We had excellent communication with the host and couldn’t have had an easier check in/check out experience. This property was close to the beach & yet still quiet. We loved the outdoor seating areas, the porch upstairs and the comfortable living area. We’ve rented in this community before and felt cramped but this unit was overall very comfortable for our family. Another plus is that this area is so close to many restaurants and shops so we barely drove while staying there. It was a great way to spend fall break!

This property was fantastic! We stay in Sunset Beach a lot and this was one of the best properties we've experienced! Location was fantastic, house was clean, well maintained and had great storage in the bedrooms! the other HUGE bonus for us was an extra bathroom. love the convenience of having a 3rd bath in the home and having it on the main level was superb! we will definitely stay there again!

great location, super accessible to the beach. Unit was very clean and has easy indoor outdoor living. We cooked at home and kitchen was well equipped. IT was also great to have a full bath on the main floor. I would highly recommend it!!

Great Stay at Sunset Beach

The property was perfect for our small family and we had a very relaxing stay. It is a very short walk to the beach and pool from the home. It's also easy to walk to restaurants and shops in the surrounding beach communities.

Summer stay

Shelia, the property manager, was so nice and very responsive via text and cell phone. The house was lovely, and its location is fantastic. Great stay with family!

Excellent family beach house

This location was exactly what we needed for 2 parents with 2 young kids. Great location close to the beach and everything we wanted to go to. Very well maintained property with great amenities. Highly recommended.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Great get away for my husband and our 2 dogs. From the beginning communication was great to clarify our booking through checkout. Location is so convenient to access the beach or walk to nearby restaurants shopping. Would definitely book this again!

Lovely, comfortable, has everything needed for a beach weekend.

We came for the Valentine’s Day tour of homes. Sol Seeker is a great jumping off point, central location, close to the tour and fun restaurants and shops. Clean and cozy.

Best Location Ever

Cute place. Within walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach restaurants. Steps away from private, somewhat crowded, beach. Enjoyed it!
