Steps to the Ocean!

The place was perfect for 6 girls celebrating my 30th birthday. We loved spending time on the porch and walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for two of the nights. The only downside was the check-in process, we had trouble trying to meet up with the property management but they were nice enough to give us two bottles of wine. Place is stunning!

Relaxing and beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this house several times before and it's always a treat! Especially after the remodel, the house is serene and comfortable, and you can't beat the location. I've cooked many meals in the kitchen and it's incredibly well-stocked. The beds and other furniture are comfortable. Moonstone Beach Boardwalk is less than a block away. Our family loves this house and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent

The property is a perfect location with plenty of space for the entire family. We toured the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse and visited the Cambria Christmas Market. Both were spectacular and enjoyed by all. Thank you for contributing to a great getaway.

Wonderful Stay at Chatham Beach House

The home is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting areas with fireplace. Two eating areas. Lovely decor and very nice furnishings. This is probably the best house we have stayed in. We will be back!

Crazy Comfortable in Cambria

Easy walk to Moonstone. A couple of blocks from the Sea Chest and Madeline's for wine tasting. The home was recently renovated which was great. Hosted family and friends a few times. Plenty of room. Can't say enough about the Chatham House. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Property and Location

The property met every expectation (one exception - only one hair dryer). The property itself was just close enough to perfect and the location was spectacular. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

The kitchen was recently upgraded and besides looking very sharp, it had the nicest knives and pans of any rental house we’ve ever stayed in! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The house was spotless. You can’t beat the location, just steps to fabulous Moonstone Beach. We hope to stay here again next year!

Beach House

We spent a fabulous Christmas in this home. Three houses to the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Easy to cook Christmas turkey dinner. Went to the Cambria Christmas Market and Hearst Twilight Holiday Tour. Comfy beds, fireplace and nice bathrooms. We will do this again!

My 80 year old mom could even get down the stairs to the beach without too much hassle. Nice layout of kitchen and living room for being social. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in nice shape.

Beautiful stay in Cambria!

The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Great Getaway Location, really nice property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Chatham house with our son and 3 granddaughters was wonderful. A perfect location a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment would be the master bedroom mattress. It could really use an upgrade, but the rest of the house was so nice and we had such a pleasant stay that I feel bad mentioning it, but felt it should be pointed out. Dont let my comment keep you from staying here, it is such a pleasant place to stay! Staff at Breen were very pleasant too.

We had a wonderful girls weekend getaway. The home was clean, comfortable and 2 blocks from the ocean, nice views. Great place to getaway, relax and enjoy the area.
