view of the immaculate resort grounds and the beautiful Sea of Cortez! While the resort and its two fully accessible sister properties have everything you need, this location is the best in Cabo by far if you find yourself wanting to roam! It’s close enough to the marina and restaurants that it was a leisurely stroll down the beach or a $9 taxi ride. I can say with complete confidence, you will not be disappointed with this rental and you will wish you had a “Gina” back home as well!

Spring Break

We had a great stay. The resort is far enough away from town but close enough to walk there. We had the all inclusive meal plan and it was great. The condo itself was spacious and lovely with a great outdoor balcony space. Gina was super helpful and easily available. Thank you!

Lucked out finding this unit on our first trip to Cabo San Lucas. Location is just outside of town, but close enough to walk. Everything was as advertised, we'd stay there again. The host is excellent....great tips and communication.

Villa La Estancia

Travelled to Cabo for some R&R and had the best experience staying at a VRBO rental. The people there were courteous and friendly and were very expedient in both the check in and check out process. The owner/property manager was a joy to work with especially since it was a last minute booking. The residence was immaculate and we wanted for nothing. I give this place a five star rating all around. We were all very impressed and plan to return.

Wonderful stay at Estancia!

Gina, the owner, is a wonderful communicator, and the description is extremely accurate. Estancia is situated between two other resorts, and the crowd is a little older which was fine for us as the other properties were a little noisier and busier. Town is a 5 min uber ride which is super easy. Gina’s recommendations for restaurants and tours were excellent. Would totally go back again. The house is very spacious with a wonderful balcony.

Great family spot in Cabo san lucas

Stayed at the villa Estancia for a week with my family and it was a great experience. Gina was very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. The suite was very clean and had all amenities- the only thing the suite did not have was a BBQ. The villas are very close to the town of Cabo and the beach was excellent! I would recommend this condo to anyone interesting in visiting Cabo San Lucas

Amazing Stay!

We have stayed at La Estancia at minimum 10 times over the past years. This by far was the nicest Villa we stayed at! The place is extremely clean, nice furniture, complete kitchen for cooking and an awesome view with a great patio! Gina was amazing and great with communication from start to finish. We WILL be back! Perfect location, resort and experience

We stayed at two different properties on our recent trip, and I absolutely loved staying at Villa La Estancia the most. Gina is a wonderful host - extremely communicative and responsive - and the villa was beautifully decorated, super clean and well appointed. We felt very comfortable and loved spending time on the expansive terrace overlooking the gorgeous property and ocean views. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and serene, and the grounds of the resort were all beautiful and well maintained. We ate at two of the on-site restaurants and while both were wonderful, La Casona in particular was absolutely delicious. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Gina is an exceptional host and we cannot wait to visit again!

Great Experience

Beautiful property, very comfortable. A small issue with the AC not being as cool as we would have liked in the main living area but it was nothing to complain about because the rest of the experience was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely magical

Our family of four had a beautiful spring break stay at this huge and elegant villa. We’ve stayed at Villa La Estancia before and this unit just blew us away. Gorgeous views, comfortable furniture, and gorgeous decor—it is clearly lovingly maintained and managed. We can’t wait to return, and recommend this unit, this owner and this resort wholeheartedly. Our stay was perfect.

Cabo is our family's destination of choice. We enjoy the R&R that Cabo provides along with the fun--whether hanging out at the pool, swimming in the ocean or walking along the beach to the nearby marina district. Some of our faves: Flora Farms, The Office, catching a boat ride to Los Arcos for snorkeling, the Marina District for fish tacos & cervezas, dining in at one of the resort's amazing restaurants or just ordering wood-fired pizza delivered to the room while watching the sunset from the patio.

We love Cabo & staying @ Villa la Estancia (VLE). It's the perfect mix of relaxation & fun for our family & friends. After traveling there a few times with friends & family, we settled on Villa La Estancia as our little slice of paradise. Whenever we are able to travel to Cabo, we can't wait to arrive & be welcomed by the ocean, sun, surf & the amazing staff!!

There are many beautiful resorts in Cabo w/the latest & greatest amenities. Villa la Estancia (VLE) has it all PLUS location! Why stay inland without an ocean view or at a resort where you CAN see the ocean but CAN'T swim in it? VLE is mere steps from one of the best swimmable beaches in Cabo (Medano Beach) overlooking Los Arcos. What's not to love?
