Det som drog oss till denna plats var att vi kunde höra havet ropa oss frÄn vÄrt privata dÀck och sedan grÀva tÄrna i sanden efter en minuts promenad till nÀrmaste strandpromenad som leder till stranden. Vi hoppas att du och din familj ocksÄ kommer att dras till vÄr nyligen renoverade familjevÀnliga villa i slutet av dessa skÀl och sÄ mycket mer. Avkoppling och att skapa vackra minnen Àr vÄrt hopp för dig nÀr du vilar och drar nytta av det fantastiska lÀget i denna West Beach-villa, bara en kort cykel- eller biltur till Freshfields Market och ett charmigt centrum fullt av restauranger, frÀmsta butiker och tjÀnster.

VĂ„ra ljusa, rymliga öppna vardagsrum och matplats Ă€r perfekta för din familj och vĂ€nner att varva ner pĂ„ den sköna soffan, spela ett brĂ€dspel och / eller kalla samman vid matbordet för att dela en mĂ„ltid. VĂ„rt kök Ă€r vĂ€lutrustat med köksredskap och bageri och till och med gratis kaffe och kaffebryggare. We enjoyed our stay. This home easily accommodated our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils, and plates. We usually cook our meals while we are there, so this was helpful. The house was very clean and beds were comfy. We will for sure stay here again.

Great location!

Great location for our family’s weekend getaway! My husband and I brought our two small children - who loved walking to the beach which was an easy 5-8 minute walk from the front door. Comfortable beds, brought the pack and play for our 1 year old. Everything we really needed was readily available. Thank you for letting us stay at your rental!

Amazing Again

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and that should say enough. The owner is absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and extremely helpful. The property is a stone’s throw from the beach, and warm and cozy overall. I wish I could stay all summer long. Everything is as advertised.

Perfect weekend stay

Our host was extremely prompt and gracious in responding. Our check in at the gate was a breeze which is so important after a long 6 hour car ride, I thank our host for that. I have stayed on the island many times and this location is my favorite. It’s a easy walk to the beach and close to key points of interest. The villa is well appointed and a spacious and comfortable layout. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck listening to the ocean and watching the deer. I just wish we had time for a longer stay. We will definitely return to this villa next visit. Maybe as soon as next month.

Excellent Experience!

Our family and a few close friends of our teens came down to celebrate a long birthday weekend; it was our first time visiting Kiawah, and we were very much looking forward to the time away. The location and spaciousness of the villa for our group was perfect. We were so pleased to discover the layout was larger than expected and that each set of us had our own space - teen boys, teen girls, and us parents. True to its description, the beach is a very short walk away, which made coming and going so convenient. The beach never felt crowded, even during peak hours. Bike rentals made the property and surrounding areas even more accessible, and adventures were had by all exploring the trails. Prompt and thorough communication with Mauna before - and during the trip when needed - was very much appreciated. The teens all agreed this was one of their favorite trips, and that is high praise indeed. Book this villa with confidence. We will be back!

Great location, cute condo but dirty

The unit is located in a great location but it needed thoroughly cleaned. There were many hairs in the bathrooms and dust and dirt in all the corners. There were only 3 roll of toilet paper and only soap/toiletries in one of the bathrooms. There are “leftover” items in bathrooms but not fresh or new. The linens were very random and most of the pillows had no pillow cases. The silver wear was dirty! Hardened egg on spoons. The door handle to the front door kept falling off. The manager was very prompt and polite in replying to my messages and someone brought over one pack of charmin and two hotel soaps. We ended up sharing shampoo and conditioner I bought. The maintenance person fixed the door handle as well. Very expensive stay for what you get.

The owner was extremely accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. The listing claims newly renovated however the furniture is dated and the deck furniture rusted and dirty. The walls are also in dire need of a coat of paint. The location was excellent offering a short walk to the beach.The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet and pretty neighborhood. We will stay here again at some point .

So close to the beach is 100%accurate. Just quick 4 min door to sand!. Quiet neighborhood bike to everything. Saw so much wildlife from alligators, snakes, deer and more. We are all about wildlife. Took a shelling expedition that was amazing. The home had everything we needed towels, kitchen ware, cleaning supplies for laundry and kitchen. We needed nothing
maybe a few more days. Beach was incredible waves soooo calm.

Lovely, comfortable home with everything you need. We loved that we could walk to the beach, we enjoyed nearby Freshwater Village, a deer passing through the backyard was a surprise treat and coming across the nesting turtle patrol on the beach was a real treat too! We’ll be back.

This was our third stay at this property. The location, overall coziness, and helpful host make it a great choice for a getaway! The super short walk to the beach can’t be beat!

As promised, the villa had enough room and was well located, with quick access to the beach. The owner was responsive to initial emails and helpful with information. But overall, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived (well after check in time) a man answered the door and said he wasn't quite done with everything yet, but we should come in. We had groceries melting and did. We waited while he went to put sheets on the beds and finish drying the towels. he said he would bring more towels later; each bathroom got 2 and 1 washcloth. The towels never arrived. The ones we had were thin and had HOLES in them. He did come by the next day and dropped off toilet paper and paper towels - but until then we only had what little was left over from the previous guests. The kitchen appliances were dirty. Two bedrooms had lightbulbs missing. The downstairs bathroom had a urine stain on the toilet; also, the body wash was empty. Upstairs, switch plate covers in the children's room were loose. In the kitchen, so many random food items were left by previous guests that the pantry was basically unusable. This property would benefit from some monitoring as summer goes on. We will not stay here again.

Renovated and convenient Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The owner was also incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to help with special requests and ensure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend!

We have happily settled to the South after spending our lives in the cooler Northeast. We love the outdoors and the serene landscapes of Kiawah to decompress. Friends and family are most precious to us and we love bringing them to our villa.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We needed a place so that we could be enjoying the beach within a few minutes of our villa. The nearest boardwalk is a 2 minute walk so there is minimal to no whining from the kids. :) We love the feeling of seclusion that this end-unit villa gives us yet we are so close the beach and other amenities. One of the most convenient locations in Kiawah!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The floor plan provides comfort and much needed privacy for all who stay. Each bedroom is attached to a bathroom and has walk-in closets. We love that we can snuggle at home or be on the beach in minutes, ultimately relaxing and enjoying this gated island. Our property is in a coveted location with the easiest access to the beach and conference center.
