Snappy Crab finns att hyra! Seacrest Beach Community ligger inbÀddat mellan Rosemary och Alys strÀnder och ligger nÀra poolen och stranden spÄrvagnshÄllplatser. VÄrt hem Àr en 3 sovrum (plus bÀddsoffa), 3 badrum (1640 sq ft) hem perfekt för mindre grupper / familjer (sover 6-8). Det har ingen minsta nattuthyrning utom under högsÀsong (juni-augusti, endast lördag till lördag).

Den 1: a vÄningen har en vÄningssÀng med ett badrum över hallen. 2: a vÄningen har 2 vackra sovrum (queen & king) med badrum och plattskÀrms-TV. 3: e vÄningen tornet rum har en drottning bÀddsoffa, dubbel bÀddsoffa, vÄt bar och platt-tv. Det finns ocksÄ ett spelbord att anvÀnda för brÀdspel, kort eller pussel. Alla 3 vÄningar har dÀck med sittplatser.

Inget var sparat i detta lyxiga hem! Fyra plattskÀrms-tv, dvd, wi-fi, vackert kök m / granit bÀnkskivor, rostfria vitvaror, professionellt inredda, 10 meter tak, trÀgolv. Köket Àr vÀlfyllt och redo att anvÀndas. Det finns ocksÄ en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare för din anvÀndning.

Huset ligger inbÀddat mellan Rosemary och Alys strÀnder och bara en kort promenad frÄn den 12 000 kvadratmeter, lagunen stil poolen (den bÀsta poolen pÄ 30a) dÀr du kan njuta av flera kaskad pooler och fontÀner. PÄ vÀgen till poolen kommer du att passera ett grönt omrÄde som Àr den perfekta platsen för barnen att springa och spela eller ha ett familjespel av bocce ball. Stranden ligger en tio minuters promenad bort, eller du kan hoppa pÄ sÀsongens spÄrvagn. SpÄrvagnen stannar pÄ hörnet bara tvÄ hus ner frÄn Snappy Crab. Stranden har stol och paraplyuthyrning tillgÀnglig varje dag.

Ett spa- och tennisbanor ligger i nÀrheten av Rosemary-stranden (extra avgifter), och de kÀnda restaurangerna, boutiquerna och gallerierna pÄ sceniska 30a ligger alla inom en trevlig promenad eller cykeltur. Cykeluthyrning finns frÄn olika leverantörer i nÀrheten.

Perfect house for our small family. Incredibly well equipped with plenty of kitchen amenities. We live to cook and the kitchen was just like home. Home was very clean and beds were very comfortable which never happens! We were so close to the pool and tram stop which was so nice. Host was amazing to communicate with and answered very quickly. Very appreciative of our host!

We had an awesome time and your house was stocked with everything we needed and more! I had brought kitchen utensils and more and we didn’t need any of it because your kitchen and house was stocked! The beds were comfy, the porches were amazing with views of the sunset on the top deck! The only downside is the access to the beach but that isn’t your fault. We will definitely be back!! :-)

Nice location and easy access to everything. Super pool but too windy and cold for us to use it. Home is just that, quaint and nice for a 2-4 people. Owner is very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect spot for our family

The Snappy Crab was perfect for my 2 kids (20 and 17) and me. The house was so clean and well stocked. We loved having the beach chairs (MUCH better than renting the chairs at the beach!) and the house is close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described and so charming. Very close to the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad (as the tram was typically pretty crowded).

Amazing Vacation!

The Snappy Crab is an amazing house! This is our first time staying at Seacrest and we will definitely be back. The house is in a great location. It’s close to the pool and tram that takes you to the beach. It’s really clean and well stocked. Rachel was very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Wonderful Condominium

The condominium exceeded our expectations! The pictures are wonderful but nothing compared to the real thing. The location was amazing with easy access to the tram service and the community pool. The condo was well-appointed with starter supplies and the beds were very comfortable! Rachel was amazing to work with and we will definitely book the Snappy Crabby again !

Wonderful Week at the Snappy Crab!

We stayed during the Fourth of July and could not have asked for a better experience! The hosts were so kind to work with our concierge for a grocery drop off and so quick to respond during that process. The house was in a great location as it was around the corner from the pool and a quick walk or bike ride to shops. The tram stop is just steps from the front porch. There are tons of games and books, both which we enjoyed during the week. The house was clean with lots of towels and extras to make our stay enjoyable. This was our 9th year staying at different locations along 30A and this area and property was our favorite location. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect location, incredible house with all the amenities you can think of

Title says it all. Was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the third floor area, it allowed a place for one of the kids to sleep, as well as a place for everyone to chill in the evenings. Rachel has the kitchen very well stocked with condiments, accessories, so if entertaining is your thing, you'll be very well prepared after a trip to Publix which is just a few miles down the road. Shuttle service was incredible, right on the corner, and was basically 'on-call' and we enjoyed biking or shuttling to the beach across the street.

This home is the perfect size for our family of 5. Located in the safe and beautiful community of Seacrest beach, we enjoy walking and riding bikes and admiring the unique architecture of surrounding communities. The largest pool on 30a is just a hop, skip and jump from our home and the beach is a short walk or tram ride. My children can spend the entire day at either!
