Det hÀr Àr en fastighet vid stranden vid White Sands Townhouse pÄ Pensacola Beach. Denna lyxiga enhet med fönster lÀngs östra vÀggen blev precis en semesteruthyrning i mitten av april 2018. Detta radhus 4 sovrum / 3 badrum radhus ligger pÄ önskvÀrda Fort Pickens Road Àr utrustad med bekvÀmligheter för en bekvÀm semester inklusive en TV i varje sovrum, och en privat hiss för att lyfta dig frÄn det stora garaget till tvÄ vÄningar bostadsomrÄde med en totalt 2300 kvadratmeter. Det stora sovrummet har en balkong med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Se bilder.

Bara nÄgra steg ner frÄn dÀck till vÀrldens vitaste sandstrÀnder. NÄgra steg över sanddynerna och du doppar tÄrna i Mexikanska golfen. Smutta pÄ kaffe och titta pÄ delfiner pÄ morgonen, springa och leka i brÀnningen och sand, koppla av med en dryck i en solstol vid vattnet, eller grilla medan du tittar pÄ solnedgÄngen.

Vi erbjuder en vistelse pÄ minst 3 till 4 nÀtter utom frÄn 30 maj 2020 till 15 augusti 2020, vilket Àr en minimumvistelse pÄ 7 nÀtter, endast lördag till lördag.

Annual Family vacation

Perfect Beach Vacation Starts Here!

Everything about this property was perfect. From the balcony views and ease of beach access, to the location near restaurants yet removed from the bustle. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting White Sands Condominiums for four years. The last two with through this Rental Co./via VRBO. Both times were problematic.During the last stay, we had several problems with the elevator. After the last call to them, a young woman burst into the condominium (without knocking) and started reciting the elevator rules over and over and over and over. I asked her to leave, and she refused and would jut talk louder, and louder. She made personal remarks about me, how she would pray for me because there must be something wrong with me. Then insulted my sister-in-law. I was just flabbergasted by her behavior.

Wonderful location and facility

We had a wonderful stay. This is a very spacious home, great for eating and social gathering. Perfect location and wonderful views. Nothing is left from previous guests, so don’t forget to bring salt and pepper! I gave four stars because some of the fixtures need some TLC.

Right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Firstly, we were amazed at how close the beach was to the condo (only a few steps)! We loved that it was dog friendly and the dog beach was just a mile down/up the road. The property was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Thank you for making our first family trip so exceptional. Hoping we’ll be able to make it back next year!

Great Family Getaway!

This property is awesome for a family vacation. It is truly beach front which makes your vacation better than imaginable. Even if you dont want to go down to the sand you can sit on the deck or balcony and enjoy watching the waves. Plenty of room for everyone and they have games for kids to play inside on a rainy beach day as well as all the beach equipment you will need to have a great day in the sun (tents,chairs, sand toys, wagon) My only negative is that a couple of the tv remote and fan remotes didnt have any batteries which was odd, theres a clock in every room but none of them have the correct time. Elevator is very nice to have but also very tricky to work. Make sure you resd elevator use instructions carefully.

Reviewer Comments: 477 Fort Pickens Road in the White Sands condo complex in Pensacola Beach is a nice condo for a family. It is close to shopping, restaurants and has a nice beach out the back door. However, it needs a deep clean. We had to call the management company that we had roaches. They promptly sent out a pest control company to spray. We had a nice week there and left the unit in better shape than we found it. I have complaints about the linens, the shower curtain liner downstairs, kitchen towels or the lack of, and trash & crumbs of food under the beds and furniture.

Best week of the year!

Our very large family takes a beach vacation each year and we absolutely loved this location. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained. We lost power for a few hours one day due to a power company issue; the host was easily reached and helpful in communicating the issue and when it would be resolved. We will continue to come back year after year!

Sister’s Trip

The place is beautiful and spacious, wit a perfect location. We enjoyed the extremely easy access to the beach. On rainy/non-beach days we enjoyed playing games and having cocktails on the partially covered porch. Highly recommend. Unfortunately there weren’t any working beach umbrellas but we were able to rent some. The umbrellas were set up and waiting for us at 10am, and picked up at 5..super convenient
